早前友人提起西環那邊的波記,說若果喜歡吃燒鴨的可以一試。但畢竟路程有點遠,還是要擇日再去,就這樣又待了好一會。剛好另一位朋友相約去西環嚐嚐周記,即是那家流心西多士啦。那就好,不如早一點去完波記吃正餐再去下一站。  可惜當天雨下個不停,難得約出來了卻是整天濕淋淋的……上Openrice看看營業時間,星期一至六早上十一時半至晚上九時。開店前幾分鐘到達,怎料開店後約十分鐘的時間就已經坐滿人。沒有說笑,而且想食鴨脾鵝脾的更加要早,因為有限嘛,賣了就沒有啊。  飯、粉、麵及水餃都有,但當然鵝脾配主食最貴啦。其實本身我都好中意食燒味,又或是牛筋腩之類的食物。不過一早問過友人,說去這家必點燒鴨,那就餐牌都不用多看了。  環境就是一般茶餐廳格局,比較逼狹,走動方面就有點困難。不過也罷了,通常這些餐廳就是這樣的嘛,就算我有點潔癖都只是會儘快吃完後不久留。以入鄉隨俗的心態,來到一家店就要適應那裏的環境,而非要外界遷就自己。燒鴨粗麵 $27  雖說出名的是燒鴨瀨粉,但心血來潮想吃吃粗麵,那就這樣點了。燒鴨份量不少,一碗看上去都算豐盛的,不過常理似乎不能套用於我身上。  先嚐一下湯底,因為看到有撈麵款,但友人提過這裏的湯要試,此為一重點,是全港最好的。首先不多油,看上去除了顏色深些少,跟清湯相差不遠。味濃而湯稀,入口不會太重味,不至鹹死人。微微有些肉鮮,原本以為是味精味,但到離店後身體仍未有反應就知道非也。  燒鴨件件外皮亮潤,不是置文多時的皺皮暗色。皮下脂肪佔量得宜,有點透明的滲著點點油脂,看起來十分吸引。外皮還是有點脆口,就是單純燒味的感覺,沒有浸泡過的稔韌。脂肪油香鬆化,入口會慢慢滲透味蕾,不覺韌韌膩膩。鴨肉稔香,肉味突出自然,不過有點想沾沾酸梅醬……  粗麵薄身但不稔爛,沒有煮得過度的粉糊感。因為有下到鹼水,爽爽滑滑夠順口,而且只有少許鹼水味,不苦澀乸口。配上湯底,就算不掛汁,但總算沾上一點湯汁味,感覺反而是清新的。燒鵝脾瀨粉 $80  看到了吧,身價馬上跳升兩倍!這是同行朋友點的,賣相夠哂澎湃大堆頭。雖然不是大份鵝肉切件那種疊得滿滿的感覺,但單是個大鵝脾就已經夠矚目。  只有看的份,畢竟是友人點的嘛,鵝脾就由她來品評了。肉味脆感那些不太清楚,但她吃後就只有說到鵝油非常豐富。其實她吃的時候已經看到她不時要擦嘴XDDD想必也是很肥美的一件,看到肉量都頗多的。話說瀨粉細軟又爽口,如果下次再來的話一定要選配瀨粉。  現在越吃得多家,就越是想找一些平民店及老店。若然稱為小店,老實說很多所謂小店背後都有個大財團暗地支持。但老店這些屹立多年的,內在魅力更加強烈。正好趁個暑假,周圍逛逛吃吃看吧?…Read More
