Call me煲仔狂人!寒冷的天氣就要吃煲仔飯,熱騰騰的飯加上脆卜卜的飯焦實在令人難以抗拒😋 向大家介紹一家我最近到訪數次的煲仔飯名店,榮獲米芝蓮必比登推介的坤記煲仔小菜🍲 我每次到訪都是選擇位於德輔道西附近的分店,聽說排隊人數會較皇后大道西總店的少,我每次下班,大概8時左右是100%可以直接進店的~(可能是我幸運?!)唯一要注意的是,這家店的煲仔飯是即叫即煮,所以等候的時間會比較長,建議大家先叫1-2道小菜,邊吃邊等就剛剛好了👍🏻油鴨排骨飯($105)甫上桌打開蓋子看到有兩條菜心令我很感動,平常的餐廳都只有一條,甚至沒有菜🤣 標準享用的方法是先將甜豉油均勻地淋上整個煲仔飯,讓它流到煲的底部。這時候需要耐心等候1-2分鐘,讓甜豉油加快煲底飯焦的形成,才開始將上面的食材拿開,再用湯匙攪勻整煲飯🥄油鴨獨有的鹹香,加上酒樓常見的椒絲蒸排骨,整煲都是滿滿的傳統港式風味!因為兩種食材都比較重口味,會比較時候喜愛濃味的朋友~臘味油雞飯($105)臘味包括臘肉、臘腸和潤腸,一次過滿足三個願望🤩 臘腸不會過肥而且充滿玫瑰露的香氣,我最愛的潤腸入口鬆化帶微甜,油雞也不會韌~ 我就算吃得很撐都要將整煲吃清光😋白鱔煲仔飯($105)這是我目前在坤記最喜歡的煲仔飯,除了因為豆豉是拌飯最好的配搭,還有豆豉、豉油和鱔魚的香甜肉汁都全滲到米飯裡頭,每一粒米飯都是精華呢~而且白鱔不算太多魚骨,對害怕魚骨的我來說非常友好🤓 想起嫩滑的白鱔魚肉,加上煙韌的魚皮,在深夜寫稿的我又感到肚子餓了🙈 continue reading

晚市禁堂食嘅前一晚專誠過嚟趕食最後一餐,七點幾嚟到好好彩等左陣就有位🥰即刻order左一個白鱔滑雞煲仔飯同白鱔田雞煲仔飯,再加一個椒鹽鮮魷。等咗一陣椒鹽鮮魷就率先登場,比我地邊食邊等煲仔飯。魷魚好新鮮外面層炸漿非常薄,所以入口好酥脆,椒鹽非常惹味,完全係傳統大排檔風味。等多15分鐘白鱔滑雞煲仔飯就到了,離遠已經聞到飯香。滑雞嘅雞油散發出嚟,而且白鱔嘅豆豉醬味好出,唔洗加好多煲仔飯甜豉油已經好夠味。白鱔冇咩骨非常滑溜,真係不得不試!最值得一讚嘅當然係煲仔飯嘅飯焦,師傅控制火候非常出色,over 80%嘅煲仔接觸面都有金黃嘅飯焦,重點係金黃而不燶,脆口而不黏牙,以飯焦嚟講坤記係我食過so far最正嘅,淨係飯焦已經贏左油麻地果d傳統煲仔飯鋪幾條街,一試飯返唔到轉頭!另外白鱔田雞煲仔飯加左滑蛋令整體口感更加添層次,好多年冇食田雞但今次破戒食左一小塊,又真係幾滑幾甜哈哈,不過仍覺得屠宰過程太恐怖唔敢多食。唯一要挑剔嘅地方就係order有d混亂,我地同時間落單嘅白鱔田雞煲仔飯懷疑送錯左去啱啱坐低冇耐嘅隔離台,追問左兩次隔多左10-15分鐘先有,不過味道真係非常唔錯所以等待都係值得。真心推介比未試過嘅朋友,真係會一試愛上!Menu- continue reading

西環坤記呢間坤記好出名,主打煲仔飯,次次6pm點開5:30pm都已經排晒長龍,除咗煲仔飯出名好食之外,要有心理準備,服務麻麻,姐姐態度燥底大聲但仍然想保持友善(只要聽佢講坐邊同耐心等候),衛生一般,要同一大堆人搭枱,要等個半鐘先食到,真心何方神聖呢?🤣🍴椒鹽九肚魚 $90 (1/10)份量比上次食少,今次噴九肚魚竟然唔係即叫即炸,係微温,應該炸咗好耐😂九肚魚一啲就好鹹,一啲就冇味,個皮都係脆嘅,但個九肚魚好腥,肉質好一pat pat😂😂 真係食一啖就唔想再食😂🍴枝竹牛腩煲 $85 (5/10)真係熱辣辣嘅牛腩煲,竹枝比牛腩多好多,牛腩炆得入味,都淋身,食落就係蠔油嘅味道,鹹鹹地,唔係話特別好食,正常🤣🍴白鱔煲仔飯 加潤腸 $105+$20 (10/10)等咗個半鐘煲仔飯終於有得食!新鮮熱辣辣整起,店員溫馨提示唔好掂到個煲。超級香白鱔潤腸味,白鱔蒸得啱啱好,肉質彈牙新鮮,潤腸唔會太油膩,好香,白鱔潤腸嘅油香滲透曬落個飯度,飯先係精華🤩飯粒粒粒分明,好香白鱔鮮味,潤腸油香,仲有恰到好處嘅飯焦,真心係超好食🤤🤤推薦指數: 8/10推薦指數係俾個煲仔飯嘅😂淨係食煲仔飯就好啦,小菜真係唔值呢個價,服務就冇㗎啦,等一個半鐘一個煲仔飯值唔值得呢?我就一般啦,短期內都唔會再去😂 continue reading

今日專程過嚟食,朋友食過話好味。大約5㸃50分到達,已見人龍,排了20分鐘左右安排入座,座位狹窄,叫了白鱔排骨㷛仔飯、白鱔田雞㷛仔飯。來了一㷛田雞飯後,再來一客是雞飯,我哋話要的是排骨飯,他拎走説叫我地再等,問了多次幾時到,他叫我哋等,我哋話你黎錯左又等,隔離遲過我叫都有得食,唔煩佢都吾理我。終於有得食了,不過不失,名過其實,不值得。 continue reading
