波記米芝連平民推介依度日日都大排長龍,如果去到lunch hour 外賣堂食都一定要排隊,而且營業時間係上午11點開始,賣晒就收鋪,每日大約六點收,要食就早啲去食,咁就唔駛排隊啦。波記環境就一般,而且坐位亦唔多,人多時亦坐得比較密。不過係值得嘅,我次次都叫叉燒飯,都係四十幾蚊。重點黎啦,啲叉燒肉質軟腍又唔肥,略帶玫瑰露香氣加上香甜蜜汁,鹹甜適中,真係流晒口水。🤤雖然依度最出色係鵝髀,但係價錢比較貴,所以我就冇試過。係度食最緊要快靚正,冇得慢慢坐。

和女朋友週末專突去試下這店的燒鴨脾。今天大約1300 左右到達, 去到餐廳女待應話無晒燒鴨/鵝脾(我們一共問了三次;長髮女待應二次,短髮女待應一次)。既然大局已定當然很失望,只好點了燒鵝飯和燒鴨瀨。但轉頭我地見到隔離枱剛坐下來的客人竟然有鴨脾?!!我地當然心有不甘,埋單時我地好有禮貌問長頭髮女待應多一次點解我地點單時明明講:「燒鵝鴨脾無晒」但轉頭其他人又有呢? 該應待的回答十分精采:「脾要斬到有先有!」我諗了半天都搞不懂,如果點菜都要睇時辰,點解餐牌上又有燒脾呢個假選項給客人? 係香港食飯真係俾錢買難受,怪不得越來越多人不願意留香港消費,香港飲食業走下坡全賴這類鋪頭食物一般,味道雖然未至於差但也不是雜誌/社交媒體網站 所講咁好,但今天所遇經歷令我絕不會再去。

我今次路過西環米其林波記 睇到佢開門而且冇排隊 所以入去試下「因為我聽港大啲學生講唔好食 所以一直沒買過😅」出餐都係好快 嗌佐叉燒燒鴨飯 姊姊會問你要唔要薑蓉 叉燒質素麻麻 我覺得擺佐有啲耐 肉都乾塞 佢啲調味都係好淡 叉燒啲燶邊都唔甜 中間只有少少鹹味 所以整體味道上都幾奇怪 主要就係燒味汁嘅少少鹹味 我覺得同等價錢比較不如再興 同為米其林更加係同甘牌鏞記爭好遠😅燒鴨質素OK 皮薄脆 但都係覺得擺佐好耐 肉質乾柴 不如鵝頸橋街市出名嗰間總結 我最後悔件事就係要佐姜蓉 感覺入面加佐好多MSG 味道都變佐 食佐之後好難受☹️

西环又一家长期排队的小店,也是米芝莲推荐。不爱吃烧腊的我想着在搬走前还是来吃一下吧,本来打算吃烧鹅,结果看到门口贴的采访报道,又临时改变主意点了烧鸭。·【烧鸭濑粉】39蚊能有这么多扎实的肉!油润发亮、皮脆多汁,靠近鸭腿的部位更是松脆到发酥,能感受到丰盈而罪恶的油脂在嘴里噼里啪啦爆开。·鸭肉嚼劲紧致,肉质对得起价格。第一次吃濑粉,口感可以接受,但喜欢不起来,有点夹生的感觉。清淡的汤底化解了烧味的油腻,整体不错,感受最佳口感一定堂食!·桌上各种自助调味都有,大概因为拼桌,隔板这头的我没看到梅子酱。搭配辣椒酱其实也不错啊哈哈,而且这里的辣椒酱舍得用余均益——上次吃家全七福也是这款。·米其林推荐的几家烧味其实要比那两家一星烧味靠谱的,赢在性价比,省在排队时间,也能领略到本地街坊店的风味。·十一点半来不用排队,不过态度就不必报有预期了,点菜犹豫下就显得不耐烦,刚放下筷子就把碗收走了,可能生意确实好到店家一分钟都不想你多耽搁吧。

咁啱喺收鋪之前趕到,所以已經賣晒燒鵝~ 估唔到叉燒嘅蜜汁都幾好食,下次可以嚟再試埋燒鵝~ 而依個價錢同埋質量來講都真係性價比不錯👍🏽🤩

I visited this restaurant following a recommendation, however I was left disappointed. I went for the roast goose with ‘lai fun’ noodles. Had to walk fairly far to come to this restaurant given not particularly close to any mtr station.Service was very quick and the soup was pipping hot. Noodles were nice however I came for their roast goose which i found extremely tough almost to the point I couldn’t bite it. Extremely disappointed and won’t be recommending this to anyone
