今天有法國客人到我司洽商, 公事傾完後. 他說對荷利活道及嚤囉街一帶很有興趣. 所以就帶他走一會. 他shop 了很多我還幫他講价 . 大家一边行一边傾很快肚餓原來已是七時許了 . 所以就到附近的Patio 88 食Dinner ( did try before so suggest them to go there ) 一入門口他已有impress 的感覚 , 播着法國的情歌 , unique 的style , Romantic 的氣氛舒服悠閒 , 真適宜情侶或公事上的洽商 , 入正体啦 !!首先order 了他們的House Red Wine , easy drinking . 本人 - 鵝干沙律做頭盤 , presentable , delicious 外脆內面即融化 ----- Highly Recommand ( 早知叫他們的special , portion 會大好多 )
- Minestrone ( 意大利雜菜湯 ) - 很正宗 , 真菜實料好好味 , 侍應說他們的超值午餐$45
都是用此湯 , 嘩下次約埋啲同事一斉由中環搭的士或
叮叮過來食lunch
- Main Course - Rack of Lamb 羊架 , wonderful !! 恰到好處的Medium 加上法國的
芥醬 , 客人John 說Dijon 出產mustard 果然名不虛傳 , 錦上潻花.
- Dessert - Bread Pudding w/ice cream - 是店員推介. 很有水準
Boss - Marinated Salmon - Boss 說很入味 , 醃制的時間充足 ,用心去做
- Main Course - Fillet Mignon 伴鵝干汁 . 很 juicy 及鵝干汁很香
- Dessert - Apple Crumble w/ ice cream - Ok
John - Mussel w/ white wine sauce 是他們的House Special - Fresh & tasteful $88
- Main Course - Magret de Canard 鴨胸伴丁香橙汁 , John said typical dish &
perfect (哈哈他切了一片給我品嚐 , 嫩滑 ) $128
- Dessert - Crepe Suezette ( crepe 是法國人很鍾意食 ) , 賣相好有酒香味 $40
John說他們咭片印上Selected cuisine of Italian , French , Continental & Mediterranean
真係做到法國的details , exquisite & delicious , 他還对着boss 稱讚我 , Smart Choice

呢間restaurant Patio 88 竟然在我工作上加了分 , John 的弦外之音我明白 , Boss - 呀John 都是見微之著 呢 !! 在工作上我都會懂得選擇 吧 !!
They really have many great choices for couple ( 2 per ) - $288 /2 or $358 / 2 of Dinner
Set , can try with my friend by next time
