I like to shop by myself and also like to take a tea break when I am tired or want to sit down. I was in Fashion Walk and had not been to this place for a while. The waiter was polite and asked me to choose a table. I ordered a Mimosa Iced tea which is green tea with mint and lime. It was thirst quenching and I think I may have had a lunch that had too many spices or flavours at Palki Indian Restaurant. The tea was pretty enough in my favourite green colour but I guess I only like artificial mint flavours and not the real mint leaves. So I put in all the sugar syrup as it was quite sour anyway. I flipped through the magazines. The international ones were quite old and tatty and were the January issues but the local ones were more up to date.
Any way, the place and tea served its purpose and after half an hour, I was ready to combat the shops again. Too bad I wasn't hungry this time as would have wanted to have a scone as they serve it with the correct clotted cream. Oh well, next time.
