晚市禁堂食嘅前一晚專誠過嚟趕食最後一餐,七點幾嚟到好好彩等左陣就有位🥰即刻order左一個白鱔滑雞煲仔飯同白鱔田雞煲仔飯,再加一個椒鹽鮮魷。等咗一陣椒鹽鮮魷就率先登場,比我地邊食邊等煲仔飯。魷魚好新鮮外面層炸漿非常薄,所以入口好酥脆,椒鹽非常惹味,完全係傳統大排檔風味。等多15分鐘白鱔滑雞煲仔飯就到了,離遠已經聞到飯香。滑雞嘅雞油散發出嚟,而且白鱔嘅豆豉醬味好出,唔洗加好多煲仔飯甜豉油已經好夠味。白鱔冇咩骨非常滑溜,真係不得不試!最值得一讚嘅當然係煲仔飯嘅飯焦,師傅控制火候非常出色,over 80%嘅煲仔接觸面都有金黃嘅飯焦,重點係金黃而不燶,脆口而不黏牙,以飯焦嚟講坤記係我食過so far最正嘅,淨係飯焦已經贏左油麻地果d傳統煲仔飯鋪幾條街,一試飯返唔到轉頭!另外白鱔田雞煲仔飯加左滑蛋令整體口感更加添層次,好多年冇食田雞但今次破戒食左一小塊,又真係幾滑幾甜哈哈,不過仍覺得屠宰過程太恐怖唔敢多食。唯一要挑剔嘅地方就係order有d混亂,我地同時間落單嘅白鱔田雞煲仔飯懷疑送錯左去啱啱坐低冇耐嘅隔離台,追問左兩次隔多左10-15分鐘先有,不過味道真係非常唔錯所以等待都係值得。真心推介比未試過嘅朋友,真係會一試愛上!Menu-…Read More

久仰「坤記煲仔小菜」大名已久,要數西環呢一個地方,美食真係好多,由其是煲仔飯,鼎鼎大名既三間分別係「嚐囍煲仔小菜」、「永合成馳名煲仔飯」同埋「坤記煲仔小菜」,其實三間我都未食過,最後點解揀左「坤記煲仔小菜」?因為佢有分店,同埋2018年、2019年都入左米芝蓮推介(「嚐囍煲仔小菜」都係),於是就試左「坤記」先。總店本身我地一行5人係先去和益大廈地下果間總店,6點去到見到條隊唔算好長,排左10-15分鐘左右,我地已經排到第5個左右,點知店員就話:「冇架啦,要等到21:30先有位。」,我地不約而同地目瞪口呆,比唔到反應,原來佢入面已經被人訂哂位,街客起碼21:30後先會有位座,店員仲話「你等到咪等,再唔係你去分店啦」,先知原來仲有另一間分店位於附近,不過,見識到「坤記」既人潮加上店員既態度,真係唔諗住再去佢分店,因為都唔知要等幾耐。於是,我地5個人諗住去「永合成馳名煲仔飯」,因為算近,唔洗行好遠,點知係路程中居然就見到「坤記」既分店,呢啲真係誤打誤撞,見佢門口冇咁多人排,加上呢間分店坐位多好多,所以就一於搏一舖,估唔到食個晚飯都要有搏下運既心態,於是店員比左張「9」號飛仔我地,比餐牌,叫我地揀左煲仔飯嗌左先,因為需時1小時至1小時30分鐘,揀好左同店員講,就開展左漫長既旅程……等呀等,依家叫到「5」號,以為4個號碼好快?錯啦,都足足等左45分鐘先入座,一入座,店員會叫你嗌小菜食住等煲仔飯,所以你都會見到全部枱都唔會只叫煲仔飯,當然我地都叫左幾碟。環境及服務真係好逼,基本上連行既位都冇,店員個個忙住出餐,亦都好難叫到個店員落單或者叫佢幫你拎野,我地5個人都坐左4人座位卡位再加張主席凳,座位十分逼,座得真係唔舒服,店員亦都做到上氣唔接下氣,態度稱唔上惡劣,但服務就一定欠奉。餐牌佢叫得自己做煲仔小菜,又點會只係食煲仔飯呢?仲有煲仔小菜、小炒類等等,價格我覺得又唔算話特別貴,因為以佢名氣黎講,多人黎食,每人埋單都唔會話太貴,今次我地食左「荔芋油鴨煲」、「欖菜肉崧四季豆」、「椒鹽九肚魚」、「豉椒炒蜆」、「白鱔滑雞煲仔飯」同埋「臘味排骨煲仔飯」,每人埋單$150都唔洗。荔芋油鴨煲 $85唔逐樣講,講下值得食既其中一款,就係呢個「荔芋油鴨煲」。芋頭有炸過,所以食落外層脆脆地,幾有驚喜,份量亦夠多,不過就有少少喧賓奪主既感覺,皆因油鴨份量比較少,而且骨比肉多,全部都有醃幫製過,食頭幾啖覺得好濃郁好入味,不過咬多幾啖就覺得過咸,所以點解以芋頭做配料,芋頭配合得好好,可以中和返油鴨既咸度,不過建議油鴨份量增多,同埋咸度要調整下,但整體係唔錯,值得一試。