Since my friend wanted to try something other than Tsui Wah at CWB , then the name of this restaurant just came into my mind, even though I've read a lot of negative comments regarding the service, comments on food eventually turn out to tbe some what 50/50.arrived at the door around 1430 there's a waiting queue with about 6 people, after not too long we were seated just in front of the bar.We ordered 2 sets1) Tea set with the scramble egg and ham, Char Sui(BBQ pork) with spaghetti in soup,

We ordered 2 sets
1) Tea set with the scramble egg and ham, Char Sui(BBQ pork) with spaghetti in soup, and tea
2) The 3 inches egg sandwich set with Iced lemon tea
First came the drinks and after a long while even the waitress thought we were done, until we said no, without any acknowledgment she turned to the computer screen and I thought she's checking the order for us. Within 3 minutes everything was placed onto our table...
Frankly the food was not that bad,but nothing spectacular..
the scramble egg with the Hokkaido Milk mixed in, the texture was smooth and did have the flavour of milk , however I think as long as you put milk into the egg you will eventually have the same effect. the soup of the spaghetti was in full flavour and I guess not much MSG was used since I didn't feel thirsty afterward.
The 3 inches egg sandwich - taste was more or less the same with the scramble egg, the texture was not as smooth, though it's freshly made as the egg was hot.
The drinks were more or less the same as other 'Char Chan Teng' can offer....
over all food are edible, price is bit overpriced, staff could be more courteous....
