之前曾經到此酒樓飲茶,下午飲茶,點心炒粉麵質素不錯今次第一次一家7人去吃晚餐吃完後感覺一般般,不是特別好別,價錢中等菜式可見圖片,比較好吃的菜式是梅菜扣肉和片皮鴨梅菜量多而且有菠菜在底部,不過扣肉並非真正扣肉,肉質較瘦。片皮鴨皮是香脆的,份量不是特別多,足夠七人份量,不過肉質較厚。酸菜魚偏辣,但不酸。炸鮮奶感覺較油膩由於菜式不是特別出色,故沒有推薦美食 。不過酒樓環境舒適,服務員主動服待及幫忙。…Read More

【懷舊點心 新式做法】📍盈館旺角彌敦道593-601號創興廣場7樓🌃環境位於旺角最繁華嘅街上,鬧中取靜,雖然正值飯點,但係由於餐廳比起其他酒樓嚟講唔大,所以唔係好嘈,食客三兩成羣咁聚埋一齊傾偈,係另一種嘅chill法。見到其他枱上都有一個睇落係銅做嘅茶壺,有啲復古嘅感覺,幾有feel嘅,但係可惜我哋台就無,睇嚟數量有限,希望下次嚟嘅時候會遇到啦!🥘食物❤️冰鎮咕嚕肉一上臺嘅時候,係畀佢驚喜到嘅,我哋expect嘅冰鎮咕嚕肉可能係碟周圍有啲冰,但係呢個係咕嚕肉撈埋啲冰一齊,幾有創意。我哋初頭以為會隨住啲冰溶化而令醬汁淡咗,但係去到最後都係保持到酸酸甜甜嘅味道,甚至唔會好似平時食嘅咕嚕肉咁,外面係淋嘅,而係成舊都好似鍋包肉咁脆,肉質又緊緻,我諗都係多得冰嘅功勞。而且有個好有趣嘅位係,一開始啲肉仲係熱熱地嘅,但係食食下啲肉越嚟越冰,而個肉越嚟越脆,呢種口感上係十分特別嘅,並且個口感係成餐飯會keep住有變化,好奇妙,可惜我哋未等到成嚿肉都變冰之後先食,因為實在太好食,必食啊!評分:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️私房蜜椒豬肋骨會話呢碟亦係必食之一,蜜糖加黑椒呢個搭配係十分出彩嘅。因為佢黑椒係落得好重手嘅,所以係有少少辛口,但係蜜糖又令呢種味道得到中和,唔會過份重口。並且個蜜糖係去到麥芽糖嘅質感,經過烹煮之後形成帶點粘稠嘅硬殼,牙齒經過堅韌嘅糖殼、肥瘦得宜嘅肉、連住骨嘅薄膜,再觸及骨頭,呢種感覺係十分誘人嘅,成舊嘢嘅口感層次又上升咗,十分出色。食一兩舊可能會有啲濟,但係一旁有十分紮實嘅炸饅頭,用佢麵粉嘅香氣沖淡油膩,十分體貼。評分:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️流沙包我平時就十分鍾意食流沙包,嗰種將鹹蛋黃嗰浸鹹香同包嘅鬆軟結合起嚟嘅組合係無得輸嘅,而呢個流沙包就超班做到呢樣嘢,首先佢個奶黃唔似出面啲酒樓咁,係純黃色液體狀,而係帶有鹹蛋黃嘅粒粒喺度,而嗰黑金色嘅皮唔單只得個樣,更加係鬆軟得嚟甜甜地,亦十分出色。評分:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️片皮鴨呢個係個師傅推架車仔出嚟然後喺我哋面前片嘅,雖然過程並唔係好有觀賞性,但係至少令我哋知嗰鴨唔係預先片定,熱辣辣咁。而配料有黃瓜條、葱白絲、白糖、甜醬,雖然香港多數都係點甜醬,但係聽講北京正宗食法係蘸白糖,結果真係幾襯,肥瘦相間嘅肉包係白雪雪嘅面皮到,加埋其他配料,中和左個鴨油嘅膩之餘,又增添左風味評分:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️大良脆鮮奶就真係脆到掉渣,嗰種外脆內軟嘅感覺係十分奇妙嘅,咬開出面極其酥脆嘅外皮之後,入面係嫩到介乎於液體同固體之間嘅鮮奶,但係要注意嘅係,食嘅時候要好小心,我同frd同時擺入口,亦都係同時遮住個口喺度呵氣,真係熱辣辣到一個點,但係一定要趁熱食,真係甜蜜的煩惱啊!評分:👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻…Read More

好耐都冇同屋企人去酒樓食嘢了,好懷念,今晚可以嚟酒樓聚一聚真係開心。我哋好早就嚟到喇,6:00酒樓先啱啱開始投入服務。咁店員因為疫情之下都幾細心嘅,佢親自幫我哋攞啲餐具去用滾水消毒,值得讚賞。我哋首先嗌左一個帶子蝦仁炒鮮奶,好鍾意食炒鮮奶,因為好香滑。咁呢度呢用咗細細粒帶子同埋個蝦仁係超級爽滑,夾埋啲滑滑嘅炒鮮奶成個餸好配合。屋企人鍾意食魚咁就叫一個龍躉兩味:一個係清蒸斑頭腩。另一個就係碧綠炒斑球。一上碟即刻吸引着我嘅眼球。魚兩味係幾抵食同埋幾豐富,斑頭腩用清蒸嘅方法食魚唔同嘅部位,可以食到佢嘅鮮味。而後者呢就夾埋其他蔬菜一齊食,魚肉啖啖肉又有啲又有碧綠嘅蔬菜喺下低吸收着魚鮮味,不過如果龍躉兩味啲魚可以調味落返多少少就更加能帶出佢嘅鮮味。之後仲食埋正宗嘅片皮鴨,職員即刻喺我哋面前切鴨,新鮮熱辣。嗰個薄餅仲有好多份量夾埋佢呢個京蔥特別重口味令人覺得特別正宗!好豐富呀!其實呢度都幾舒服同埋乾淨,環境夠開明開揚同闊大。我哋坐低冇耐,茶樓都已經坐咗多幾枱客人,睇嚟大家都希望快啲能夠再到茶樓一聚。…Read More
