多年前,此店名曰<少爺>!最有印象是荔枝紅茶和海南雞。現在少爺變做Antie了!來都來了~所以改選擇其他美食。就坐後,職員即上紅茶及炸蝦片小食。  朋友點選小食,湯,雞,肉,菜,多士&飲品,唔洗諗唔洗煩,解決選擇困難症。下單後,一邊嘆荔枝紅茶,一邊等美食來到。瑪萊沙嗲串燒 馬拉的沙嗲串燒很有名,這個橙紅色沙嗲醬,以鹹辣為主調,帶微酸,花生醬不明顯。而豬肉有香茅咖哩等底味,單食也ok!伴碟的青瓜也不浪費,可沾醬享用。香茅椰糖烤雞全翼 雞翼表面有絲絲香茅,淡淡的香茅味跟椰糖一起,沒有蓋過雞翼原味。星洲胡椒肉骨茶 淺黃色bak Ku Teh帶微微的中藥味,跟KL濃厚藥材味啡色湯底有明顯分別。胡椒味不濃烈。豆卜腐竹蘿蔔墊底,排骨超過五條,肉質不硬容易咬。因肉骨茶不太鹹,排骨沾黑醬油,鹹味剛剛好。森巴蝦仁通菜 sambar魷魚甕菜,是彼方美食。 現在改用蝦仁也ok。淺色森巴醬辣椒味較濃,蝦味不明顯。有了森巴的鹹香辣,通菜無需額外加調味。少爺海南雞飯 <例牌> 雞湯雞肉雞飯三色醬。 雞湯清甜,蘿蔔粒軟綿綿,吸盡雞湯精華。 啞光雞胸肉仍是滑滑,這個海南雞合格了! 雞件淋上香葱豉油,帶來特別的香氣,雞肉沾上三色醬,酸辣甘香。雞飯又是另一亮點!一般的雞飯是油膩,這碗雞飯是乾爽的,還透著淡淡的香料味~班蘭?雞油香?雞湯精華?有乾爽的雞飯,才可襯托出海南雞的滋味。招牌火山排骨 排骨配泰國青BB酸酸辣辣的海鮮醬,很醒胃。一邊加熱一邊淋上青色湯底,三段大排骨,不是Baby Rib,以刀叉分件時,要比手力。班蘭咖椰多士 馬拉美食kaya多~青綠色班蘭kaya醬,夾著牛油片。多士 = 一塊白色方包橫向薄切,刀功真犀利!三件長條形多士,剛好是嘴巴的濶度。享用之時要大啖咬,以免班蘭醬滴下來。幸好職員早已提供濕紙巾。飲品 TraChaMue泰茶類特飲可以少冰,但不能少甜。因為糖,已跟手標茶底混在一起了!手標正宗泰式奶茶 泰國常見的紅卜卜茶底,表面雖有一層奶泡,泰茶底依然是勁甜。香水檸檬泰式冰茶 表面那層泡泡,是爆打檸檬的証明。檸茶底跟泰式紅茶底同樣的甜,同樣的茶香。可是這泰檸茶混著厚皮香水檸檬,彼方不會有的!離去之時,才發現有二人套餐。…Read More
