近年的日本放題開到成行成市,真是多到我們唔識揀,同朋友商量了幾天究竟食邊間好呢? 到最後我揀了今次這一間御滿屋日本料理,一早上openrice訂定位,我們入場時間大約晚上八點半左右,全場滿座。 雖然這裏很多客人,但是座位寬闊坐得舒適,一坐低當然是點食物啦,我們點了刺身,壽司,海膽手捲,燒蝦,天婦羅,羊架,蟹粥,串燒, 這裏的種類非常多,食物的質素也有水準,除了有自助式飲品之外,餐廳還提供特飲可以選擇,雪糕還有movenpick和haagen Dazs。個人感覺好多間日本放題的名字都好像差不多,有陣時食過都會唔記得,但是這一間真是要好好記住,除了食物質素好之外,還沒有漏單的情況,我們一行四人都食得很開心。…Read More

滿屋,是小妹曾多次到過的放題餐廳之中還是覺得是最好的地方。至此滿屋旗下的多間分店,一有時間,小妹自必然會帶媽媽去刷反餐好的。上次吃過至尊滿屋,今次便決定吃御滿屋。價錢方面,晚市分有兩段時間,分別為17:30-20:30和20:45-23:15,星期一至三晚,成人$228,星期四晚,成人$238,星期五、六、日及假期前夕,成人$248,星期日及公眾假期,第一段時間,成人$248,第二段時間,則$228。至於小童,任何時間日子,一律$148。餐廳設有自助飲品區,兩大雪櫃裡面有著各款飲料,如可樂、果汁先生、荔枝紅茶、蘋果紅茶、烏龍茶、芒果汁、蘆薈汁、蜜桃汁、忌廉溝鮮奶、CC Lemon、維他/陽光檸檬茶、維他奶、蜂蜜柚子、咸柑桔、有汽提子汁、更有啤酒類如韓國Hite、Ice、Max等。即使不愛冰飲,可以選擇日式桂花茶和熱茶。同場設有自助沙律小食區,湯飲有日式粟米羹、花生糊、朱古力噴泉、各式馬卡龍及生果盤。至於兩大雪櫃,分別放有的骰的甜品、例如木糠布甸、啫喱、咖啡慕思、明月冰卷、水晶紅豆卷、芒果布丁、奶皇卷、朱古力泡芙、牛奶布甸等。沿著路口而行,設有刺身區和鐵板燒區,可離遠望到廚師接收order之後密密地做的境況。以點菜紙形式落單,款式包有小食、燒物、炸物、天婦羅、一品料理、鐵板燒、主食、刺身、壽司、創作壽司、卷物、手卷/軍艦等。另外,可加$68大洋升級日式煮鮑魚、凍鵝肝、鐵板鵝肝、鐵板牛油香菇焗活蝦、金目鯛壽司、海膽刺身、池魚王刺身、芝士燒松葉蟹腳。不過,不過升級的美食款式已經豐富得很,刺身方面,包括有三文魚、帶子、油甘魚、北寄貝、鮑魚片、劍魚腩、希靈魚、章紅魚、赤貝、甜蝦及赤蝦刺身。款式多羅羅,餐廳特別著重刺身的擺設,除了有大量冰碎墊底以保持冰鮮之外,更有不同膠花「園藝」裝飾,不論叫多或叫少,裝飾均一重視。小妹淺嘗幾款,當中三文魚切得厚身,但口感較冰未算能吃到最鮮香的魚脂。帶子柔軟透白,清甜鮮美。其中以甜蝦和赤蝦作對比,赤蝦足足大前者一倍有多,蝦膏鮮味和柔軟程度都要比甜蝦還要正,聰明的你一定識點揀!小妹眼闊肚窄,所以壽司不能多點,多吃便會很快飽肚。幸好,這裡的壽司全部都的骰小巧,每件壽司只有大概手指根的厚度,便能順利多吃幾款不同口味的壽司。火炙蟹棒襯的不是芝士,而是千島醬,香甜的蟹肉配搭清新的千島醬,感覺又幾得意。由於媽媽不吃生的食物,但經火炙後的三文魚,令魚肉變深,油脂爆出的柔軟油潤度大增,令媽媽接受程度也相對提高。小食方面,泰式鳳爪竟然帶給媽咪驚喜。鳳爪爽脆無骨,醃料醃得入味,辣中有酸,酸中醒胃,媽咪不禁要求我再落單翻兜。清酒煮扇貝,感覺不太有清酒味的扇貝,一客有五粒,專攻純白色的帶子肉,口感柔軟既清甜。燒物方面,燒菠蘿和日本蕃薯仔從來是放題中的encore之列,蕃薯仔香甜軟糯,即使吃到飽,仍然瘋狂地一粒又一粒,不自主地大啖放入口。不過,今次的菠蘿似乎太生,即刻有明顯的烤紋,但入口仍然偏酸,結果要被迫放棄。鹽燒牛舌十分爽口,和燒紐西蘭羊架烤得香口又鬆化,羊架羶味不重,灑上黑椒調味,令肉香更加鮮明。鹽燒雞軟骨,炸得脆口而軟骨充滿「爽爽」聲,襯上淮鹽,更加香口。炸物方面,員工一早已提示當晚沒有榴槤炸彈供應,沒有媽媽喜愛的榴槤,唯有轉攻其他。炸紫心香芋丸,流心成蓉的質地,入口熱燙燙,香芋味很濃,當甜品炸物來吃簡直一流。至於芝士年糕,流心程度和紫心香芋丸不相伯仲。不過芝士味道很重,咸惹得得,吃完一整件便覺得有點膩了。避免吃得過份熱氣,所以在天婦羅之中只選綠葉蝦天婦羅和日式蕃薯。蕃薯天然的香甜鬆腍包有炸脆的口感,正好追上紫薯大熱的潮流,口感相對健身,吃完感覺沒有太大內疚感。至於綠葉蝦,英文釋文為green tea,但與想像中的綠茶是沒有關係的,但綠葉有種吸油的效果,令炸蝦吃起來未有太大油膩感,味道還挺鮮香的。鐵板燒方面,牛油香蒜帆立貝和牛柳粒簡直是必點之列。帆立貝煎過之後體積未有縮水,潔白的肉質軟熟而群邊爽口,也帶來一股牛油香和油潤感。牛柳粒未有煎至熟透,反而肉裡仍帶少點粉嫩未熟,肉厚紥實,加入黑椒調味,再配合可口的炸蒜,非常惹味。自取甜品,每件款品只有兩啖的size,最適合花心想試不同款式的人。木糠布甸尤其做得出色,忌廉奶油輕盈,味道不太甜,瑪利餅碎仍然保持乾爽。咖啡慕思,軟柔而咖啡味超濃,推介必食。最後甜品送上每人一客movenpick雪糕,對每位客人來說是最大滿足的結束吧。…Read More
