To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 片皮鴨是我其中最喜愛食物之一 ,但原隻鴨食都幾貴同埋要多人先食得晒,所以知道北京樓有特價套餐,便約埋幾個朋友一齊去品嚐。套餐提供的美食尚算豐富,其中有我至喜愛的片皮鴨,片皮鴨的肉質嫩滑,將其放在薄餅皮內,連同蔥段及醬油一併吃,口腔中巳感受到片皮鴨滲出的肉汁,加上蔥段有少少嗆鼻的刺激感,味道實難以形容。小籠包是標準味道的格式,皮薄而內裡肉汁豐富,不錯,只是小心太燙口。茶樹菇蒸魚塊用茶樹菇和豬肉一齊蒸,配合了醬油, 提升魚肉鮮味,效果不錯。蘆薈海皇 足料但嫌「獻」打得稍杰,蘆薈清新帶爽,口感不俗。
