復活節假放完, 又要回到現實生活了....正常就梗係未回魂啦~ 約埋友人食放題, 脫離一下殘酷的世界~~環境:  平日8:30pm人流都唔多, 即時入席~座位都好多, 除了方方正正枱, 都有卡位, 亦有凹入去既位置, 可以大班人(8-10人到)圍埋一齊坐, 咁都幾好, 易d傾計~開餐喇~~~餐牌係彩色架, 啱晒我呢d視覺派, 睇相好過睇字~細細張紙, 交單時可以唔駛考慮咁耐.... 因為如果大大張紙, 我只剔一樣.... 又好似好浪費張紙咁...  食物:頭盤梗係叫d刺身先啦~~!! 因為友人唔好刺身, 所以叫得唔多~ 唔似隔離台d刺身拼盤砌到大大盤, 好靚咁~我覺得最好味係螺肉、象拔蚌、鮮帶子~ 螺肉係我食過最好鮮甜~!! 象拔蚌唔係度度有得叫, 爽口唔腥~鮮帶子壽司好肥美~ 赤貝亦唔腥大大件, 飯就細細件~ 抵讚~   到燒物炸物~炸物全都是剛炸起的~ 熱辣辣最好食芝麻雞翼好正呀~ 外脆內嫩~ 吃完一隻又一隻~~ 炸蠔裡面乾身, 味道不錯, 若炸粉再薄dd就更好了~我最愛.... 這三大炸粒粒~~ 真係要大力推介第一位: 炸榴槤外皮脆脆, 唔太厚, 裡面粒榴槤糯米糍大大粒, 糯米皮薄, 一咬落去, 爆漿~! 好香呀~ 榴槤fans一定一定要試~! 第二位: 紫心香芋丸本來有擔心會好膩, 好滯口~ 外皮同炸榴槤差唔多, 但第一口感覺好香甜, 一d都唔覺滯~個心係紫色, 但炸皮內一層係黃黃地色既皮, 唔知係咪甜薯~ 諗唔到會咁香滑~  第三位: 一口芝士一口芝士名副其實, 真係細細粒一啖過~ 外皮一樣脆薄, 裡面芝士很濃, 好似從前細細過成日食的那款.... 一粒方型磚, 有個牛牛頭芝士粒~ 好懷念~燒物:我最喜歡燒羊鞍、翠肉瓜~羊鞍肉唔太腥亦唔韌~ 肥瘦剛好~ 明明很飽, 吃了一隻, 仍然忍唔住再吃多隻~ 一定要趁熱吃~ 好味好多~~翠肉瓜燒得剛好, 唔會太乾, 咬落仍好Juicy~加了味粉, 去了瓜的臭青味~ 很惹味~ 其他熟食: 冷面味道出奇地特別, 酸酸地好開胃~~牛肉鍋牛嫩~但就較少片~ 湯很甜~ 很喜歡裡面很多菜~ 啱晒我菜菜子~帶子燒友人覺得好好味, 很喜歡那芝士沙津汁, 我就覺得多左少少~在自助bar還有不少熟食可選~ 芝士焗西蘭花、炸腸仔、炸春卷、口水雞翼等...最特別是章魚小丸~~ 可以食一粒過下癮~ 甜品:女人係有一個甜品胃的~ 就算幾飽, 都能夠啟動甜品胃~~!!我最愛的甜品首三名如下:第一位: Q版心太軟嘩~~~~ 半溶流心朱古力, 甜度熱度剛好~ 溫暖軟滑~~ 細細件唔怕"漏"~ encore, encore 再encore~~最估唔到係心太軟分類為燒物類, 差d睇漏眼無叫到~ 好在友人眼利~ 不過.., 流心都睇下彩數, 唔係件件有, 有d會較熟~ 叫了6件, 4件流心~ 第二位: 牛奶布甸本來不抱期望, 但試一啖, 嘩~ 好滑呀~ 淡淡的牛奶味~ 少少甜~ 愈食愈停唔到口~ 結果一口氣吃完了.... 