今晚同女朋友二人世界,佢鐘意食泰國野,但又怕出九龍城遠又要等位,所以就近近地響屋企附近覓食好彩之前經過德福見到一間鋪仔係食泰國野,如果唔係又要頭痕諗食咩去到門口店員已經好熱情咁向我地介紹,我地睇下menu,價錢一啲都唔貴,$208已經有一個二人套餐,包哂野飲甜品,相信普通餐廳都搵唔到。店員仲話食滿$250會送一碟泰式魚餅,聽落又幾抵,即管去試下。二人套餐包左約4分1隻燒雞(或海南雞)、生菜包、飛天通菜(或馬拉𦾟芥蘭)、兩個黃薑飯(或蒜蓉包)、兩杯飲品同甜品。我地叫多個芒果糯米飯夠$250,所以就送一碟魚餅。上菜都算快,係幾耐啲野都多到放唔到咁濟,如果坐四人台應該好少少。海南雞就食得多喇, 所以今次揀左燒雞, 唔會好乾, 味道都唔錯亦都好入味送既魚餅, 平時係送春卷, 果晚冇唒所以就改送魚餅, 自己本身係鍾意魚餅多d既, 但唎到既魚餅就唔係話特別好食蒜蓉包唔好食, 好淋, 蒜蓉味亦唔香, 揀返油飯/白飯好過飛天通菜, 好好味!但係我自己本身都食開辣既都覺得辣左d, 而女朋友只食到少少辣, 所以唎碟佢係完全食唔到既, 如果唔食得辣記得問下有冇得少辣/走辣除左飛天通菜, 仲有個生菜包, 唎個套餐菜既份量幾足夠下, 岩唒鐘意食菜既我!用黎夾生菜包既肉酸酸地,少少辣,味道幾夾餐飲揀左泰式奶茶同青檸梳打, 泰式奶茶係有泰式奶茶既味, 但茶味唔太夠濃青檸梳打得1塊仔青檸, 但都有青檸味既最後跟餐既甜品, 唔記得左叫咩名, 但係唔好味既, 太甜另外加左個芒果糯米飯, 唔錯, 糯米飯有少少咸, 唔會好似泰國果d咁咸, 又唔會完全唔咸, 椰奶分量都足夠下次會再黎試埋其他野…Read More

很久沒吃泰國菜,在德福廣場行街發現一間泰國餐廳,人流不少,便進去一試。炸蝦餅 一客4件,朋友覺得份量少有點貴。還好,因它每件都很大件很厚。蝦味很重很彈牙,應該落足料,但外層有點過實,可能麵包糠過多。雖然有給泰式辣醬,但我沒有沾過,反而沾青咖喱,更好吃。椰汁雞湯本來想點冬陰公,但朋友說不喜歡吃酸的,想要椰汁雞湯,甚麼都吃的我只好屈服。有兩個size,雖然我們只有兩人,通常也會點細,但因好奇,所以問了店員大細size分量會相差多少,店員回答差少少,十分抽象。雞湯連gas爐一起上,湯就是要熱才好味。奶白色的湯上面澆了一些辣椒油,以為會椰子味十分重,但意外地,它跟冬陰公差不多味,也是酸的,只是椰奶味更重,而辣味較輕。朋友喝了一碗就放棄了,我喝了半煲,雖然不是真正的冬陰公,但也滿足了我想喝冬陰公的願望。第一次喝椰子雞湯,不知道這是不是正常的味道,但泰國菜通常都這些味道,所以沒有深究,反正再問店員他也會回答一些很抽像的答案。泰式青咖喱雞 眾多咖哩中,最喜愛的就是青咖哩,雖然它不是最辣,但它有股特別的香氣吸引着我。內裡有很多雞肉和菜,本來打算點一碟菜,現在也不需要了。我們並沒有點飯或麵包,把它沾蝦餅和金邊粉吃,或直接當湯喝,十分滿足。泰式炒鮮蝦金邊粉 朋友覺得味道有點淡,但因我吃過很多中伏的pad thai,那根本是茄汁味,所以我寧願它是淡也不希望是茄汁味,而且我拌青咖哩一起吃,所以我覺得淡一點也挺不錯。很喜歡這裡的金邊粉的口感,比其他餐廳煮得硬一點,很有咬口。芒果沙冰 不要看它顏色那麼淺便以為它不好喝,它很有許留山的感覺,芒果味很甜。吃了那麼多濃味的食物後,可以幫助清一清味蕾。泰式奶茶 非常害怕喝泰式奶茶,怕甜得過份,但朋友說這並沒有好甜,尚可接受。雖然我們沒有點太多食物,但每一碟也挺大,連桌子也放不下。每次有食物上桌時,都需要把枱面上尚有的食物分到自己的盤子上,收走空碟才放得下下一碟。價錢不算貴,如果下次再來德褔,也會選擇這餐廳。…Read More