白鱔滑雞煲仔飯 $105白鱔,唔好以為自己未食過,其實即係日本菜常用到既鰻魚,只係日本多以蒲燒汁醃制,而廣東做法係以蒸為多。呢到既煲仔飯,由排隊果陣已經落單,果時係18:00,到20:10先上枱既煲仔飯,足足等左2小時,店員一送到就即刻拎走個蓋,根本冇比時間我地倒完豉油蓋返好焗好個飯,只好倒完豉油就開餐。白鱔同滑雞份量正常,白鱔入口味道居然同日式蒲燒鰻魚類近,肉賣嫰滑,刺唔算多,食到本身白鱔既魚香,確實不錯,而滑雞就冇乜特別同可取之處,中規中矩,不過不失,至於成個煲仔飯既靈魂所在飯與飯焦,飯做到粒粒分明,唔會因為豉油而稔哂同爛哂,但飯焦呢?唔夠多,唔夠脆,唔夠焦香,令人失望,知道餐廳生意多,不愁冇客人,但個煲蓋可唔可以留返低唔收走?起碼比我地做返個焗飯步驟,依家少左呢個步驟,令我疑惑係佢本身飯底就做得唔夠焦?定就係因為冇做焗飯步驟以致有影響?臘味排骨煲仔飯 $100另一個叫左煲仔飯皇者配搭之一既「臘味排骨煲仔飯」,臘味有膶腸、臘腸、臘肉,油香唔算特別重,同埋對比膶腸、臘肉,認為臘腸會更加配煲仔飯,可以改全部為臘腸,又或者係增加臘腸份量,而減少其餘兩者,至於排骨,相對上真係較少,亦係冇乜肉好食,煮得唔算好稔,佢既豉油汁唔算特別甜,所以冇搶走臘味同排骨既味道,但呢一煲真係唔值得等2小時,係出面一啲出色啲餐廳或者老牌餐廳我相信都食到類近味道既煲仔飯,一定唔洗等咁耐。總括黎講,我覺得小炒、煲仔菜既水準都有中上水平,夠鑊氣,味道夠,價錢能接受,但至於煲仔飯,係咪真係值得用2小時去等候?加上坐得唔舒服,服務又唔好,而煲仔飯又未至於預期中咁好食,我既答案係唔值得,如果唔洗等位,咁岩經過呢頭,入面冇乜人,或者會幫襯,叫我黎多一次同今日一樣既經歷,免了。…Read More

而家天氣涼涼地,秋意濃濃,最好食d 合時食物,於是朋友提議食煲仔飯。我係5鍾意食飯,但就鍾意食飯焦,貪其夠香又有嚼感。咁我係網上 search 有乜好推介,再給朋友篩選,最後揀咗坤記。係openrice 睇過食評,見到有2間叫坤記,都係西營盤。見到和益大廈總店既服務態度有好多劣評,咁可能呢間太好生意,做5停手,所以工作人員就忟憎d 卦。我地當然5會去證實真偽,所以揀咗呢間德輔道西分店。當晚我地7:45 到,已見到門口有人等位,心諗大鑊有排等。咁我地行入店內諗住留名,點知店員竟然係張大枱中的2個空位,加插多1個位,哈~真佩服。。。咁我地3條就塞咗入去。咁我地都預咗呢d 店既環境係咁上下,所以無問題既~我地睇 menu,實在太多選擇,於是睇咗好耐,我都留意到店員們不停在我地旁邊行來行去,似乎想盡快幫我地落單。咁我地叫咗:1. 白鱔滑雞煲仔飯:好香飯焦味,加埋豉油仲香,鱔同雞都香滑,真係5錯~2. 排骨煲仔飯加臘腸:又係好香,仲有我最 like 既臘腸,飯焦香脆,真係食5停口3. 豆腐煲:味道不錯4. 砵酒蠔:嘩。。。一上枱已香噴噴,賣相得、香氣掂,已令我食慾大增。一咬,真係無令我失望,掂5. 油浸筍殼魚:炸得幾好,5過火,魚本身係滑,真係外脆內滑,又係正~有時店員為咗騰空座位俾d 大班等位人士,會調動差不多食完既食客去另一張枱,不過以我所見,5係常見,而店員都好有禮貌要求大家幫幫忙。期間我又見到有外國食客跟老店員寒暄幾句。基本上我覺得呢間分店既服務態度係ok。食煲仔飯係要等20分鐘左右,怪不得店員想我地快d 落單。見到枱枱都有 order 煲仔飯,證明真係。到9:30 已食到好飽,埋單走人,無加一,承惠 $558…Read More
