I am just a tourist, so of course I go to Tim Ho Wan. This place is absolutely the best place for Dim Sum and yes, I tried a lot of different restaurants. But the traditional and simple way is the secret at Tim Ho Wan. And the custard bun is the best custard bun in Hong Kong! Make sure to try the custard bun, the rice rolls, the crystal dumplings and of course the other dim sum dishes. The BBQ Pork Buns are a little overrated in my eyes but still good!
