My boyfriend suddenly wanted to have rice noodles for dinner, so we headed to the nearby Yugu Noodles in Sha Tin.Roasted Pork Jowl 秘制豬頸肉 8/10 ⭐️Served hot with crispy skin. Well combination with the Thai sweet chilli sauce. Very savoury but it became dry pretty fast.Chongqing Sour & Spicy Noodles 重慶酸辣粉 7/10 ⭐️There were many topping options, I chose daikon radish, pork intestines and Chinese lettuce. The radish pieces were tender and sweet. Pork intestines were soft but chewy, and very flavourful.

Chongqing Sour & Spicy Noodles 重慶酸辣粉 7/10 ⭐️
There were many topping options, I chose daikon radish, pork intestines and Chinese lettuce. The radish pieces were tender and sweet. Pork intestines were soft but chewy, and very flavourful. The Chinese lettuces were super fresh and crispy. For the soup, I ordered medium mild spicy (中小辣), this spiciness level was just right with a bit of sourness, which made the noodle soup savoury. Fried peanuts, pickles vegetables, coriander, spring onions and pickled mustard were also added as side dishes, they further enhanced the flavour of the soup. It was quite pity that the sweet potato noodles were too chewy, I felt tired chewing them😥.

Iced Chrysanthemum Honey 3/10 ⭐️
Too sweet but it helped soothe the spiciness brought by the sour & spicy noodle soup.
