今晚約埋朋友行街順便食埋晚飯,行到太子見到有間裝修幾靚既火鍋店,即管入去試吓得唔得先睇裝修係行中國風,而且好細心每位有一條圍裙俾食客用,防止醬汁和油彈到衣服身上還有每人一罐麻油俾大家自己調校醬汁。我哋選左個雙拼湯底(重慶雞煲拼酸菜豬什窩),火鍋配料就選左:泡椒金菇肥牛卷、窩筍玻璃腩卷、手切牛頸脊<大>、毛肚、豬大腸、鮮鵝腸、墨魚滑、鮮蝦雲吞、脆鯇魚片、蜂巢豆腐、即炸響鈴、皇帝菜和萵筍條。係未有得食之前,我哋叫左個青芥拍青瓜小食,來止吓肚餓先青芥拍青瓜:青瓜好爽囗青甜,加上少少辣味刺激,另到更加開胃重慶雞煲拼酸菜豬什窩:雞煲香辣惹味,酸菜豬什,酸酸味味,豬腸和豬肚彈牙爽囗泡椒金菇肥牛卷:賣相好靚,入囗金菇爽囗,肥牛肥美可囗,泡椒嗰辣味慢慢慘出來,幾刺激窩筍玻璃腩卷:賣相一樣給引,窩筍和腩片配搭得天衣無鏠,味道鮮甜嫩滑手切牛頸脊<大>:味道香濃,好有咬囗毛肚:爽口彈牙豬大腸:肥美甘香鮮鵝腸:肥美可口,鮮嫩甘甜墨魚滑:爽甜彈牙鮮蝦雲吞:大細適中,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,入囗唔梅脆鯇魚片:厚簿得宜,鮮甜爽囗蜂巢豆腐:好香豆味,索埋湯汁,入囗更加美味即炸響鈴:新鮮熱辣,厚薄適中,入囗冇油膉味萵筍條:鮮甜嫩滑呢間火鍋店食物唔錯,如果嫌唔夠味,可以點自己喜歡既醬料來提味,我覺得加左麻油和醋,更加提升左個香味和鮮味。…Read More

約左幾條佬去開飯,食既都離不開打邊爐。搬離左太子之後都耐唔時會經過舊居附近,見到呢間火鍋店開左一排,咁就4條友去左踩場。碗碟幾精緻,始終開左唔算耐,啲野都幾新下。幾個都唔想食辣,普普通通叫左個鮮菌湯底。湯底黎到散發陣陣香味~自家水餃唔錯,味道一流,我地都再encore左碟。豬肉丸唔係結哂冰出黎,所以煮完雪藏味。安格斯牛,脂肪唔算多,牛味較重,幾有咬口。手切牛頸脊,雪花紋路好平均,煮完好淋,入口即溶。我地喺兩款牛選擇下,追加多碟牛頸脊,因為真係好好味。墨魚滑好彈牙,食落都唔知係食緊墨魚粒定真係咁彈。札肉有少小辣,幾惹味。稻亭烏冬叫左兩份,分開左之後一餅都唔少,煮完煙煙韌韌幾好味!…Read More

舊式的重慶火鍋通常被稱為老火鍋🍲,對於我們這種愛辣🌶之人來說,一定會是大愛之一!💖昨晚跟老公放工本來想說去旺角逛逛,到了太子附近遇到蚊蚊豬🐷,兩個人馬上辣癮發作。本來店員是想招呼我們進內堂的,說裡面更寬敞,但我們還是選了近門口的位置。😌一坐下,店員馬上為我們捧上醬油:辣椒🌶、蔥花、莞茜、蒜蓉、豉油都是基本吧。店員還問我們會不會怕辣,如果怕,可以給我們蠔油,以蠔油的甜味中和火鍋的辣,而我們當然是笑著婉拒了😅。但很奇怪的是,在醬油盤上都找不到麻辣火鍋的靈魂伴侶:麻油。再仔細一看,每個枱上都有一罐的小東西,原來就是他們自家特別調配的麻油!