上星期去太子火五越式牛肉粉專門店試下,太太很喜歡食越南🇻🇳食物。我們要等大約二十分鐘,便有座位。太太叫左火五特式鳳爪撈檬,等左大約二十分鐘才上餐,其實鳳爪味道不錯,但檬粉較軟身,整體普通。而我則叫左火五火車頭牛肉粉,分量都比較多,生牛肉只是一般,熟牛肉就比較碎,牛丸是一般嘅質素,湯底較多味精,所以飲完較口渴,整體同一般越式店差不多。飲品叫左凍鹹檸梳打,反而覺得這杯飲品不錯,鹹檸味都幾好,飲左好舒服。…Read More

話說喺Office用外賣App搵嘢食,周不時會見到「火五越式牛肉粉專門店」,而且折扣優惠仲好高,我已經心動多時💕。呢日終於食咗,不過係堂食,哈哈。餐廳環境正正常常,店舖中間有幾張枱係專執外賣🥡,因為訂單真係多到一個點!每張枱都放有調味架,辣椒、辣醬、魚露等通通有齊,食越南菜必備!火五火車頭牛肉粉($62),🚂火車頭配料包括生牛肉、熟牛肉、牛丸以及扎肉。由於湯底夠熱,嚟到嘅生牛肉已經熟咗;熟牛肉本身就係牛腩,夾埋牛丸,全部都係牛🐮;當然仲有兩片扎肉。湯底唔油兼冇味精,不過可以濃味啲啲🍜。火車頭可揀河粉或者檬粉,我哋要咗後者。最吸引嘅地方係呢度嗌多粉免費,咁就唔使驚食唔飽。所以我哋一齊食一碗粉Share,再加多幾款小食🙈。手作挪威煙三文魚米紙卷(6件)($48),米紙卷其實都好飽肚。米紙卷有四款口味,我哋揀咗煙三文魚,感覺好Fusion,組合出奇地幾夾😗。除咗三文魚外,米紙卷入面亦包住酸蘿蔔絲同菜,所以外皮煙韌,內裏爽脆。意大利黑醋汁蒜蓉牛油雞翼(5件)($38),菜名嘅頭部份,即係黑醋汁,主要係淋上面。🍗而主角雞翼先係令我一試愛上嘅原因,因為炸衣夠薄又夠酥脆,而且帶有牛油香,第度食唔到依個味道。香茅豬頸肉($28),🐷豬頸肉份量幾多,不過有少少乾身。另外,如果佢排得整齊啲,整體觀感亦會吸引啲。凍越南椰汁冰($10午餐價),估唔到原來係外賣杯裝,味道似椰水多啲🥥。餐廳有提供水機供客人飲用,好貼心💦。總括嚟講,小店食物質素唔錯,送餐速度快,難怪做到咁多生意。如果想食越南菜🇻🇳,呢到係一個好去處,主食同小食都有唔少選擇。…Read More

火五越式牛肉粉專門店是最近我吃過的越南湯河店最為出色,它的小食亦是心機之作,醬料更是自家製,加上價錢相宜,所以我和朋友都一吃再吃。吃主食前第一樣必吃香草大蝦青木瓜沙律,木瓜果香十足,擠上青檸汁再攪拌提味,青木瓜沙律更加甜美,令人胃口大開。香草大蝦香噴噴的,且帶脆彈感,與青木瓜沙律十分合拍。香茅豬頸肉以香茅醃漬,然後下鍋油炸讓外表呈現最迷人的金黃,豬頸肉本身口感爽彈,加上香茅恰到好處的調味,豬頸肉滋味大為提升,若喜歡吃豬頸肉的話,我推薦大家一定要點。長長的越式炸蝦春卷外層春卷皮酥脆不油膩,內裡塞滿甚有彈勁的蝦肉,單吃可以感受到蝦肉濃厚的海味,當然亦有人喜歡包著生菜,蘿蔔絲一起吃,增添炸蝦春卷的清新度。常常吃牛肉湯河有點膩,今次轉吃越式花膠老火雞湯河。透徹淡黃的湯頭由花膠,雞隻及杞子熬煮而成,喝得出湯底無多餘調味,清甜無比,陣陣溫醇。如此精緻的老火雞湯,更能突顯河粉的滑溜,值得一提雞肉煮得軟腍,輕易骨肉分離,花膠貨真價實,彈牙極致,一切食材,湯底都完美無缺。意大利黑醋汁蒜蓉牛油雞翼現點現炸,我自己也十分喜愛蒜蓉牛油雞翼的風味,加上黑醋汁更美味。雞翼亦有厚度,外圍薄脆,雞肉柔軟,還嚐到鮮美的肉汁。我一邊咀嚼,一邊感受誘人的香氣在嘴裡噴發,實在好吃,讓人意猶未盡。手作炸軟殼蟹米紙卷裡頭包著大量生菜,青瓜,蘿蔔,炸軟殼蟹和檬粉,好吃的關鍵在於米紙跟餡料比例非常和諧,每樣食材表現突出。酥脆的軟殼蟹配上厚薄適中,帶點煙韌的米紙,沾上魚露醋汁吃,味道一流。火五火車頭牛肉粉豐盛的一碗,主要以扎肉,牛丸,熟牛肉和生牛肉組成,當然湯底亦是牛骨熬成。牛骨湯頭入口鮮甜清爽,生牛肉粉嫩不乾柴,熟牛肉煮得軟嫩,扎肉挺有咬感,牛丸極具彈性,深得朋友歡心。凍鹹檸梳打和凍越式香滑濃咖啡均不賴,尤其是凍越式香滑濃咖啡,朋友說跟她在越南跟的一模一樣,散發獨樹一格的咖啡香,濃醇滑口。凍鹹檸梳打爽感彭湃,集鹹,酸,甜於一身,開胃又解膩。…Read More
