這天放工後到北角買電器,順便試試友人介紹的雞煲小店『金樂軒』~餐廳不算很大,不過光猛乾淨,坐得蠻舒服。星期三的晚上,我們未到7時已到達,那時只坐了一半客人,看樣子都像是在附近上班的熟客。餐牌上食物款式比想像中多,除了主打雞煲,還有不少小菜和小食,看到我們選擇困難症發作……還好這時伙計走來推介了一些給我們LOL伙計推介的小食「椒鹽鮮魷」,剛剛炸好熱辣辣,外皮夠薄且很脆口,魷魚肉質幼嫩,爽口得來易咬,超級開胃又惹味~~「老重慶奇味雞煲」也是伙計推介的,因為小女子吃不太辣,所以只要了小辣。雞煲熱辣辣又香噴噴,香濃惹味,辣度剛剛好。雞肉嫩滑新鮮,豆卜和東菇都很入味,十分開胃,我們2人很快就KO了整個煲了~LOL打邊爐必點肥牛,我們選了「特級安格斯肥牛」,雪花紋路很美,顏色夠鮮,吃下去果然沒失望:肉質軟、牛味濃,肥牛經過雞煲湯底的洗禮,什麼醬汁也不用點也很美味啦~朋友喜歡吃內臟,所以點了「鮮雞雜」,小女子平時較少吃這一類,但覺得這間的很新鮮,吃起來又香口,份量也不少,蠻抵吃的。「鵝腸」也是朋友點的,味道夠鮮,口感爽爽的,也值得一試。平時比較少吃到「皇帝菜」,不過伙計很推薦所以點了試試,果然沒令人失望呢。小女子本身不太愛有味菜,不過皇帝菜配著雞煲吃清新爽口又解膩,十分美味,是必點配料啊!最近打邊爐都很喜歡吃「午餐肉」,雖然非常邪惡,但沾滿湯汁的午餐肉很美味啊~尤其是雞煲香辣的湯底,跟午餐肉的味道十分夾呢。吃雞煲當然要點清熱凍飲,所以我們叫了一大壺「竹蔗茅根」,想不到壺裡真的放了竹蔗等食材@@ 冰凍而清甜,十分解膩解渴,必點! 這間雖然不是什麼大型連鎖店,但食物質素真心高質,十分值得一試,餐廳環境也很整潔,坐得舒服,蠻適合跟三五知己來聚會!------------------------------By alvahana…Read More

舊同學約聚會,由柴灣食到過黎北角,雞煲個辣味夠,用上新鮮雞,夠滑夠味係首個推介。不過我地近期已經少左點火鍋料,點解?因為其他小食仲好食囉~男人既浪漫係要飲下啤酒吹下水,今次帶埋女朋友去,一樣都係要夠豪~椒鹽鮮魷,老闆親自下廚,外面脆入面仲好彈牙唔會乾,飲啤酒既首選。醉鴿,細細隻雖肉唔多,不過就勝在夠入味。蒜泥白肉,個蒜夠香,唔會好多油,唔似出面其他油浸白肉。皮蛋,唔算太特別,不過幾香,但人少就叫唔到,因為都幾大碟~炸魚皮,又一佐酒小食,好彩先有,好快賣哂,魚皮呢家野,當然要夠香脆,可以放雞煲吸埋啲精華,不過要食得辣先好。梨山排骨,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃~啲肉排又夠靚,炒出黎好過出面啲生炒骨好多,唔會又乾又硬。四季豆,唔算好特別,同平時係出面食既差唔多,算係中上,唔多油。木耳,涼拌小食之一,等朋友黎既良品。最後仲有個辣子蝦,雖然唔係大陸果啲可以成隻食既河蝦,不過夠香脆,除左個頭可以食隻食,如果你鍾意食蝦頭都可以食埋。今次朋友結婚未擺酒住,純粹請食飯,唔知幾錢,大約人均應該二百幾,次次都叫好多啤酒…Read More
