啟德SOGO雙子匯The Twins開幕後,當中有不少餐廳主打日式菜系,今次就來到主打正宗廣島燒和鐵板燒料理的御將燒OKOSTA,裝修以簡約木色為主調,落地大玻璃可以俯瞰啟德景色,讓午間柔和的陽光滲入餐廳,採光充沛,使整體風格和諧溫暖,採用開放式設計,近距離見證廚師精湛的廚藝,全程不時傳來滋滋聲響,香氣四溢。餐廳由百年歷史的日本品牌Otafuku 共同協辦,堅持使用品牌出品的經典醬料,店內有日籍師傅坐鎮,除了主打廣島御好燒及鐵板燒料理之外,還有午市定食供應。廣島燒 $98每份廣島燒都是席前即製,將新鮮食材混合後,放在高溫的鐵板上烹煮,11種材料逐層疊加:麵漿、木魚粉、椰菜、炸麵花、蔥花、豆芽、五花肉、麵條、雞蛋、御好燒醬和青海苔,無需混合,大阪燒和廣島燒的主要區別,在於後者加入麵條,還有分層式的製作方式,層次更加複雜,口感豐富。現代燒 $118御好燒的意思取自於加入喜歡的食材並依喜好的方式煎成餅,現代燒的特色是在傳統大阪燒的基礎上加入了炒麵,關西風做法就是將麵糊與所有食材拌勻後一口氣倒下去煎成圓形餅,然後再鋪上一層炒麵,淋上御好燒醬和蛋黃醬,底層是柔軟濕潤的御好燒,頂層是嚼勁十足的炒麵,吃完一整個就已經帶來滿足的飽肚感。歐姆蛋包麵 $138經典日式炒麵加入芽菜、紅蘿蔔、豚肉以炒麵醬炒香,再用蛋漿包裹,灑上輕薄的木魚碎,遇到熱氣後搖曳飄舞,外層蛋皮柔嫩濕潤,每一口裹滿濃郁蛋香,麵條炒得入味有彈性。…Read More

日本過江龍🇯🇵😍 由百年歷史嘅日本醬料品牌Otafuku聯乘嘅御好燒專門店,主打廣島燒同鐵板燒料理‼️環境部份餐牌佢有午市定食餐廳,但好搞笑唔係食廣島燒/大阪燒😂所以我地都係散叫。 廣島燒 $98 廣島燒係將食材一層一層咁加上去,最底係麵漿,然後一層層加上木魚粉、椰菜、炸麵花、蔥花、豆芽、五花肉、麵條,最尾舖上雞蛋🍳,再灑上青海苔及淋上醬汁,過程中要將麵餅反面,所以都好考廚師功夫,製作過程比大阪燒複雜得多,所以唔一定間間日式餐廳都有。呢間話明食廣島燒嘅專門店,口味不少,仲可以揀餸,我就加咗$15要帶子。廣島燒口感層次豐富,我個人鍾意食廣島燒多過大阪燒。 大阪燒 $98而大阪燒就簡單得多,係將所有材料包括麵漿、蔬菜、肉類等配料撈匀之後拎去煎,最後加醬汁就完成。所以食起上嚟我形容為有啲似食薯餅嘅質感咁,軟糯帶蓉,比廣島燒分明嘅口感好大分別。同樣可以加配料,海鮮都係加$15。 歐姆蛋包麵 $138既然出名鐵板料理,再試咗個歐姆蛋包麵,都幾大份🙈蛋皮厚薄度適中,麵條上色均勻,炒得好香,全枱澱粉好飽吖😂…Read More
