first time to this little ramen place in causeway bay. Hong Kong people are lucky enough as we got so many choices of ramen. I have never tried so many of it but Tamashi (魂) is where I feel that I would visit once again!just order the original ramen ($88) with tonkatsu (豚骨) , the soup is so rich but not oily. in love with the texture of ramen, it is so good and the soup matches it so well. lastly the egg is just halfly made and I am so impressed with that. and what's more important is the amount

I have tried once in another ramen chain store (which open 24-hours), I am still hungry after I finshed the meal. but well, Tamashi didn't disappoint me!
