成日都會喺銅鑼灣食飯嘅我地,登龍街絕對係首選,好多選擇!知道燈籠滷味都開左一段時間,但之前實在太多人排隊,夜晚好肚餓就冇乜耐性等。今日就因為放假,見到條龍亦唔算長,加上早餐食到好飽,見可以食啲小食(最低消費$30),就決定試試佢!排隊時有職員會派定餐牌,佢好我都好啦!睇完之後都係決定食個麵,好吸引呀!好似車仔麵咁,揀麵揀餸。排左15分鐘左右就入得!環境好乾淨舒服,我地坐樓上,舊廣告牌同霓虹燈好有氣氛,忍唔住係咁打咭!最重要係,佢一直播住好熟悉嘅國語歌,不斷諗起當年為之獨狂嘅台劇,好懷念!😍坐低左就落單喇~作為「粉絲」嘅粉絲,當然揀「冬粉(粉絲)($10)」!仲揀左「大豆皮($10)」、「玉米筍($10)」、「鴨血($10)」,好豐富!陳生就揀左「稻庭烏龍麵($13)」、「豬耳($12)」、「白蘿蔔($9)」、「金針菇($9)」,我地再加左份「台式香蒜腸($26)」同埋「水蜜桃綠茶($20)」。係呀明明話唔餓都係叫左咁多野食!(最後係食晒架!😆)因為影相嘅關係,影影下食物就到喇!滷汁好好味呀!唔會太咸,夾埋麵同餸啱啱好,但始終係撈埋唔係浸住,略嫌唔係好夠熱,而且當然有啲比較入味吸味嘅餸~例如係好甜嘅「白蘿蔔」同薄薄嘅「大豆皮」,「冬粉」都係好吸到滷汁嘅味道!而「豬耳」亦好爽口又不失骨膠感~「玉米筍」同埋「鴨血」就相對唔夠入味。「台式香蒜腸」有生蒜片夾埋切開嘅台灣腸一齊食,夠香夠甜!不過愛蒜之人當然又係會覺得可以一腸一蒜片會更好!😎「水蜜桃綠茶」都係正常,雖然係果味茶不過唔會太甜,配埋食物對於唔係十級肚餓嘅我地就剛剛好!(其實好想試珍珠奶茶不過真係太飽,下次會返黎再試!)雖然未至於台灣食野咁平,不過銅鑼灣地段食到咁飽,仲有台灣歌同台灣感陪我地食野,環境亦係舒服,每人都係$65有找,真係好合乎我嘅經濟!好開心!🥰…Read More

三月第二個星期一晚上,銅鑼灣。跟友人很少會吃台灣料理,上一次已經是去年夏天的時候,最近得知一家在台灣夜市非常有名吃滷味的餐廳在香港開分店,就趕快去一探究竟。到達美食林立的燈籠街,門外長長的人龍很是觸目,果然網紅店的威力不容小覤。作為首家海外分店,仿夜市攤子的開放式廚房,牆上的戲棚海報,紅綠藍袋子,猶如置身六七十年代,甚至更早時期的台灣,到處都是古早味。餐牌可循環再用,先選麵底,十數款招牌滷味,小吃的款式也有不少,背面還有很多特色飲料,頗有選車仔麵的風味,蠻有趣的。滷味冬粉,我跟友人都喜歡吃粉絲,所以我們都選了冬粉。店家的祖傳滷湯是台灣總店直送的,使用上等桂皮,花椒,甘草等數十種中藥材慢火熬煮而成,我的那碗有鵪鶉蛋,鴨血,爽口彈牙的冬粉充份吸收滷湯鮮味,真的大愛這味道跟口感。友人那碗冬粉選了大腸,加兩塊要了火鍋料的甜不辣,挑食的他走蔥,其實加些蔥花更香呢,甜不辣的口感偏膠,有點奇特。綜合滷味拼盤,由於我們大愛滷味,必點一盤拼盤,$48有豬耳朵,豬腱肉,雞翅膀,雞腎跟雞脖子,雞脖子我們不吃,所以不評論,其他的都中規中矩,這傾價錢來說CP值蠻高的。台式香蒜腸,台灣香腸我們特愛墨魚汁,還好有香蒜。甜甜香脆的香蒜腸可能加了蜂蜜,甜度偏高,加上香蒜粒增加味道層次。蘋果鹽酥雞,雞塊炸得金黃酥脆,配上蘋果片立時變成香脆多汁,建議一定要一起吃喔。茶飲我們點了冷泡四季春茶跟冷泡桂花烏龍,店家提供能外帶的瓶裝,拿回家也可以再使用,很貼心呢。吃飽了,我們決定走到維多利亞公園散散步散散心。…Read More
