🇯🇵近排係何文田近旺角嘅位置搵到間價錢合理嘅隱世居酒屋,雖然話隱世,但其實旺角行去都係10-15分鐘左右😉店舖其實唔算大,大概5-6張台,但麻雀雖小五臟俱全,而且格局好似返咗日本咁架😎老闆娘仲好好人,成日都同客人介紹返今日有咩最新鮮好食😋😋一黎每台都會有嘅前菜小食,秘製嘅醬汁加埋青瓜蘿蔔條,夠哂開胃,可以準備食好野😆首先我地叫咗個➡️”和風火灸左口魚邊沙律”,左口魚燒到帶有油香,再加上蟹籽同醋嘅調味沙律菜,味道都幾好架👍🏻跟住黎到串燒,我地叫咗➡️”明太子手羽”,雞翼燒到岩岩好,皮好脆,入面仲有滿滿嘅明太子,非常足料➡️”日本雞腎”就夠哂爽口彈牙,一d都無韌嘅感覺👍🏻而平時芝士腸就食得多,今次試下個➡️”日本黑豚肉腸”,雖然黎到外表係差唔多,但係咬落去嘅肉汁係完全兩個感覺,黑豚果然係香好多,值得一試😍😍➡️”蕃薯”同”菠蘿”都無令我地失望,夠哂香甜,火喉岩岩好,咬落仲係好juicy 架😁黎到今日嘅重點,海鮮啦😋😋😋➡️”燒日本天使蝦”非常新鮮,肉質仲要彈牙,而且唔知係咪加咗岩鹽黎燒,差d連殼都想食埋😆不過最值得推介嘅都係佢嘅➡️”鹽燒白鱔”,咬落去魚肉非常肥味,油香好足,重要連個魚皮都燒到脆身,認真

不過今晚最好食嘅一定要講到老闆娘介紹嘅➡️”厚岸生蠔”😍大細係差唔多手掌咁大,重點係佢有兩個層次嘅口感同味道,食個邊嘅時候好爽口會有陣陣海水鮮味得黎唔會腥,食到中間肉質就會有變得好creamy同生蠔味非常強烈,加埋清酒一齊真係無得輸😆😆

主食就點咗個➡️”千府火炙盛盒”,分別有火炙生文魚+中拖羅+帶子+左口魚各兩件,每件都非常新鮮,連芥末都係新鮮磨果隻味道一流架😍
跟住最後叫咗➡️”焦糖芝士蛋糕”,表面燒到脆身嘅焦糖同香濃芝士餅身,非常夾而且完全唔會有肥膩嘅感覺👍🏻
