Spent Sunday afternoon at this chill and relaxing cafe with handmade pasta. Their menu offers a wide range of food to choose from. Fresh oyster bisque
Very rich in oyster flavour with good balance of cream. The grilled oyster on top is super flavourful.
Deep fried wings with salt egg yolk
The wings are very juicy inside with crispy skin. The salted egg yolk work well with the seasoning.
Tandoori chicken fettuccine
This is a special one because I never saw a fusion between pasta and Indian curry. The fettuccine taste as good as it looks, it has a strong flavour of the spice but not overpowering, also is not too spicy. The homemade pasta has a good texture, but preferred to be thinner.
Hungarian ox cheek risotto
The ox cheek is tender and juicy, which goes really well with the creamy tomato base risotto. The texture of the risotto rice is just right, not too soggy nor hard.
