啱啱去完啟德SOGO樓上嘅「御將燒」可惜咁啱見唔到傳說中嘅日籍師傅但場內嘅食物香氣已經吸引到我坐吧枱位睇師傅「片」廣島燒層層疊椰菜、豚肉、炒麵翻轉表演👏 係幾有feel嘅落地玻璃望到成個啟德夜景暗黃燈光加木系枱凳有一刻感覺自己真係去咗日本咁樣有旅行feel✈️ 叫咗現代燒係「廣島燒2.0」底層脆麵餅夾住流心蛋同秘製燒汁即刻睇住師傅整,感覺都幾好歐姆蛋包麵蛋滑包住炒麵豚肉焦香仲有啲脆邊邪惡 停唔到口啊 鍾意重口味嘅,千祈唔好放過南蠻炸雞真係驚喜架咬開肉汁爆出唔算太熱 唔會燙口師傅話原來佢哋嘅做法係將冰凍嘅炸雞炸落熱油度$88有5件性價比都高

唔算太熱 唔會燙口
師傅話原來佢哋嘅做法係將冰凍嘅炸雞炸落熱油度
