聽聞呢個係招牌菜,同出面食嘅咕嚕肉好唔同,喺一堆冰粒裏面搵啲咕嚕肉嚟食,好似尋寶咁!第一啖咬落去,好脆,啲肉仲好嫩,唔怪得係招牌菜!

一大班朋友在迎月晚上到李公館聚餐,大部分成員是第一次光顧。電梯門打開已是李公館的入口,一幅提字「李公館」在眼前出現,店舖的地方不算闊大,大概放置16張大小不一的餐桌,另有2間貴賓房。燈光、擺設、顏色令人恍如置身高級會所內的中菜廳。人們在交談時也是輕聲,不會感到嘈吵煩擾。杏汁豬肺湯的杏仁香氣令大家有點驚喜,色調奶白,非常清潤,一點也不油膩。很多人都抗拒湯渣,認為不值一試,其實偶然也要試試,例如今次的豬肺,軟身的口感加上杏汁,好味😋頭盤青芥苿青瓜墨魚柳非常清新,青芥苿輕輕刺激味蕾,加上青瓜爽爽的口感,令食慾大增。大家對冰鎮咕嚕肉抱有極大的期望,可惜希望大失望大。冰鎮咕嚕肉未能做出冰鎮後脆脆的外層,肉味尚可,但肉質略硬,失望😔 驚喜在荔枝墨魚丸,將墨魚丸包裝成一粒掛在樹上的荔枝,果然別出心裁,加上一隻色澤鮮艷的小鳥停在樹枝上,非常生動有趣👍🏻紅色芝麻粒作為外層,包裹着白色的墨魚丸,驟眼看以為是一粒荔枝。墨魚丸非常鮮甜,有少許彈牙,正😄 金磚野菌豆腐和西蘭花黃金蝦都不錯。叠叠煎藕餅不是脆脆的,是軟身,一家大小都適合。如果喜歡茶香味的朋友,脆皮茶燻雞必須一試,茶香夾雜著嫰滑的雞肉,味道非常可口。因蟹供應有限,籠仔糯米蒸蟹飯改為籠仔糯米蒸蝦飯,個人喜歡用蟹蒸飯,味道較鮮和濃,也可品嘗蟹膏。以中蝦代替,雖然糯米飯的味道差了一截,但中蝦的鮮味已補回。…Read More
