好幾年都是想起來要訂這家的鮮肉月餅,但打過去已經訂不了了。今年不知道是疫情關係還是沒有遊客來,總之最後訂到了10.1當天,下午去拿到居然還是熱的!!跟在家鄉吃的味道是一樣的!!肉餡會流汁!!酥皮鬆軟但脆度也在。好吃到立刻想擁抱做餅的師傅。在家鄉鮮肉月餅是全年都可以吃到的食物,香港可能江浙滬後代始終不是那麼多,沒法做成日常的食物,所以全年只能中秋吃到,更顯得可貴。在等待的間隙看了菜單,是道地的上海菜,下次來吃的話一定寫感謝的卡片給做餅師傅。還有一件很有趣的事情,所有服務生都講著上海腔調的廣東話,一時間都分不清到底是廣東話還是上海話,但大家堅持用廣東話溝通,蠻厲害的哈哈😄

留園雅敘的生煎包就是我的最愛, 也是我覺得最好吃的. 底部煎得香脆無比, 外面的麵皮厚度剛好, 口感軟糯帶濕潤, 淋上少少蔥油在上面真是綿上添花. 內餡的肉香甜鬆軟, 最重要是肉汁的豐盈如小籠包一樣. 相對而言小籠包也夠Juicy, 但就沒有前者般驚為天人. 由於碳水化合物吃得很夠, 小菜也以簡單(!?)為主, 像是糖醋排骨的酸甜平衡度不錯, 用上椒鹽炸過的排骨令其更酥脆, 更為重口味. 用上蒽油淋上雞肉而成的油淋雞, 外皮夠脆香但雞肉有點乾, 伴上蔥油的豉油有點鹹, 這就有點失色了!

同屋企人好鍾意晏晝來呢度食飯,菜式雖然簡單普通但做得很細緻,每一樣餸菜都好好味道,自問本身不是太喜歡上海菜,唔鍾意餸菜又油又甜又酸,但呢間的菜色真係做得好好,係我屋企人最愛嘅上海餐廳之一。叉子燒餅真係做得好好,叉子本身已經炒得好香,燒餅又脆又薄,一齊食時真係色香味俱全 😋鍋貼係另一必選菜式,外皮煎得很脆,內裏又滑又多汁,咬落去啲汁會流出來😍另外,脆膳又香又趣;醉豬肚好入味,好少地方可以食到,推介 👍🏻👍🏻

同屋企人好鍾意晏晝來呢度食飯,菜式雖然簡單普通但做得很細緻,每一樣餸菜都好好味道,自問本身不是太喜歡上海菜,唔鍾意餸菜又油又甜又酸,但呢間的菜色真係做得好好,係我屋企人最愛嘅上海餐廳之一。
