Got a pastry from 文華餅店 for afternoon tea!Coconut and Passion Fruit Pastry $68This pastry looked so pretty. It was pure white with a cylinder base topped by some cream with brown dots. The cream on top was actually vanilla cream and it tasted so good. Inside the vanilla cream there was some passion fruit custard which added some slightly sour flavour to it. The bottom cylinder contained rich coconut flavour with coconut mousse and coconut dacquoise, together with some sponge cake. I had left it o

 This pastry looked so pretty. It was pure white with a cylinder base topped by some cream with brown dots. The cream on top was actually vanilla cream and it tasted so good. Inside the vanilla cream there was some passion fruit custard which added some slightly sour flavour to it. The bottom cylinder contained rich coconut flavour with coconut mousse and coconut dacquoise, together with some sponge cake. I had left it over for consumption until 4 days later and the quality was still ok!