😳餐單上的選擇很多,除了麻辣火鍋必備的內臟外,還有自家手打丸和包的餃子🥟。另外也有很多不同類型的小食及刺身🍣等。點了一個鴛鴦窩。招牌牛油紅湯窩🍲:店員介紹說紅湯是由三種不同的辣椒🌶再加入16種藥材及香料煮成,麻香味十足!鮮菌清湯🍄:由多款菇物🍄煮成,湯底清甜。😋店員隨窩還帶來了一條小鯉魚🐟,原來就是牛油。店員為我們把鯉魚放到鍋內,再見了小鯉魚~👋🏻👋🏻除了自家麻油,每枱更備有圍巾供客人使用,穿了白色上衣的我當然是第一時間圍上。👍🏻手切牛頸脊🐮:火鍋必備之一。而牛頸脊則是牛隻活動最多的部位,脂肪量相對其他部份較少。這次的脂肪分佈的很均勻,加上肉質🥩很好,有著濃厚的牛味🐂,口感爽嫩,輕輕的熝一熝已經很好吃。😋墨魚滑🦑:自家手打的跟機打的果然差很多!口感非常爽滑彈牙,味道亦很鮮甜。❤️午餐肉🐷:老公的火鍋必備。這次的口感柔軟,質地綿密,吃起來油而不膩。👍🏻豬紅🐽:豬紅口感粗糙,一點點的煙韌,表面上有明顯的氣孔,果然是真材實料!💯牛筋丸🐮:口感超有彈性,嚼頭十足。🅰️唐生菜🥗:葉片鮮嫩飽滿,口感亦很爽脆清新,把他放在清湯那邊,吸了由不同的菇🍄煮成的湯汁,更能突顯出菜本身的清甜味。🌽紅薯粉🍜:跟外面的紅薯粉不太一樣,形狀像意大利扁麵。粉條柔潤嫩滑,口感比一般的更煙韌和有筋道。👍🏻總結:餐廳與地鐵站出口只是一條馬路🚦之隔,地理位置很方便。用餐途中有一對情侶坐在我們旁邊,男的問他們的鵝腸🦆肥不肥美,店員二話不說就跟他說會吩咐廚房👨🏻‍🍳為他準備最肥美的,非常親切貼心💝。之後我們更發現原來店主為了令火鍋🍲味道更正宗,特別去了四川學藝,誠意十足。回家的路上已經跟老公說好了下次一定要再來~…Read More

近期真係試左好多麻辣火鍋,好多都係湯底香但食材一般,份量少要追加之餘價錢仲要唔平,即係唔抵食。今晚試呢間係新開嘅,應該唔似係開喺銅鑼灣尖沙咀嗰啲喺大陸台灣開過嚟嘅過江龍,見OpenRice 評分同相片唔錯,又去開嗰邊就試下啦,而且天寒地凍最啱打邊爐😚7點鐘到達,好彩有訂檯,因為都full晒,地面嗰層唔算多檯,但每張檯都好闊,方便擺放食物、調味同餐具。我哋點鴛鴦湯,麻辣紅湯牛油併醉雞鍋。個鍋上檯比去過幾間算耐,但算可接受嘅程度,而且好快滾起。首先上嘅係醉雞嘅雞 !其實我冇諗過係會成碟雞另上,以為會係喺鍋內,而家要食先落啲雞就唔會係咁滾住好鞋而且大部分都係脾肉,食落雖然冇新東記啲醉雞翼咁濃酒味,但都入味嘅!😋個醉雞湯底一滾起已經聞到好香酒味,仲要後來愈滾愈香。另一半仲要將醉雞碟上的酒倒埋入鍋,酒味更濃,食到尾仲有陣甜味,淥菜一流👍🏻而個麻辣湯底啲牛油係另上,而家啲舖好似都興做唔同做型,呢間就做到成條錦鯉咁。個麻辣湯係小辣,而我食咁多間佢係真正小辣到我覺得我可以食到,平日嗰啲真係太辣。而且加左牛油真係幾香。