I have to complain the food quality in Liu Yuan Pavilion. We ate a piece of black rubber band in Wonton soup this noon. They explained that it was probably used for tied vegetable together and they were sorry about it... We strongly doubt about it’s hygienic condition. We also hope Michelin guide will notice what happened in their one star restaurant.

在网上看到这家店的照片直接就被蟹粉吸引住了,周末想订都订不上只能现场去等,周日中午去排了第二波,吃点两个熏蛋,蟹粉粉皮,清炒鳝糊,百叶结烧肉和两个酸辣汤,两个人总共1100,感觉还是很值得确实是熏的味道,但没感觉有什么特别之处吃了一口就觉得太值了,这才是真正的蟹粉,真的都是蟹肉蟹膏炒出来的,太好吃啦!不过不失,但酸辣汤应该是胡椒的辣,感觉这个辣是一般辣酱的辣这才配叫鳝糊,里面基本都是鳝鱼而且很嫩,用料十足,只是略微有些油大。在吃过的百叶结烧肉里算是非常好的了,做的跟嫩味道也刚好,很入味也不会太咸。

好幾年都是想起來要訂這家的鮮肉月餅,但打過去已經訂不了了。今年不知道是疫情關係還是沒有遊客來,總之最後訂到了10.1當天,下午去拿到居然還是熱的!!跟在家鄉吃的味道是一樣的!!肉餡會流汁!!酥皮鬆軟但脆度也在。好吃到立刻想擁抱做餅的師傅。在家鄉鮮肉月餅是全年都可以吃到的食物,香港可能江浙滬後代始終不是那麼多,沒法做成日常的食物,所以全年只能中秋吃到,更顯得可貴。在等待的間隙看了菜單,是道地的上海菜,下次來吃的話一定寫感謝的卡片給做餅師傅。還有一件很有趣的事情,所有服務生都講著上海腔調的廣東話,一時間都分不清到底是廣東話還是上海話,但大家堅持用廣東話溝通,蠻厲害的哈哈😄

留園雅敘的生煎包就是我的最愛, 也是我覺得最好吃的. 底部煎得香脆無比, 外面的麵皮厚度剛好, 口感軟糯帶濕潤, 淋上少少蔥油在上面真是綿上添花. 內餡的肉香甜鬆軟, 最重要是肉汁的豐盈如小籠包一樣. 相對而言小籠包也夠Juicy, 但就沒有前者般驚為天人. 由於碳水化合物吃得很夠, 小菜也以簡單(!?)為主, 像是糖醋排骨的酸甜平衡度不錯, 用上椒鹽炸過的排骨令其更酥脆, 更為重口味. 用上蒽油淋上雞肉而成的油淋雞, 外皮夠脆香但雞肉有點乾, 伴上蔥油的豉油有點鹹, 這就有點失色了!

整頓午餐從嘈吵聲中渡過,但無阻那美味的一道又一道上海美食、大堂大部份餐枱都全院滿座,嘈吵總是少不免的、整餐飯都是有一位元老級的侍應招呼,服務與禮貌都周到,走出街外還是想想下次要來吃甚麼、暗地笑了好一個為食厨娘。

我一向不太喜歡上海菜因為樣樣菜式都偏油較膩但這間的餸菜都沒有油膩感 已經加分這店亦出名食大閘蟹本身唔太好蟹的我都叫了個蟹粉炒粉皮果然名不虛傳❗️真材實料 滿滿的蟹粉充滿濃濃的蟹鮮味配粉皮索哂蟹粉真係一流🤩絕對係必食推介脆鱔係我至愛 微醋酸配超級脆口的鱔真係一食上癮鎮江肴肉亦做得唔錯烤夫就較為失望 味道偏甜較淡小籠包幾出色 皮薄餡靚 湯汁清而濃百頁結烤肉 百頁做得好出色烤肉夠腍 醬汁香濃不偏甜 超惹味原條松子魚 真係功夫餸 炸得香脆魚肉依然嫩滑 最重要甜酸醬汁調得剛好 非常好味香蕉高力豆沙即叫即做 超級熱辣辣抵讚可惜蛋白唔係發得好好 比較重實唔夠鬆餡料味道幾好唔會過甜大部分菜式價錢偏貴 碟頭細性價比不算特別高 但勝在食物質素好依然值得一試既抵讚的係有人等位都沒有催促我們離開服務亦算是唔錯 整體晚飯都滿意

有同事生日,於是拉大隊去食中菜。我地見未試過呢間餐廳,所以特地book黎試下。一入到去見到個環境好舒服好靚,以淡綠色及淺黃色為主,每枱之前有充足嘅空間。我地一行11人叫左兩個5人套餐,另加3籠小籠包2個銀絲卷。每個套餐包中湯、4款涼拌小菜、5道菜及甜品。由於我地每樣都想試下,所以每道菜都係叫一碟。每道涼拌小菜質素都好高,我尤其中意食蔥油海哲皮,口感滑溜彈牙; 花雕醉雞,雞件好嫩滑,酒香濃郁; 烤夫跟平時嘅烤夫味道唔同,幾特別; 雞絲粉皮嘅粉皮唔會硬身而且芝麻醬汁味道唔錯。左起:烤夫、鎮江肴肉 左起花雕醉雞、蔥油海蜇皮。每次食上海菜都一定叫小籠包,今次也不例外,小籠包熱辣辣,好多汁,好好食。蔥爆牛肉,牛肉好鮮嫩,而且同京蔥一齊食,感覺無咁肥膩。回鍋肉好夠鍋氣,好香,而且味道很濃郁,好啱配飯食。糖醋魚塊比我想像中無咁甜,而且魚塊好滑。砂鍋扁尖豆腐都係第一次食,不過覺得醬汁味道太重。雪菜老豆腐,又一道豆腐嘅菜式,不過呢道明顯清淡好多,可以將豆腐嘅香味更突出。套餐仲包埋糖水,估唔到的是唔係紅豆沙而是薏米糖水,味道清甜,可以清清味蕾又可以為此餐劃上完滿句號。
