Busy Thursday afternoon, I walked pass the junction of Hennessy Road & Johnston Road, picked up a lunch promotion leaflet from a street promoter. I have been to this Thai restaurant before at their TST branch, the wanchai store only open this month. Let's go try their lunch special, and hopefully they are as good as their TST branch. The location is very close by, only few steps away from where I picked up the leaflet. Ordered Minced Meat with Basil Leaves Fried Rice, this is the only one with 2
Ordered Minced Meat with Basil Leaves Fried Rice, this is the only one with 2 hot chilis symbol in the Rice & Noodle section. The smell of the rice is excellent, can smell it from meters away. The sunny side up egg is perfectly cooked and the mix of egg yolk and fried rice is so delicious. Although I think it can be more spicy, I am going to ask for extra spicy when im visit next. Also ordered the Fresh mango with sticky rice for dessert, the lot coconut sauce sweetness is perfect, mango is fresh and juicy. The sticky rice is nice and warm, just at the right temperature to serve with.The new Wanchai store gave me a great dinning experience and food quuality is as good as their TST branch. Will try to propose this venue to my team leader for our Xmas dinner gathering next month.
