朋友仔經IG吸引過來,原來晚市預約已經要兩個月多之後,所以我們一於決定遷就其餐廳去食午餐是也。。。(位置絕對吊腳,幸好今次的為食友驅車前往,不過溫馨提示一句門口是絕對有機會抄牌的)故此希望去吃的朋友們,敬請留意這一點~當日預約了十二時半也要等上 十分鐘左右,職員從另一邊廂的店舖開門,原來此店亦租了靠近(本店) 的鄰近舖位,雖然差不多可以講全無裝修,幸好有冷氣開放,就這樣的我們三台客人被安排了另一邊廂~當日叫了兩份小食...一份爽口豆苗HK$48.非常重口味的一道小食,初頭看名字還以為是菜,原來是大豆芽,辣勁十足,吃畢輕微帯有點點草青味⭐️⭐️⭐️海蜇HK$60.海蜇切得比較粗有口感,也不俗⭐️⭐️⭐️(忘記拍照/見諒)------鵝片HK$178.重點嘅鵝片,大家一致認為好吃皮不算太肥,亦都切得很薄,底層有滷水豆腐,空口食又或者配飯都味美⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️金蒜腿絲白菜仔Hk$58這一碟菜由於白菜仔完全沒有加上任何湯汁做調味,就憑身旁金華火腿𢇁作(味引 ),好食與否席間亦有兩極化,朋友仔就話金華火腿過於鹹,自己就覺得剛好合格,好食與否真是見仁見智⭐️⭐️⭐️薑蔥豬油大地魚撈麵HK$58.口感不過於油,大地魚味道不太濃重,持平宮廷醉鴿HK$168. 鴿子論擺盤已經贏盡,真的很想訪問廚師是否酒店出身?鴿子入味醉香不太濃重,剛好⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️冰鎮醉鮑魚每隻HK$90,冰鎮鮑魚未放入口之前都恐防會過於韌的感覺,但擺上口的一刻原來又是另一回事,走味恰好亦不會偏苦,吃得到鮑魚的味道,值得一推⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️麻香蟶子《一碟五隻》(忘記價錢)這一個蟶子,如果不喜好食辣的人士建議在落單之前緊記通知職員小辣又或是走辣,因為辣勁非常有(後勁) 在吃畢一隻,我們要將面頭的辣椒往(後退),才能把其餘的吞沒,蟶子也同樣地出色做得爽口,不感於韌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️★當日由於是午市時段,我們叫的大眼雞/炒飯等職員說到通通都是晚市才能供應,門口沒有咪錶車位,所以如果要揸車的人士,敬請留意可能在拍門口期間絕對有可能抄牌的現象發生。★午市時段訂位還算可以。…Read More

首先想講講點解會搵工呢間小店食飯因為在YouTube 睇咗「三叔公園」介紹就上來OpenRice尋找這間食肆,有興趣可瀏覽以下頻道: https://youtu.be/03Ppr7dMdPQ講明跟著三叔去開餐,當然要食佢哋的推介食品啦!其實睇片時覺得好好味,好想即刻去食,但電話book位時,已經排到一個月之後了!令我更期待今晚這一餐。說老實他的地址真係要花點時間才找到。來到店後,發現店舖面積不算很大,約有5張四人枱加1張十人枱,上餸速度適中,因為我哋一行四人,被安排了一張四人四方枱,所以佢哋每次上送都會等妳上一個餸食得八八九九才上餸。第一度餸係醉鴿,非常入味,而且好香酒味第二度係凍鮑魚,無諗過隻鮑魚可以極得噉冧第三度係滷水鵝片拼墨魚,墨魚爽口,嘩個滷水鵝片,真係我食過噉多滷水鵝片嚟講最好味,佢啲滷水汁入晒味而且唔會得種死咸味,食落去真係好似「味吉陽一」噉要叫一句“好好味呀!”第四度係蠔餅,當初睇片時佢哋係噉話好Juicy唔明,炸物點Juicy,但自己食入口嗰刻就明白晒了!佢炸到外脆內軟,軟就係個蠔煮到剛剛熟仍然保留到蠔本身的水份第五度係炒飯,同枱食飯的朋友當中有唔食蔥嘅,佢哋一見到就話點解有噉多蔥,不過我哋每人都食了兩碗,而且佢哋食嗰陣亦無再話啲蔥,好似個飯已經將啲蔥融入了裡面一樣,佢哋仲一路食一路講好味最後一個餸係醉鵝肝,佢哋話今晚個鵝肝將佢一向對鵝肝的印象顛覆咗,我以為會好油,點知嚟到食入口後,好滑好甜最後要多謝三叔的好介紹,因為朋友同我都非常滿意今晚的食肆,嚟緊又睇吓跟唔跟到佢哋去開餐先。…Read More
