難得疫情稍稍平靜,大家都出來聚聚見吓面,就簡簡單單食個泰國菜先,但又何須去九龍城,因旺角都有間不錯嘅泰國菜館「泰廚泰國菜館」其實這間泰國菜館就在很多人都常去的寵物街,一落自動天橋便能看見,餐廳雖然不算太大,但有兩層能接待食客,裝修不是太奢華極為樸素使人感覺很舒服分別有很多唔同的菜牌及每天推介、更有一些只需加很少錢便能品嚐的美食頭盤叫了一個《泰式明爐烏頭》,當然唔少得上枱時有文火烤煮,魚的份量很足夠兩至三人享用,食落口很鮮甜軟滑今天適逢星期四,所以除推介《明爐蒸烏頭》外更可加$1享用泰式生蝦,咪以為只係一蚊雞,但係生蝦也很新鮮彈牙食得泰國菜,豈能少得《泰式炒通菜》,食到尾,通菜都不會很油膩,蝦醬味也不會鹹,通菜仍保持爽脆另外加叫了一個小食拼盤,雖然是細拼盤但係份量都很足夠有爽脆的蝦片啦,串燒豬肉及雞肉,還有蝦餅魚餅每件都彈牙多汁鮮嫩飲品就叫了一杯龍眼冰@珍多冰,兩杯冰冰都很好味,又不會太甜正中和剛才所食的食物…Read More

終於都等到細妹放假,日日番工真係人都癲。話說之前佢係旺角食過一間好出名既泰國菜 - 泰廚,一直都念念不忘。適逢佢今日放假,我地就決定一齊去食番餐好好relax下。尤其今日真係好熱好焗,食泰國菜相對清爽d,個人無咁大負擔。老實說,我個人係超級喜歡泰國菜,香辣香口酸甜,再加上唔同類型既香料,已經將唔同類型既食材提升到另一個層次。當我到達泰廚時,已經被門口既串燒所吸引,店員將雞肉燒成金黃色,好香好引人犯罪。甫入店,店員亦馬上安排座位,非常有效率。基於我地係抱住豁出去既心情黎食野減壓,所以我地就叫咗好多我地平時lunch係比較少食既野,例如炸蝦餅同大頭蝦冬蔭功等等。首先上菜的是豬頸肉撈檬,金黃色的炸蒜片散發著誘人的香味,輕輕一撥,微微燒焦的豬頸肉亦已躺在芽菜青瓜絲生菜上。加入特製的魚露,輕拌至將所有食材和味道完全融合。豬頸肉很香和爽口,味道不會過鹹,剛剛好。再配以檬粉和蔬菜進食,非常解暑。值得一讚是,所有蔬菜都非常夠凍十分清爽,加分。泰廚既上菜速度好快,轉眼間大部份食物已經全部上齊。海南雞飯很高水準,妹妹亦特別鍾愛呢個飯。好好彩,雞肉很嫩滑,雞皮部分亦不會很膩。沾上特製泰式醬汁,非常美味。而雞飯用香料和雞湯煮過後,散發陣陣香氣,配上海南雞,perfect match。大頭蝦冬蔭功湯好夠熱,由於椰奶下得較少,味道會偏向酸味重一點。大頭蝦的長度尤如手掌大,肉質不錯。泰式炒通菜超好味,非常有鑊氣同超熱!其實呢個係一個好簡單既菜式,但我每次食泰國菜都係定必點。今次絕對係非常驚喜,係我覺得最好味既菜式,如果係青骨通菜,效果更佳!狼吞虎嚥一輪,又係時候埋單計數。以泰菜黎講,價錢都親民同抵食。另一方面,我覺得泰廚既店員好細心。除了青檸冰,我還散叫了一杯龍眼冰,而當然是比青檸冰,但店員竟幫我將貴的飲品跟餐,平的飲品散叫。呢一點我覺得佢地真係好細心同體貼,加分。…Read More

今天相約朋友到旺角逛街,到了晚飯時間走到了金魚街一帶,看到這間泰式菜館,泰菜來說價錢也不貴,就決定了今晚的晚餐。覇氣而簡單的招牌,門外不少人等位和走過。店外的串燒部。優惠很吸引:)但吃太飽了沒有選有一片薄薄的煎蛋蓋在飯上,肉鬆是甜味的,炒飯的蝦醬味沒有特別濃烈,但亦有足夠的蝦醬味。紅彤彤的冬蔭公,喝起來當然是辣,但其實不是十分十分的辣,所以不用擔心這個湯會太辣:)很有泰式的味道,有一點點酸味,很開胃,也不是特別油膩貨真價實的海鮮湯,有鮮蝦、章魚、青口等食材。豬頸肉很入味,淨食也有肉汁,切成一薄片,很好入口也不韌不油膩。精粹在於特製的醬汁,酸酸的泰式風味,很清新的感覺:)與豬頸肉十分匹配。味道較濃,偏向䶢味,每一根菜都吸收到醬汁非常入味。一串三顆和牛粒,肉汁不錯,加上椒類洋蔥等,更顯泰式風味。飲品點了泰式珍多冰和青檸梳打。珍多冰椰奶味很足,也很香滑。青檸梳打的梳打水則選用了Chang,杯中除了有青檸外,也有一點青檸甜醬,令梳打味道有點甜味。沒有加一,滿足的晚餐:)…Read More
