時隔一年多都沒有跟親友飯聚,是日就趁着還是新正頭,與親友家庭聚一聚,帶來燒味作「賀禮」,哈哈!這當然是說笑,只是「斬料」就可以不用勞師動眾弄太多餸菜。在親友家附近看到這家「燒味滷師」,有不少街坊光顧,應該差不了哪裡,就買數款店家推介的燒味上去吧!驟眼看看,燒味掛滿在櫥窗之上,琳瑯滿目,非常吸引,感覺款式甚多,定價看來亦相宜,有些更有優惠價。心思思很多燒味也想試,結果,買了一款又一款,有些是想吃的,有些是衝着優惠價而來!打開這一盒「至尊燒鵝」($110/上莊),那份鵝香立時湧出。燒鵝真的燒得很不錯,外皮色澤亮麗,咬下去非常甘脆,充滿油香,而肉質嫩滑細緻。沾一些冰梅醬,可說是油膩感大減,吃來更清爽。經典的燒味怎可以沒有叉燒,「燒味佬叉燒」($98/斤)究竟質素又如何呢!有少少燶邊,故份外好看。叉燒屬半肥瘦的,入口軟腍,燒得不會太乾身,又有點油脂香,並帶微微蜜糖的甜蜜味。吃剩的,還可以明天弄個叉燒炒蛋。現在好像很少客家菜館,所以,見到店家供應「客家鹽焗雞」($59/隻),加上定價超便宜,又怎可以錯過,又來一隻試試。雞肉吃下時肉質鮮嫰,因為鹽焗,有陣陣鹹香味滲出,雖然有配上蔥油及特製醬油,但不沾任何醬料都已經好好吃。剛剛遇着師傅燒好一批新鮮熱辣的燒腩仔,故才追加多一份「老師傅燒腩仔」($128/斤)。燒腩仔切得大大件,厚身卻是脆皮,脆得卜卜聲,而肥瘦雙間的腩肉吃來鬆化又不會感到太膩,鹹度亦剛剛好,讚!大家都讚賞這小店的燒味不俗,原來,親友也說他們不時也會光顧啊!…Read More
