遠年陳皮牛肉球:啖啖的陳皮味隨著咀嚼牛肉球時滲出來,沒有太多粉漿,可吃到肉味。
薑汁雞飽仔:飽身軟熟,餡料充足。
蜜汁叉燒飽:飽內叉燒汁液滿滿,肉質可以。
黑金流沙飽:黑色的飽面上印有金色盈字,配合酒樓的名號。不過流心的效果不夠,原以為一咬下去可以有傾瀉而下的奶黃,怎知流心藏於深處,淺嚐一口未能看到效果。應該大大口一咬才行。
芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷:腐皮炸得香脆,包裹著的鮮蝦也被炸過,吃著兩重脆炸的食材,雖然是爽口但稍為覺得乾了點。
銀湖百花釀魚肚:賣相不錯,蝦膠和魚肚味道相配,吸收汁液後入口潤滑綿密。
櫻花蝦煎薄罉:邊位煎得脆口,中間部份夠薄身又軟糯。
金銀菜乾火鴨絲粥:粥底綿密,金菜用了生菜,銀菜有味不鞋口,細碎鴨絲均衡分佈粥內。味道不鹹,正常。
銀魚仔肉餅飯:魚仔鹹味口足,肉餅份量與碗一樣,厚度適中,飯粒分明。
臘味雙腸飯:油光充足的潤腸和臘腸已切開放飯面,色澤鮮明,味道不錯。飯粒一樣乾爽好吃。
薑汁糕:薑味濃郁,軟糯香甜。
這頓埋年之聚,吃了十九款美食,不是款款出色但也算好吃。

參觀完花墟的漁農美食嘉年華,行到盈館已經肚餓了。研究完餐牌後,發覺最抵食又想食的,就是叫是日特價的沙巴龍躉,再加冰鎮咕嚕肉,拍蒜豆苗,及1/4 隻脆皮燒鵝。咕嚕肉放在很多冰上冰鎮,初時覺得冰有點多得誇張,但入口時大家都覺得多得有道理。有冰覆蓋的咕嚕肉皮脆內嫩,酸甜汁的味道調得剛剛好。大家都感到滿意,給一個讚。😋👍拍蒜豆苗份量十足,不油不嚡口,大家很快就將它結果了。沙巴龍躉大概有12至14兩,蒸的時間控制得好,魚肉剛剛熟,我愉快地將魚頭、鰭、骨等清理得乾乾淨淨。😋上枱的 1/4燒鵝賣相太吸引,皮脆肉嫩,我只掛住夾鵝脾,充了影相打卡。😋整體來說,所有的菜式味道好又不油膩,服務也令人滿意,價錢又實惠,值得推薦。😊
