萬豚屋,出名食石燒烏冬,門外都必定有條人龍。已經幫襯左6年有多,期間轉了不少menu。營業第一段時間為 12:00-15:45 ,第二段則18:00-22:15 。由於營業時間特別,所以試過摸門釘不少次。今次星期六特意12點左右便前往,避開人龍,享受一下必食石燒烏冬系列的厚切豚肉手打烏冬。進入鋪內,已經滿座9成,我也速速坐下,準備點餐。Menu點餐紙,清晰而見,石燒烏冬系列,一共有20款之多。其中推薦厚切豚肉手打烏冬、上級牛肉手打烏冬、吉列芝士豬扒手打烏冬、活花甲手打烏冬和daily catch 海鮮手打烏冬。價格由$86-$96 不等。至於湯底就有4款選擇,分別是香菌濃湯、魚介豚骨濃湯、香辣三色味噌湯和黑蒜油豚骨湯。款式方面,我絕大多數是點厚切豚肉手打烏冬;湯底則香菌濃湯或魚介豚骨濃湯,這樣就太會搶了豚肉的味道。不一會,店員熟練地端上我的厚切豚肉手打烏冬!厚厚半肥豚肉鋪到成個石鍋滿晒,睇見都流晒口水。香菌濃湯奶白色的湯底非常香滑,上菜時還是滾泡泡的。吃時要小心避免觸碰鍋邊啊。豚肉非常厚身,脂肪入口即溶。即使厚切,肉質色澤也煮得一致均勻,肉嫩一絲絲的散開。非常好食。一大羹的黑松露,我喜歡拌湯進食。每一件鮮冬菇都吸收了濃湯精華。手打烏冬一如以往出色,彈牙、軟滑。 每次都吃得津津樂道,一試難忘。…Read More
