還是第一次在銅鑼灣品嚐高級粵菜。來到這裏的時候, 感覺好像去到一些只有富貴人家才會去的地方吃晚餐。有時候, 工作太辛苦, 也要給自己好好享受一下的。我和朋友到了這間中菜館吃晚飯, 這兒的環境和裝修也很高貴, 這裏還有落地玻璃, 讓客人邊吃邊欣賞風景。我們先吃了前菜, 這個前菜好像每一枱客人也會點的, 它名為六宮格, 它包括了百花釀秋葵、 蜜汁叉燒、 煎墨魚餅、蕃茄伴冰菜、 麻醬無花果、酥炸白鴿蛋。熱湯方面, 我們每人點了一盅花膠雞湯, 入面有好幾片花膠, 花膠很嫩滑 , 很適合女士吃, 補補骨膠原, 令皮膚更有彈性。裏面的食材也很足料, 有雞腳、肉、瑤柱、螺片等等。喝過熱湯後, 下一道菜是花雕蛋白蒸蝦球。它的花雕味很香, 不會太搶味。底下的蛋白非常嫩滑, 配蝦球吃一流, 一點兒也不膩。 接著便是清湯三色牛腩煲, 牛腩煲帶突出的胡椒味, 很惹味, 裏面亦有白蘿蔔。牛腩很淋。鮮蝦水餃上湯生麵有兩粒大大粒的水餃。最後, 甜品方面, 就是這裏出名的生磨蛋白杏仁茶, 餐廳用了高級的le creuset容器來盛載杏仁茶。蛋白的分量非常多, 底下是一層厚厚的蛋白, 非常嫩滑。…Read More

又到月尾家庭聚餐時間,當然要揀返間咁上下嘅餐廳盡顯一下「孝子」嘅表現啦。問過身邊朋友話呢度維港個景無得輸,所以早就約定媽子係今晚黎食。點知打錯算盤,估唔到七點咁早都咁多人無得安排坐落地玻璃窗嗰邊,唔可以一邊嘆靚景一邊食飯。可惜可惜。但呢度食物質素都好好,成功挽回孝子嘅分數。甫坐低無耐,六宮格即刻送上。六格分別係:冰菜温室蕃茄,蜜汁叉燒,麻醬無花果,酥炸白鴿蛋,香煎墨魚餅,同埋百花秋葵。蜜汁叉燒肥瘦適中,蜜汁味香濃又有少少燶邊加上蜜汁豆又腍又入味。秋葵入口滑溜溜,一下就吞左落肚了。炸鴿蛋個皮好薄,蛋味都香但略微唔夠味。而墨魚餅香口彈牙,配上泰式酸辣醬,零舍醒胃。而冰菜真係第一次食,覺得好爽脆不過無咩味但同酸甜蕃茄仔啱啱好夾。麻醬無花果軟腍清甜,帶上麻醬嘅酸香,覺得係六樣入面最出色的。之後係燉花膠響螺雞腳湯,材料非常豐而且香氣十足,入口每一啖都鮮甜回甘。加上佢燉嘅時間好足,花膠同雞腳嘅骨膠原出晒黎,所以飲落黏口。除左變鞋口嘅瘦肉之外,其他湯渣都一掃而空。飲完甘甜嘅湯後黎個酸酸甜甜嘅咕嚕肉刺激下味蕾,同埋荷葉飯醫肚。咕嚕肉酸甜度啱啱好,而且炸得皮脆肉嫩咬開仲見肉汁。用嘅菠蘿香甜得黎帶少少果酸,所以都好開胃。荷葉飯一打開已經聞到好清荷香味,入面好足料有蝦米,瑤柱,雞肉粒等等。打開時見個飯咁深色以為都幾重味,但原來醬油色係錯覺,味道幾清的。再加上飯粒炒得乾身,食落一啲都唔油膩咀嚼耐啲都會略略散出荷葉嘅香味。最後係蛋白杏仁茶用上細個港女鑄鐵鍋盛載,一黎提高保温效果,二黎吸睛嘛。杏仁茶只屬微甜,係飽餐一頓之後唔會增加個胃嘅負擔。入口充滿香濃杏仁味稀稠適中又滑溜,亦保留少量蛋白豐富口感,作為飯後一點甜恰到好處。不得不提佢呢個紫菜青豆都幾香脆好食,夾吓一粒夾吓又粒。係靚景同美食雙重享受之下,媽子又要加我分了。…Read More

