To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在三色大廈看到這有趣的招牌。木十豆寸,拼起來是「樹」,非常有心思的名字,牽引著我們到此。 灰白牆壁配上淡黃燈光的吊燈,還有各種舊相機。 餐廳的裝修到佈置都充滿懷念氣息,彷如回到過去。 午餐價錢$70~80。 除了飯外,也有粉麵。 日式碗碟加餐盤,感覺有點像日本的定食。份量蠻大,平時咁大食的我都吃不了。份量蠻大,有酸梅沙律、荳芽,加滷肉飯及紫薯。前菜到甜品都照顧得到。滷肉飯是有點肥肉那種,真正的古早味。飯粒軟熟,用來拌滷肉最合適。喜歡它還有2塊醃蘿蔔,平衡一下滷肉的肥膩。滷排骨經油狠狠煎過,比想像中的熱氣,還好咬落没有硬綁綁之感。加點豆瓣醬更「重口味」。紫薯粉粉的,但對我來說有點硬。另外點了黑糖奶茶 ($15)。以黑糖來調味的台式奶茶,味道較平常的特別,還有些寒天墊底,蠻有咬口。P.S.餐廳走60年代路線,想不到連衛生都是60年代⋯⋯ 我們一行3人,有2個托盤都有蚊滋⋯⋯仲要不止一隻,生的死的都有⋯⋯ 實在有點恐怖。 最後,跟店員反應,換個一句「不好意思」。…Read More

一直有留意openrice上關於這家店的食評,一直青睞這家店的裝修,更想一嚐肉燥飯的美味,終於跟著大哥和男友登門入室,上了幾層樓梯,對於有膝蓋舊患的我來說,是多麼艱難而又期待的時刻,一路走,一路看牆上的一字一句,感覺有點窩心,卻又不太甘願地一步一步往上爬⋯⋯終於上到餐廳所在的二樓,我們被安排到了窗口的對面,而我所見,應該還有很多座位,興許是因為時間尚早,上班族午餐時間未到吧?不過也好,可以讓我們靜靜地欣賞片刻~他們家的擺設都好精緻,連牆紙都是細心挑選,每個區域風格各異,仿如置身於影樓的感覺,難怪有Bolger 形容為偽文青之好去處!而在我驚嘆於這繽紛多彩的裝飾擺設時,竟發現最大的驚喜是在我面前的餐檯!它不能算是一張餐檯,它是一張張老衣車!無法言喻我當時的心情,不僅僅是因為店家如此精彩的循環再用,更是勾起了對已逝裁縫師外公的回憶⋯⋯小時候,就看著外婆坐在這種要腳踏的衣車前,認真地縫製外公剪裁的布料,外公在工作台前,要麼認真地裁剪布料,尺子、軟尺、剪刀;要麼就是在仔細地燙新衣,那種全情投入的專注,是我見過最帥氣的專業人士,那種氣勢,至今,在我心目中,無人能及!而此刻,坐在衣車前,它不再是腳踏能縫衣的工具,它卻是一張餐檯!心中那種萬分感慨⋯⋯這餐飯,全程都在回憶裡飄搖啊!上菜了~我點了個古早味滷排骨飯:盤子一端上來,已覺譁然!碗碟都好漂亮,似乎每套都別具風格,更難得的是他們的筷子&匙都好特別,很有心思哦~整個餐都很出色,肉燥飯應該是目前為止在香港吃到最好味道的一味!採用了珍珠米,肉燥不乾,而且好大顆的肉粒,又不會太鹹,配飯味道真的好棒,小女子這是瘋了,把一碗飯啃得乾乾淨淨!這個餐HKD70還有沙律菜,細心的店家連小番茄的皮也去掉了,應該是用醋醃製了,我當它是開胃的前菜,酸酸甜甜的;而那兩塊紫薯,兄長和男友都不好甜,結果我一人獨吞了六小塊紫薯,其實是很好味道的desert啦~軟軟綿綿的;青瓜絲就沒什麼特別了,只可算是陪襯。最後要狠狠地誇一下這個餐的主角~排骨!如果十分是滿分,這個排骨絕對有9分9!台灣人覺得有那麼一塊骨在旁邊,就已經是排骨了,而在我們香港人的茶餐廳,這個其實是豬扒,份量一點都不欺人!醃製得剛剛好,不鹹不淡,配上點點酸甜醬,口感鬆化且不黏牙,兄長和男友也試過了,味道真的一級棒!我還點了杯泡沫咖啡,遠遠看見水吧裡,小鮮肉在努力拉花,那神情,我也是醉了,這杯咖啡堪比咖啡店貨色強,滑!還配送了幾塊餅乾,店家好有心思!最後看看兄長和男友的午餐~這個豬腳加了梅子醃製,還配了不少的醃菜,吃起來感覺就沒那麼肥膩了,不得不再說一次,店家好有心思!男友的雞腿飯,已經去了骨,完全迎合了懶蟲男友,真的很脆,不過跟我一樣,整個餐吃最快的還是肉燥飯!還有這杯,秉承細心料理的方式,蘋果切得細細,沒有濃重的綠茶粉味,細品其中酸甜中和茶的味道,可以慢慢品上一下午哦!最後,離開時才發現原來有電梯!店家的裝修也是夠細緻的,連電梯門也粉飾了一番~一份細心,一份堅持,曾經,外公也是細心地裁剪,堅持手工製作的每一個細節,那種對工作的一絲不苟,今天,在這家台式餐廳,慢慢地品味出來⋯⋯無論是選材還是在裝潢設計,都足以見識店家的一番心思,也廣大民眾不辜負台灣人的一番美意,望生意興隆!…Read More
