現在點心舖頭越來越多,夜晚想吃點心都無難度。今天來到旺角的這家餐廳,座位闊落,點心精緻,衛生乾淨。鮮蝦餃飲茶必點的點心。蝦餃足料,裡面有幾隻蝦,咬下去的時候彈牙爽口。最重要是蝦餃皮不會過後,晶瑩剔透,依稀能看到裡面的材料。台式脆蝦腸粉這個脆蝦腸粉有點像炸兩,但又不完全相同,裡面有過的蝦仁,不只是油炸鬼,外軟內脆,加上甜甜的豉油,口感有層次。啫啫石鍋生菜看相片都能感受到上台那刻的jar jar聲,生菜配上石鍋的組合,令整個青菜都惹味了很多。紅燒乳鴿乳鴿的皮很脆,而且肉質嫩滑,不會因為是燒的而出現過老的感覺,吃的時候不停有肉汁流出。花膠灌湯餃有原隻大片又厚身的花膠,灌湯餃的皮吸收了所有湯汁的精華,足料!福建炒飯炒飯有炒底,香味十足,而且配料豐富,有雞肉、蝦仁等等,汁也足夠撈飯。份量十足,最後吃不完要打包!蛋白杏仁茶作為這餐的結尾,杏仁茶不會過甜,也有濃濃的杏仁味,真材實料,和友人都非常喜愛這個甜品。…Read More

下班約了朋友到這裏嘆中菜點心。一般中菜廳晚市很少有供應點心,難得這裏有供應點心,當然要品嚐一會。旁邊放了一盤調味品,有基本的醋、醬油、辣椒醬等,方便自行調味。先點小皇府鮮蝦餃(2件) ($22),友人讚這個蝦餃非常足料。爽脆大粒的鮮蝦裹在煙靭的蝦餃皮,咬下一口,鮮蝦在口中發出爽口的嘴嚼聲。原隻花膠灌湯餃 ($58),大片厚身軟滑花膠比灌湯餃更吸引,灌湯餃拌着魚翅,餃皮吸滿清甜的湯汁,煙靭中帶着餃皮的香滑。羊肚菌上湯牛肉球(4件) ($40),一片羊肚菌放在牛肉球上方,軟滑的牛肉球不覺油膩,並混和了上湯的味道。餐牌上對照的英文寫成是3件,可更正一下。虎松茸魔鬼魚餃(3件)($36),賣相精緻,如水族館看到的魔鬼魚一樣。第一次嚐虎松茸,與松茸味道相近,但外表如老虎的斑紋,非常有趣。這款點心不論在賣相和用料都非常獨特,是這裏必試的點心。薑蔥牛柏葉($32),看見網上推介這個點心,所以點了一個。牛柏葉爽脆之餘完全不靭,並沾上薑蔥的清新。大澳蝦膏爽肉蒸豆腐 ($98),大澳蝦膏味鮮香而不過鹹,配上大片爽肉和滑豆腐,最適合拌飯吃。小皇府叉燒腸粉($36),既是皇牌腸粉,叉燒甜蜜,腸粉皮軟滑。台式脆蝦腸粉($38),內裏有脆炸而爽口的蝦仁,外軟內脆,個人覺得比叉燒腸更香口好吃。海鮮酸辣羮($45),加了蝦仁和辣椒絲等,如中菜廳吃到的口味,微辣中帶點濃鹹。蛋白杏仁茶($32),最喜愛的冬日甜品。杏仁味濃,內裏有一厚片爽滑的蛋白。…Read More

之前聽朋友講位於旺角東站2樓的小王府,飲茶點心超可愛又好食,趁今日放假便和阿女去試一試,因為係早茶嘅關係,我哋10:30去到已有好幾台茶客,一坐低便急不及待點了一些比較有創意而且推介的點心,到結帳時全單仲有八五折,抵食👍重點推介小蜜蜂流沙包,做型可愛神似蜜蜂,撕開一半包內的奶皇流沙馬上如噴泉般爆出嚟,濃香的鹹蛋黃加入幼滑吉士奶黃醬,另味道提升不少,實在太好味所以我一口氣就吃了兩個另一可愛造型就係鵝肝鹹水角,造型似啤梨肥嘟嘟很可愛,只睇外表完全唔知道入邊係鹹或甜,外脆內軟配上特製鵝肝餡料,構思創新酥皮菠蘿叉燒包,除了叉燒還有真正的菠蘿肉,味道出奇哋夾,真係出乎我意料之外蝦餃果然係佢哋嘅招牌推介點心,每粒都用薄薄的水晶皮包入大量嘅蝦肉和少許筍粒,肉質鮮甜爽口彈牙,食著一粒接一粒停不了口春卷皮包着卡邦尼醬同蟹柳來炸,我都係第一次食,配搭新鮮香脆好味軟糯的腸粉皮包着脆脆油炸鬼,再在內包着彈牙大蝦🍤加入自家製甜豉油同食,口感層次豐富,妙絕👍一般茶樓的鮮竹卷都係上湯或者蠔油,而小皇府就用新鮮蕃茄加茄膏煮成上湯,再放入鮮竹卷一同蒸,味道酸酸甜甜很開胃,就算食多兩條都唔會覺得溜滯😋…Read More
