老牌子好出名嘅上海菜館,裝修普通,阿姐服務熱情。原本抱住好高期望,但係食物質素正常水平,以佢嘅價位來講,覺得唔係幾抵。👌🏼蟹粉鍋飯特登為咗呢個蟹粉鍋飯慕名而來。份量比想像中細,大約4人份量。味道方面,蟹粉嘅味道都充足,但又未係非常油潤香甜。比較有特色嘅係佢炒得比較多飯焦粒,食落比較多脆脆嘅口感,但又唔會整到好黐牙或者好硬。味道係可以,但又冇咩特別,同平時食到嘅差唔多。以咁嘅價錢,我會預期有更上一層樓嘅味道。佢嘅鍋飯suppose 係上檯一路睇住佢炒,但當晚阿姐去左另一個角落炒飯,上到檯已經係一碗碗分好左,影唔到好靚嘅砂鍋相。:)拌馬蘭頭充滿馬蘭頭特有嘅青草草香。如果鍾意馬蘭頭嘅草青味,應該會滿意。🤔鎮江肴肉差過平時上海菜館嘅口感,質地比較硬實同埋唔順滑。🤔清炒蝦仁正常水準,但係有啲偏鹹。🤔砂鍋雲吞雞湯底比較淡,冇咩味精味,但係同時雞味都唔濃郁。比較家常嘅味道。雲吞份量頗多。👌🏼糖醋魚塊切得大塊同有口感。外皮頗脆,味道就係正常咕嚕肉嗰種酸酸甜甜味道。👌🏼火腿津白津白好腍身好入味。:)蟹粉蒸小籠包蟹粉油香濃郁,小籠包皮薄多汁。係好味嘅。酒漕蛋 蛋黃充滿酒嘅香味,甜味同酒味平衡得啱啱好。雖然全熟蛋嘅賣相唔討好,但係全晚最有驚喜竟然係呢個酒漕蛋。👌🏼燻蛋呢個麻麻。只係食到煙燻嗰陣味,但係冇甜味或者其他味道去襯托。🤔高力豆沙比較失望,高力豆沙外層嘅皮完全冇味,唔會有啲蛋香味。內裡係紅豆撈埋香蕉,味道唔算特別討好。總結來講,味道唔係伏,都亦唔係特別出色,只係係普通上海菜館水準。以每人$1000 嘅價位,無論味道同賣相都欠缺預期嘅精緻感。  …Read More

中秋過後好快又到大閘蟹季節,四周圍都會聽到「九月圓臍十月尖」,農曆九月家人亦會約埋一群蟹痴買雌蟹返屋企開餐,十月先拆雄蟹食白羔 ,聖誕節前家中總洋溢著花雕酒味同蟹味。XO仔因敏感問題極少食蟹,不過適逢九旬長輩於灣仔「留園雅敘」大宴親朋一嚐全蟹宴,江南特產陽澄湖大閘蟹剛好可橫行無忌地為細佬慶祝寫下第四百編食評 !「留園雅敘」離灣仔地鐵站不遠,附近亦有多條港九巴士及小巴線會路經,電車站就喺後面街,大廈門外亦設有代客泊車服務,交通方便得很。步出升降機門前一刻已聞到強勁o既蟹味同醋味,似乎店內大部分食客都係黎食大閘蟹,幸好主人家預訂o既私人房間冷氣足且流通,就算全枱十三人面前都有一大碗醋,房內o既蟹醋味一啲都唔過份。除咗頭盤之外,主人家吩咐帶有上海鄉音o既肥嬸嬸將所有大閘蟹菜式平均分成十二份,而薑、糖等醬油就放喺轉盤上等客人自由加添。雖然店內人手不足,故被扣下服務分,但睇得出長駐房內嗰位嬸嬸非常勤奮,獨力支撐就算有啲吃力都保持笑容,一有時間更會自動自覺為各人斟添酒水及更換碗碟,態度極佳 ,衛生意識亦高。當小肥行近分餸小枱位置拍下酒樽及酒瓶o既相片作記錄時,居然見到張「出品單」,發現大閘蟹宴每位單價為$1,780再加一,另收每位$8泡菜及$8茶錢,粗略估計埋單每人二千五都應該走唔到 。客人到齊,安排好酒水茶品,三款頭盤隨即送上,其中細佬唯一冇食「燻魚」。 烤麩:暖暖o既烤麩微甜香軟,好襯伴碟爽脆無渣o既荀片。 涼拌馬蘭頭:幼細o既馬蘭頭清新、清脆、易入口。好快蟹宴正式由「熟醉蟹」開始食,每人半隻,無奈XO仔當晚負責揸車,為怕酒後醉駕,所以唔敢試 ,只係聽見座上客無一不讚。接住落黎o既餸菜全部都已經去殼,由每人一小蒸籠起,大家都食得好輕鬆。 清蒸蟹拑:小蒸籠原來暗藏多隻小蟹拑,每隻同樣鮮甜肥厚,如果冇估錯,菜餚將會越食越濃味。 蟹腿扒露荀:食完蟹拑當然係要食埋蟹腳啦!師傅加咗薄薄o既露荀片伴炒蟹腳,不失蟹肉o既清甜味,卻又增添咗分爽脆感,盡顯簡單美 。 清炒蝦仁($250):主人家教路,如果喺蟹腳露荀上再加少少清炒蝦仁,其實仲會加強整碟餸o既鮮味同口感,效果亦當真如此 ! 蟹羔炒粉皮:用上白蟹羔炒煮o既粉皮香滑軟腍無比 ,淨食真係會有啲溜,不過點上酸甜o既醋食好容易就中和返。 蟹粉大排翅:嘩,每位食客都有成隻碟咁大o既一大碗翅,碗內鮮味濃郁o既蟹粉同翅o既份量真係好足 ,而且絕對冇煮到水汪汪,果真真材實料,大家都邊食邊讚,超 ! 蟹粉扒豆苗:翠綠色o既豆苗幼嫩甜美,以蟹蓋承載得滿滿o既蟹粉壯觀又美味。食咗兩口先知原來每人都有一碗麵跟碟蟹粉豆苗一齊上。正確食法係要將蟹粉撈入炒麵先唔會覺得咁滯,好有諗頭。食完蟹粉豆苗,肥嬸嬸就呈上熱辣味濃o既薑茶,以驅解寒氣之用。飲下第一口,薑茶o既辣味同熱力直逼腸臟,暖胃舒暢,「留園雅敘」明顯地真係食蟹專家喎 :) ! 蟹粉小籠包:正當大家以為蟹粉伴麵係單尾時,肥嬸嬸又每人送上小蒸籠一個,原來大家仲有一隻軟嫩鮮甜多汁o既蟹粉小籠包食!蟹宴以蒸籠作起點,亦以蒸籠作終結,安排非常美滿 ! 冰糖雞頭米:糖水清潤輕巧,飲落腸胃極度舒適。「留園雅敘」樓底唔高,但私人房間o既隔音同冷氣管理都做得好好,服務生誠懇勤奮,加上蟹宴菜式高質又美觀,難怪一位要$1,780再加一都咁多人幫襯!不知不覺XO仔已經寫咗三百九十幾編食評,原意其實係想留待之前靚靚媽咪生日嗰編作第四百編,但期後發覺三百九十九個意頭好啲,所以就更改策略,以今次編全蟹宴打橫行黎自我祝賀 。蟹宴當晚有緣幸會拆蟹高手,欣賞到美女廚神巧妙地拆去蟹肉,再砌返大閘蟹o既原狀,同場加影彷彿正正為細佬送上賀禮,真係high爆 !…Read More
