晚上在中環附近覓食,突然想起很久沒來吃一樂燒鵝了。  6:30 入去,接近座無虛席,還好兩人是有位的。 甫坐下就發現旁邊坐的是日本人,對面桌是內地人。看來一樂燒鵝在遊客眼中也很有名氣。顯然,中環店獲得過米芝蓮一星吸引了不少外地客。4年前我來的時候還沒有那麼多人。一坐下,不用想,直接點了最普通的燒鵝瀨粉,56元,貴一點有燒鵝胸瀨粉和燒鵝脾瀨粉。友人則點了燒鵝胸飯。點了食物等沒多久就上桌了,一碗燒鵝瀨粉份量也不少。燒鵝很香,暗紅色的燒鵝皮泛着黃色的油光。一口湯下去,有淡淡油脂和鮮甜,估計有放了燒鵝的剩餘部位去制作湯頭。瀨粉一條一條完完整整,口感煙韌,不是一般貨色可比。吃一啖燒鵝,有明顯的燒鵝肉香,而且肉質細嫩,再一淡湯,口裡的味道更上升另一個層次。我不禁感嘆,燒鵝果然搭上瀨粉才是美妙絶配。最厲害是,燒鵝的皮浸在湯中也還是維持香脆可口,令人佩服不已。普通的燒鵝瀨粉略嫌燒鵝肉會比較少,看來下次點燒鵝胸瀨粉會吃得更開心呢。…Read More

忽然想吃燒鵝,又想過海,想到中環以燒鵝馳名的「一樂」,價錢比區內的另一有名食肆「鏞記」便宜得多,便與老婆仔兩人遠征中環,決定來這間「一樂」分店吃碗美味的 「燒鵝髀瀨」,一飽口腹,滿足自己與老婆仔兩人心去來潮興起的這個願望。其實老店在大埔區的「一樂」,早已在區內揚名,不過自己雖曾多次路過大埔區的「一樂」老店,卻始終一次也不曾幫襯過。到它大展拳腳,在中環區開了分店之後,也因路途稍遠,自己懶得過海而緣慳一面。這一天,終於前來一試,自己對它的燒鵝著實也有點期望。這間位於士丹利街,就在名店「陸羽」附近的分店是間新舖,剛從相隔不遠的舊舖搬來不久。舊舖我沒去過,所以無從比較,不過這新舖地方尚算闊落,環境也見企理。這次前來的目的只得一個,當然是叫來兩碗「燒鵝髀瀨」,與老婆仔一人一碗啦!誰不知店內的女伙計竟然對我說店內剛只賣剩一隻燒鵝髀:(:(,我又不想再等,於是便唯有只叫一碗 「燒鵝髀瀨」,另外一碗則只叫回普通的 「燒鵝瀨粉」算了。而當然,盛惠 $49 一碗的「燒鵝髀瀨」是老婆仔享用的,足足便宜了十二個大洋,只售 $32 一碗的「燒鵝瀨粉」則是屬於我的。一會兒後,兩碗瀨粉先後送到,論賣相,當然是原隻燒鵝髀吸引得多啦!這天實在失策,竟忘記了叫伙計把燒鵝髀另碟送上,使它的脆皮被瀨粉湯浸得稍腍,不夠脆身:(。呷一口瀨粉湯,還不賴,雖然始終因為是鵝瀨的關係,少不免會稍為油膩,不過還算好喝:)。瀨粉呢?都算晶瑩通透,口感頗滑。至於主角的燒鵝與燒鵝髀,就當然是燒鵝髀的肉質嫩滑得多啦!試問既暖且軟的燒鵝髀又怎會不好吃呢?!這兒的燒鵝皮雖不夠香脆,不過薄薄的燒鵝皮脂肪不多,不會包著過於肥淋淋的脂膏,鵝皮之下已是啖啖肉質結實的鵝肉,水準可真不錯,總算沒有令自己失望:):):)。要是來到中環區,又想吃到美味的燒鵝,又不想花太多錢的話,這兒實在不失為「鏞記」以外的好選擇呢:):):)!…Read More
