昨晚試了一間荔枝角的串燒店,今次路經這裡試一試分別提提大家,這家店是川味~ 所以不能拿外街平常串燒的店作比較這裡出名的茄子原條燒是不賴的,川味濃,而且不太乾身,但味道太濃,令人轉眼就忘了茄子的味道,留在口裡的是調味料。燒雞軟骨和燒雞皮很普通,完全沒下任何調味料,燒雞皮做得好的話,雞皮的油會溶在口,可是一滴也沒有,反像咬香口膠; 雞軟骨完全沒味,這個失望燒韭菜反而很有驚喜,不是很咸,簡單這個菜下了些辣椒粉,已經很好吃。我吃了2碟燒5吋長的虎蝦,其實沒有虎蝦多肉的感覺,肉很痴皮,應該是新鮮的表現,但蒜泥太多,蓋了蝦的味道燒尖青椒,我以為是辣的,結果沒有,而且原條燒的成本也不是太貴吧... 切成4舊串起來就顯得有點小家了。燒魷魚鬚和燒魷魚乾,那是2種極端的評價。 燒魷魚鬚如果用辣汁燒,燒至乾身應該有很好的效果,但廚師沒有這樣做,燒得濕漉漉,好像沒燒了很久一樣; 相反,燒魷魚乾就很好吃,我本人還加了辣粉下去,再點沙律醬,味道出奇地突出。燒牛肉粒也是很好吃,完全平衡到喜歡吃生不喜歡全熟的口味,放進口裡,肉味濃,半溶在口,好好食。我已是第2次惠顧這小點,這裡作為晚上和朋友們小聚或是情侶談心的好地方,因為沒太多人在舖內進食~ 繼續閱讀

When we visited this place, it was still quite new at the time.Anyway, the food was not bad. Most of what we ordered were small portion skewers. For the drinks, we had ''Wong Lo Kat'', a herbal-based drink which goes well with BBQ. If you like to munch, try the crunchy chicken cartilages cut in cubes. What I have enjoyed most at 4 BY 1 are the vegetables. There are often not much veggies to choose from at a BBQ place, but here all the grilled vegetables were all new experiences. The Chinese cabbage for example was marinated in salty sour sauce and sesame. Eggplants were grilled whole. The white part came off easily from the center. A little effort was needed to peel it off the skin on the side. Another kind of veggie we tried was chive. The dish had the same salt and sour marinade as the cabbage. When we lifted the chives off the plate, they were hanging and dangling from the wooden picks. It was tricky to eat. We probably should have asked restaurant staff to give us scissors to cut the long chives. As for other meats, they were alright. The duck breast pieces were thick, but fatty. Our most expensive dish was the plate of scallops. Freshness with a touch of zesty lemon and garlic: delightful! As for the restaurant itself, it is really small. There is a room next to the front of the shop with a few small tables and chairs inside. People can also sit outside. It is pretty convenient when it becomes crowdy and busy. Actually, I would rather sit outside. Inside, it felt like we were squished or trapped in a transparent box where people would observe us. I felt like a skewer... Maybe I won't go that early next time so I can get a spot outside. One thing for sure is that we can't go to 4 BY 1 with a big group of people, unless we reserve the whole place to ourselves. 繼續閱讀

最近聽朋友推介一間串燒店, 今日就約左個朋友去試一下!!我地點左-燒波羅- 味到不錯很香 , 波羅甜甜的好多汁!!燒司華力腸- 食落蜜糖既味道同司華力腸好合得來!! 燒薯仔- 食落辣辣地好特別!!(直得一試)!!燒茄子- 很香味道不錯!! (可以選擇辣度)!!燒鴨胸- 味道很香!!叉爆拉面- 湯底不錯, 味道很香!!服務不錯很有禮貌!!下次都會約埋一班朋友去食!! 繼續閱讀

今晚我同完女朋友行完街黎到鳳凰村本身想食小菜行行下聞到一陣好香既燒烤香味之後走過黎睇下原來有間燒烤檔..個名勁搞笑..4BY1..我女朋友仲以為係買4送1添今日天氣幾凍然後就走左去坐..試下尼到D野.. 一黎到個侍應生就叫我入去坐在問我凍唔凍洗唔洗熄左個風扇服務都幾親切照顧周到 之後問有咩推介 佢就話D海鮮同燒茄子係最好賣 甘我就叫左條茄子同埋條金倉魚仲叫左兩串牛柳同埋豚肉條茄子真係燒得好香 好味到連皮都食埋=.= 食完個侍應生先同我講D皮唔食得淨係食肉.. 等我仲同條女講D保仔飯D焦都可以食.尼塊皮應該都可以食..呵 條金倉魚D肉好滑好爽加埋D檸汁真係一流<~頂力推介 牛肉佢個"掩"得好好味.無隻雪氣味 個豚肉就差少少..可能燒得耐得制有D硬不過味道都可以 總括黎講都好好味! 可以一試 繼續閱讀

附近多數是粉面茶餐廳、潮州打冷、傳統粥面店 及 車仔面,新開食店又不多,佔地少少的4串1就顯得更突出。裝修小巧整齊,招牌顏色鮮明,自然地被吸引到此一試。是次屬小試性質,故此海鮮推介也沒注意,只叫了半打青口及一支鴻福堂竹蔗茅根。店員非常年輕,收銀及待應是新手,但禮貌周到,值得一讚。半打青口以蒜蓉伴燒,蒜蓉多到整隻青口填滿,很香口,不會太韌太乾身,青口是普通貨色,但有一般串燒店水準。隔離枱的食客十分棒場,叫了燒蜆燒茄子燒魚 及 雞肉拉面等,他們也該是新客試食,對賣相及味道都讚好,下次我也會再來。 繼續閱讀
