店內環境保留了原本的工廠feel但簡約淨潔，以白色為主調，舒適的氛圍令人走過時都會忍不住要看一看，菜單都是健康簡約食材為主。 一開始不了解店名的意思，但進內才明白是指good things in and out，很有意思。

Crafted with refreshing and healthy ingredients, this simple-looking dish has much more than meets the eye. The bitterness of the grapefruit was well-balanced out with the tangy cream cheese, sweet blossom honey and juicy blueberries. The owners told me that the buttery brioche toast base is sourced from Bakehouse, a renowned local bakery known for its quality pastries.
