一個下雨的星期天,忽發奇想想食炸雞脾,於是就上網搵下有邊度有得食~一搵港式冰室~就見到金記冰室~就立即出發~去到西營盤站搵唔到B3出口~唯有係B2 出左再行過去喇~一去到就即刻有位,一坐底就睇下有咩食喇~最後叫左: 瑞士汁牛河; 炸雞脾; 炸魚薯條同菠蘿油; 飲品:奶茶瑞士汁牛河: 有D鑊氣,但係唔係好覺得有瑞士汁,食到最尾個底略油~份量略少~炸雞脾: 一黎到,以為黎左豉油雞脾 ~.~個色真係有D似~一切開睇茖好似好乾,但係食落都可以,唔算好柴,塊皮少脆,D肉就比較淡,唔係好食到有味。之後落左D鹽幫補下,好味好多~炸魚薯條: 個魚好脆好滑同好juice,個薯條就一段,可以再炸得透D,薯條緊係要脆卜卜先正架ma~菠蘿油:好一般~唔熱同塊牛油如果厚D就會好D~同一般茶餐廳既差唔多~黎到冰室就熙係要試下個奶茶喇~聞落都幾香,聞到奶味,但飲落就唔係好飲到奶味,淨係得茶味。仲有少少澀tim~整體:唔錯,可以一試~…Read More

難得來到西營盤,吃了一餐吃完仍然肚空空的東西,唯有繼續搵食。今次反璞一點,不找café,不找西餐,找來了一間冰室。走在德輔道西的街頭,金記冰室的金色招牌實在夠搶眼,晚上在對面馬路絕對不會漏了眼。甫進店裡,懷舊的枱櫈、舊式的紙皮紙磚、起鏽了的油燈等,彿彷要告訴我們歷史的傳承。看看餐牌,除了食物,還有金記的歷史。對我這個新界仔而言,金記並不是甚麼耳熟能詳的品牌,但原來對於筲箕灣的朋友來說則是一個陪伴成長的名字。品牌近年在西環重新包裝,難怪見得到一些新穎活潑的元素。招牌豬潤麵餐 $39我家那位點的豬潤麵,豬潤份量頗多,麵是用了福字麵。由於小弟不吃豬潤,所以只試了福字麵。不知怎地,來冰室吃麵餐,一定要是福字麵才好吃,這裡的福字麵沒有煮得過腍,仍然吃到有些少彈牙口感,不錯!招牌麵餐配有火腿奄列及牛油方包,火腿奄列看似有點細件,但難得有蛋汁流出,有水準。香煎西冷牛扒跟薯條 伴黑椒汁 $80等待牛扒的時間,先喝喝跟餐的羅宋湯。足料的羅宋湯讓人覺得超滿足的感覺,味道也是滿滿番茄味,惟越飲越酸,最後也喝剩了。大大塊的西冷實在讓我有點意外,牛扒下的半板薯條也教我食指大動!店員為免我們被醬汁濺到,先在鄰座淋好黑椒汁才奉桌,很細心的服務呢!先吃薯條,熱騰騰的薯條蘸了黑椒汁後非常香口,好吃得差點忘了牛扒的存在!西冷雖然大大塊,但其實筋位頗多,要切要吃也花了一定的力量。雖然叫的是六成熟,但出來的已經近乎八九成熟了,不過厚厚的牛扒肉質還算軟嫩。最後的餐茶沒有甚麼特別,不過用上紅雙喜鐵Mug作糖罌又多加了幾分懷舊。這裡的食物其實不是特別好吃,吃的大概是那份對六七十年代的情懷。…Read More

西環某程度上是屬於比較懷舊的地區 (´∀')既然難得來到這裡,當然要找找有什麼是值得去嘗試一下的餐廳吧左看右看,最後和我家那位決定吃這家很有特色的冰室雖然裝修感覺讓餐廳變得很光鮮,但每一個角落都放置著一些懷舊的用具 這個餐牌超可愛啊~ (´ω`) 還有四格漫畫而且還有講述了這家冰室的歷史。原來這冰室的原址是在筲簊灣道的呢~因為現址開業才2年到~所以一切看上去都很新不過從其中~我們還是可以感受到點點舊式冰室的特色 (^-^*)/先來點一個這裡的招牌套餐!!!招牌豬潤麵餐 ($39) - 跟餐有牛油方包 & 火腿奄列方包沒有其他店的那樣乾乾的~不過牛油很少。而且奄列比起看上去的更要香滑主角的豬潤麵~我是跟福字麵的 (。・ω・。) 平時比較少機會吃得到(不喜歡的可以轉米粉/意粉)豬潤比我估計的還要多。不過可能有點厚身的關係,好像有些不是完全熟透我家那位對我這個麵沒有太大興趣,倒是說想試試「香港情懷鐵板餐」香煎西冷牛扒(黑椒汁)跟薯條 ($80)這個餐有跟湯~選了羅宋湯 (•̀ᴗ•́) 這個料很多~但愈飲像愈酸那樣,有可能是茄膏落太多(?)西冷牛扒選6成熟,不過好像煎完出來已經不是這種程度的熟 (有點過火了w)(´;ω;`) 而且肉的筋位也很多不過感到意外的是薯條超多,其他伴碟的份量也很足!!絕對沒有欺場呢~我們2個餐都有餐飲~這時候就發現了這個盛糖的罐子滿有懷舊的味道呢 (´,,・ω・,,`)奶茶 & 熱檸茶 - 杯碟也是使用舊款的那種!!我選了的是奶茶~聞下去的茶味好香~飲下去也是茶味較重,但口感卻是很滑…Read More

好友飯敘,吃吃懷舊冰室。勾起了兒時的回憶,尤記得我得幾歲人仔時,祖父常帶我去冰室,都是在荷里活道一帶,一星期去好幾次,吃甚麼?克戟(hot cake),奶水(煉奶加水),蓮子冰,當然還有阿華田,好立克和紅豆冰等,知道有得往冰室的日子總是愉快的。這裏的餐牌也有很多懷舊食品,是晚我點了鐵板餐,包括有羅宋湯,沙丹豬扒,熱奶茶,友人則點了乾炒三絲意粉,滾水蛋。羅宋湯顏色嫣紅,溫度夠熱,味道濃郁,充滿許多番茄蔬菜的味道,帶點微辣,是兒時喝過的味道;沙丹豬扒,用鐵板上,兩大件煎豬扒,伴了一大堆炸薯條,扒番茄和西蘭花,豬扒切開時已感覺到肉質是鬆化的,味道還不錯,蒜茸汁都是稠稠的,是冰室的特色,點豬扒也好吃,粗薯條夠過癮。熱奶茶,奶和茶的比例好,幾滑,食食下,好人入來專登買杯奶茶外賣,應該靠得住。乾炒三絲意粉,有火腿絲,雞絲和肉絲,加了洋蔥,醬油等炒,不油膩,意粉幾乾身;滾水蛋,兒時見過,但未飲過,一杯大滾水加隻生雞蛋,加糖調味,據說是補身妙品,一試無妨。這晚小敘,尋回兒時回憶。…Read More