同埋每檯每人都有罐麻油,真係覺得要解辣時點下真係唔錯,我本身好中意食麻油,覺得呢度嘅都幾香。佢潛左水更加似真嘅😂講下配料先,牛同豬肉係冇乜特別嘅講堅,不過呢間店都有好多重慶火鍋主打嘅內臟,特別牛嘅部位,例如黃喉、牛胸爽,只係我同另一半冇叫。呢間店都主打海鮮、刺身嘅,另一半腸胃敏感,所以一向都少叫海鮮,今次我點了這墨魚滑,又唔係話好特別好好味,中規中矩啦。講到真係好味嘅係呢個黑毛肚,處理得好好,佢切得咁大塊都係淥到潛左水再撈上嚟都唔靭。仲有鴨血(冇影相)本身已經有落調味,唔會好似有啲店唔加調味只靠湯底嘅味就有排都唔入味。而且佢好大片又唔會淥幾淥散晒。最後我哋食埋個薯粉就好滿足喇,薯粉放左落湯一陣就軟身可以食,吸晒湯汁煙煙靭靭非常好味。我哋仲有叫娃娃菜、午餐肉同薯仔。不得不說係呢度杯茶好有驚喜,應該係玄米茶,非常香!凍左飲都好味😆當晚埋單每人都要四百幾,雖然冇叫海鮮,但每碟差不多68-80蚊,都幾貴,但食物都幾大碟,我哋叫左一轉已經好飽。…Read More

好耐冇約朋友出街食飯吹水,行經太子見到有間裝修得古式古香既火鍋店即管入去尋食試吓先坐低見d枱凳和餐具好有中國特式,而且每人有一罐麻油用來調味,還好細心每人有一條圍裙,等你唔會俾d湯汁和油彈到衫上首先選左湯底先,原來呢間係四川重慶火鍋本來想試吓招牌牛油紅湯窩,但我哋幾個都唔太食得辣所以選左鴛鴦湯底,火鍋配料就叫左:手切牛頸脊、泡椒金菇肥牛卷、窩筍玻璃腩卷、毛肚、豬大腸、墨魚滑、鮮蝦雲吞、蜂巢豆腐、脆鯇魚片、即炸響鈴、窩筍條、皇帝菜和鮮雞腸。另外,叫左個小食:青芥拍青瓜醫吓肚先青芥拍青瓜,大細適中,入囗清甜爽脆食食吓湯底送上,重慶雞煲,雞肉嫩滑入味,而且辣度適中,野味可囗至於,呢個酸菜豬什窩,味道居然辣過雞煲食得辣既可以叫呢個,都非常野味,裏面都有好多配料,酸菜酸尾尾,紅椒、黃椒、雞肶菇、蒜頭、豬大腸、豬粉腸、豬肚、豬皮和豬血,豬肚好爽、豬皮好淋入晒味、豬血好滑手切牛頸脊,牛肉味濃泡椒金菇肥牛卷,首先講講賣相信,侍應送上時,好似藝術品一樣,好靚食落好好味,金菇好爽、牛肉好鮮甜、泡椒首先食落酸酸哋,然後辣味漫漫滲出,辣度十足真係要食得辣先好叫或者食既時候唔食隻泡椒。窩筍玻璃腩卷,個賣相同泡椒金菇肥牛卷一樣都係好靚,呢個就唔辣,窩筍軟淋淋,連埋腩片一齊食味道好鮮甜毛肚,咬落好爽唔硬豬大腸,索左汁好嘢味,入囗煙韌彈牙墨魚滑,美味彈牙鮮蝦雲吞,大細適中,雲吞肉嫰爽脆蜂巢豆腐,豆腐好似海綿噤索左汁,美味非常脆肉鯇片,鮮甜爽脆即炸響鈴,真係新鮮即炸,熱辣辣,非常鬆脆鮮雞腸,本來叫鮮鵝腸,但鵝腸好早賣晒,唯有轉雞腸,估唔到雞腸都好正,肥美甘甜,爽囗彈牙今晚呢餐真係好味,每位都係三佰幾但其實最正係個麻油本身配料已正,但點埋個自己調既醬汁,個麻油將d食物既味道提升到另一層次…Read More