第三位: 朱古力mousse第一層漿濃, 重朱古力味~ 第二層細滑, 二層加埋好夾~ 最頂的朱古力碎如果再硬身d, 就更有口感了~朱古力fans要試下~~^^ 餐廳的食物+飲品選擇都很多~有不少特別的選擇~ 如自己手拉乳酪雪糕,仲有d配料: 爆漿粒/朱古力針/朱古力糖/棉花糖可以自己任加~有熱的紙包飲品, 好貼心, 照顧不愛凍飲的朋友仔~還有豆腐花、大福~  :)服務:我去過的放題店都未試過有如此神速的服務呢.....我剛剛寫好點菜紙, 待應一經過就已經好快手收左~下單都不用5分鐘, 總有食物送上枱~~~~友人剛拿起手卷, 下一秒經過的待應已經準備收碟了~ 服務真係太太太快了~ 但最好係, 又唔會覺得佢似趕你走個款黑口黑面~ 全餐飯都唔需要舉手叫人落單/收碟/追單~ 真係服務快手到令人佩服~臨走時才發現, 原來門口有夾公仔機~如果真係人多, 排晒長龍, 都可以玩下消磨下時間, 幾貼心丫~…Read More

百忙之中抽時間與朋友慶生,之前已經吃過好幾次大滿喜,一向覺得食物質素很好,想到吃放題又毫不猶豫選擇這間。預先訂了五點半的枱,準時到達準時有枱,準備開動了! 先點刺身拼盤,我們吃的有三文魚、油甘魚、甜蝦、赤蝦、帶子、青口、玉子。魚生片類油脂分佈平均而且是厚切的,十分肥美,蘸一點wasabi和豉油再吃,細細品嚐魚生的質感。甜蝦和赤蝦看起來差不多,只是甜蝦比較小,但比赤蝦更鮮甜美味;赤蝦只是份量取勝。之後再追加了幾次刺身都是吃三文魚,甜蝦和帶子,很鮮甜而且吃多也不膩!其次是卷物壽司比較特別,值得推介,我們點了芒果珍珠蟹肉卷,黑松露軟殻蟹卷,忌廉芝士鰻魚卷...個人很喜歡芝士鰻魚卷,可以一次吃到兩種喜歡的味道,芝士跟鰻魚也十分搭。黑松露軟殻蟹卷吃下去有脆脆的口感又配上飯一起咀嚼,同時吃到兩種層次。 另外吃了燒羊胺、炭燒雞軟骨、網燒牛仔骨,墨魚籽松露焗原隻帶子,燒物類的味道都很不錯,羊和牛的肉質鮮嫩,不會太韌太熟。焗帶子送來放了一回再吃還是熱的,白汁蓋在帶子上配上松露吊味,又是吃完再完的一款。還有芝麻雞翼是我的大愛呀,一口氣吃了四隻!外皮很香脆,內裡肉汁豐富而且鮮嫩入味。最後還有甜品和雪糕吃,非常滿足!整體來說都很值得吃,而且坐得舒服,店員上菜都很快而且沒有漏單,建議選平日時段來吃會更享受到有質素的食物和服務喔~…Read More

Happy Friday緊係要約埋啲朋友仔食吓吹吓,玩吓呻吓啦!大家都想選擇多又想份量剛好,噤就去放題喇,食幾多都係自己話事好彩準時放工,去到放題度都未開始多人,即時入得,入到去就兵分兩路,一邊就係 order嘢食,另一邊就係出去拎嘢飲,嘢飲太多選擇,眼花瞭亂!但竟然有韓國嘅忌廉溝鮮奶即時拎番幾罐,之後我仲發現咗原來甜品都係自助嘅!見到真係好驚喜雪糕並唔係得雀巢揀,仲有我細時成日食嘅大腳白同牛奶樂橫掂 order完食物都要等送到,所以即時拎咗兩款入去食住等!其實款式都幾多,當然第一 round就一定係刺食啦!三文魚又多又厚,全部都係肥美嫁甜蝦最怕就係肉霉,但呢度個啲係新鮮無問題,仲好甜添!冰山貝爽口,比白鳥貝更爽!象拔蚌刺身就真係唔係度度有喇,食落彈牙鮮味!