有朋友從外國回來,因為多年未有回來所以很想念中菜,在商場走了一圈後便選定北京樓進餐。餐具富色彩,備有公筷和自家筷子。坐定及備好茶水後便送上一份前菜。前菜 — 泡菜      單據上寫的是泡菜,但其實是木耳、青瓜和細件豆腐,味道像韓式泡菜的辣味。小籠包 點了兩籠小籠包,一籠有四隻,用筷子夾起時要萬分小心。小籠包皮薄,肉汁滿滿,熱湯包味道好。鍋貼 - 四隻 溫度剛好入口,肉汁不算太多,底部煎得香口。韭黃鮮蝦腸 腸粉白滑,蝦腸味道適中。酥炸魷魚鬚份量不少,魷魚鬚炸得不錯,粉也不太厚,碟上的紙張也沒有很多油份,調味好!鮮蝦腐皮卷 腐皮卷可以看到一層層脆的腐皮,很熱的,好好味!白灼郊外菜心 菜心大棵,新鮮清淡。豉汁蒸鳳爪 夠熱,味道正常,有花生在底部吸收了肉汁,特別好味。牛肉球 同樣夠熱,味道正常。海皇脆皮腸粉 顏色奪目,內裏脆的食材很脆,口感豐富,味道也好,必食!北京填鴨  一隻  很久都沒有食這道心愛的名菜,很期待!北京填鴨無論是表皮或是肉質都是極好,鴨的油脂更是香,味濃!每塊餅皮都有紙張相隔不會弄破,蒸籠底下有一小型火燭維持溫度,再加上點一隻北京填鴨食肆有七五折優惠,所以食得好開心!因為我們點的是一隻,服務員將北京填鴨的鴨殼包起讓我們帶走,乾淨之餘並看到透明袋內有着從食物散發出來的熱水氣。焗西米布甸 近年能製作出這款甜品的食肆都買少見少,可以算是懷舊布甸。焗得剛好,中間有一細塊蓮蓉,蓮蓉與布甸混合後甜味也是剛好,很喜歡這款熱騰騰懷舊的味道!…Read More

年幾沒有到北京樓用膳了, 今次約朋友們吃片皮鴨, 到位於新世紀廣場5樓的分店, 分開兩個時段入場, 我訂了七點45分, 門口的服務員安排得非常混亂🥴, 大約差不多八點才進入。 晚餐有片皮鴨二食$318、 小籠包$75、 紅油抄手$72、 餚肉$98、 咕嚕肉$142、 上海粗炒$128、 宮爆蝦球$228、 豆沙鍋餅$68、 高力香蕉五粒$77.5。📌片皮鴨二食~ 片皮鴨差不多等到最後才送到, 反而鴨鬆生菜就是第一道菜, 鴨鬆生菜味道普通, 片皮鴨好似相比以前失色了, 外皮沒有以前鬆化香口, 肉質較硬。📌餚肉~ 晶瑩通透的餚肉,配以薑絲和醋,風味更佳。📌宮爆蝦球~ 酸中帶甜好惹味, 但蝦頭肉質偏硬, 不夠爽口。📌咕嚕肉~ 味道酸酸甜甜, 但可惜咕嚕肉太硬。📌紅油抄手~ 皮薄而潤滑, 混入辣油, 食落好開胃。📌上海粗炒~ 麵條軟硬適中, 一點也不膩, 配菜和肉絲,味道剛剛好。📌小籠包~ 小籠包湯汁不夠熱, 只有微溫。📌高力香蕉五粒~ 加入香蕉味道更豐富,可惜空氣感不夠,口感未如理想。📌豆沙鍋餅~豆沙餡香滑軟熟,又香又脆。整體來說今次有點失望😅, 我以前很喜歡北京樓, 期望下次會有改善💪🏻, 另外分開兩個時段真是吃得特別趕, 片皮鴨差不多九點十分才上枱, 九點半我們已經要點甜品, 在半個鐘頭之內火速完成所有食物😵, 真是比較辛苦🙃。…Read More