食左咁多餐西餐,開始有d悶悶地,朋友發起話去食中菜,一於Let’s GO!呢間位於銅鑼灣登龍街18號V Point 29樓的張公館,居高臨下,一入到去,就見到維港的景色!很久沒有這麼細緻地看這個城市,雖則是燈火通明,但感覺有點孤寂。第一道前菜是精緻的六宮格。一人一盒唔使爭!木製的六宮格放著六款前菜,款款都是一小口的,包括:百花秋葵,香煎墨魚餅,蜜汁叉燒,酥炸白鵨蛋,青芥末涼拌鮮螺肉,無花果。青芥末涼拌鮮螺肉:螺肉新鮮彈牙有嚼頭,配上青芥末更顯層次感。無花果清甜多汁,小小的半顆配上特製的醬汁,有點像吃沙律。蜜汁叉燒厚肉但依然嫩身,沒有半點過火,蜜汁把味道提升,甜滋滋的很好吃。香煎墨魚餅口感彈牙,醬汁酸酸甜甜,味道不俗。最後是營養豐富的酥炸白鵨蛋,炸皮薄身,都不錯吃。川芎百芷魚頭湯吃過前菜,就來一個藥材為主的魚頭湯暖暖胃,店家會在客人門前把魚頭放入湯中,幾分鐘後,就有濃郁的魚湯上台,雖然唔係煮左好耐,但從奶白色的湯身,已知湯底已經煮了一段時間,飲落藥材味濃,有少量回甘,魚頭依然保持到嫩滑的口感,感覺好補身。花彫蛋白蒸蝦球爽口彈牙的大蝦球下面是以花彫蒸熟的蛋白,火喉控制得宜沒半點過火,蛋香加上嫩滑口感令人好想Encore!這個是我全晚的亮點菜式。水煮龍躉片龍躉魚肉滑嫩,加上已去骨,啖啖肉真心爽皮,而水煮湯底麻感重,吃後有點咀唇麻痺呢。菠蘿咕嚕肉相對來講比較一般,但驚艷度還是有的!炸皮夠薄且不失脆身是亮點,但肉塊不大就比較失色,不過酸酸甜甜加上顏色豐富,很適合炎夏沒胃口的日子。清湯三式牛腩三式牛腩包括了平常少見的坑腩、崩沙腩及梅頭腩,整體牛味濃郁而炆得非常腍嫩,沒有牛燥味,而旁邊伴菜的白蘿蔔都吸滿了湯底的味道,甜甜的非常吸引。湯底清澈但味道鮮甜,牛魔王必點的菜式呀!上湯千層浸時蔬今日的時蔬是萈菜,配著杞子上湯,最特別是旁邊的千層豆腐皮,吸晒清甜的上湯,又有濃濃的豆香,清淡卻不失為工夫菜。龍蝦湯泡飯龍蝦湯泡飯雖然帶金黃色,龍蝦味卻比想像淡,預計中的龍蝦香並不明顯。泡飯中有白米,炸米等,間中食到增加口感的脆米及蔬菜,幸好飯身也不會是淋淋的,整體來說,覺得並沒有預期的驚艷。生磨杏仁茶用上Le Creuset 的小煲作器皿,感覺精緻又別緻,打開蓋已聞到濃濃的杏仁香。不過我自己就不愛吃,結果送了給坐在隔離的朋友享用。整體來講,食物質素ok,菜式都好適合一家大小,又加入左養生的元素,而且望住咁大個海景晚飯都係$500位,銅鑼灣來說算係抵食的!所以o個晚都見到好多人同屋企人食生日飯,生日歌都聽到幾次。…Read More