蛋就可以接受,如果可以係表面加上糖再燒一燒就更好喇!總括嚟講,刺身都係多選擇,但獨欠帶子就有欠完美!其實當日我地都 encore咗3~4次刺身,可見對刺身追捧程度可讚嘅係雖然人多,卻沒有流單同份量不足嘅問題!串燒系列,我試咗燒雞軟骨同燒菠蘿!朋友說我很奇怪,竟然係放題嘅時間食燒菠蘿,我覺得燒菠蘿真係好正,平時普通菠蘿我係唔食嘅,但燒完之後,菠蘿會變得成甜,本應有嘅酸,變得微酸辣酒煮風螺入味好食,一份4個啱啱好,多啲辣味就更好:(壽司都 ok,啲飯唔會大大舊,唔係想你快啲飽個款!特別推介黑松露牡丹蝦,黑松露香味十足食到停唔到口以蝦嚟講,竟然食壽司多過刺食,真誇張!天婦羅都可以,個人比較鍾意吉列一口芝士,中間嘅芝士好濃好杰,唔係水汪汪個啲,一唔小心又會燙到,太水又欠缺芝士味!呢個一口芝士嘅芝士味好正!燒物方面,比較推介燒羊鞍都係回本之作,啖啖肉,有陣陣香草味,值得一叫再叫最後 encore咗啲甜品,外加咗一個北海道3.6奶凍,牛乳味好重,奶香滑都有齊,但就太細兜喇,唯有叫多兩碗滿足吓自己!唉,今次就叫唔同燉湯喇,不過見到隔黎檯有人成功 order到,昅到啲料都幾足嫁!如果下去,都不妨一試!Overall嚟講,以服務、出餐同食物方面,以放題嚟講,可以試試…Read More

我同同學聽講旺角有間放題好似幾好食,又咁岩有朋友今日生日,所以咁就決定去左試呢間野啦,我地BOOK 左7點,一行有9人,我地7點去到見到門口大堂都有唔小人,最後等左5分鐘度就安排到座位比我地入去啦一入到去,比左個卡位我地坐(個位幾好),又可以面對面傾計,感覺幾CLOSE一去到緊係睇下本ORDER 簿先架啦,發現D款都唔小都好似幾吸引,我地先寫左張沙律果張ORDER紙先,之後緊係叫刺身先架啦,個數量我地叫左好多(因為我地多人)寫晒D ORDER紙之後,我地就出去拎野飲(原來佢好似韓燒放題咁自己出去拎野飲),有+C,忌廉溝鮮奶,康師傅,可樂果D,仲有啤酒!!等左一陣之後,見到個驚喜有個waiter拎左盤刺身船行過黎,真係surprise!!架船好靚(唔知係唔係因為我地多人同埋寫既量都唔小呢),真係岩晒我地班大食鬼既胃口我地一路食一路系度吹水,留意到D waiter出餐都幾快同有禮貌,有D waiter 2隻手拎住2盤野(好厲害)先介紹食物,羊鞍整得幾淋,我個人鍾意佢既肉既質感同埋味道,咸度岩岩好香芋丸幾好食,一咬入面D香芋味出晒黎芝麻雞翼我至愛!!必食,佢炸到岩岩好,金黃色,好正!另外我地叫左幾個煱物,有蟹粥,雪花牛肉煱,仲有海鮮牛乳煱(好似),其中蟹粥比較好食,我諗因為佢呢個味道比較鮮甜一D,因為入面有D栗米既配料系度味道比較普通我覺得係芝士年糕同埋雞軟骨,我覺得D芝士年糕唔知點解好似食落有D粉,maybe唔係幾岩我口味,另外D雞軟骨我以為係一份份既,點知黎到先知係一串串既,同埋食落好似有D太硬,如果再淋D就perfect啦結果我地個個捧住個肚走總括而言,呢間野都值得大家去試一試既,有活動聚會不妨可以去一去呢間試下…Read More
