今日几個寶貝突然喺公司樓下出現~真係好開心啊~~於是即時安排開飯啦~~其中一個話想試下呢到間板前,咁我地就一齊去等位開飯~!!可能時間尚早,所以舖頭冇乜人~服務員姐姐就帶我地坐左入去埋邊的卡位~~正~!坐落先吹兩句咀~再望下個新穎的電子餐牌~呢到已經用電子落單一段時間~寶貝們玩晒野好似未見過咁~V嘩鬼叫~真係失禮死人~依我個人喜好~我都係中意舊式落單多D~可以同服務員多作交流...!寶貝們係咁指指點點,我都唔知佢地點左乜野~只好見咩食咩啦'!!鵝肝沙律 - 開頭來的時候,我以為係雜菜沙律~鵝肝細粒到碌大眼都睇唔到~即時向服務員了解一下~冇几耐轉另一份出黎~~嘩~~塊鵝肝大件好多~而且煎得好外層有點燶有點脆~好味~!!沙律方面蔬菜款式唔多但好新鮮,撈埋D漿油汁,與出面的沙律食法有D唔同~相當特別燒鯖魚餐 有飯有湯仲有個小沙律~真係好豐富!一夾之下鯖魚燒得皮好脆,猛火燒之下封住魚的肉汁,魚肉唔會燒得熟到鞋口~好味道~壽司 - 寶貝們點左十几款壽司,三文魚,立魚,左口魚,油甘魚.甜蝦味道相當鮮味,而且味道好出~唔會唔知自己食緊乜野魚.每件壽司飯的份量好適當,唔會太大~一口一件SIZE啱啱好~軍艦 - 唔同的落單時間質素會有所唔同~有時D紫菜上抬已經淋晒,有時又會脆脆地~饀料都一樣~份量有時會多有時會少~真係估佢唔到~除份量會有所唔同~饀料就水準大至質素平均!日式蒸蛋 - 寶貝點左一碗蒸蛋,一打開蒸蛋睇落好以蒸左好耐咁,食落一D都唔滑,蛋味係有既,但就冇乜海鮮味~燒三文魚頭 - 我地總供點左兩次燒三文魚頭~第一次真係燒得好好味~帶有少少燶脆好惹味~所以決定再點一次~點知第二次就有點失色~雖然份量係大件左,但係少左之前一份的香脆..出品質素好唔穩定.5式刺身拼盤 - 唔知係咪拼盤的關係,刺身質感不過不失~冇乜特別,當中以帶子同油甘魚比較鮮味~可能單點比較好~三文魚腩刺身 - 忍唔住的點多兩份三文魚腩刺身.入口好重魚香味~同普通的三文魚刺身明顯唔同~ YU~正~！兒童套餐 - 寶貝一時貪玩點左個兒童餐黎睇下有乜野~一上枱真係有點搞笑~蟹柳同玉子都係預料中事~只係有條腸仔...食落腸仔唔係一般的BBQ廚師腸,似係台灣腸~唔錯~兒童餐的軍艦同大人的軍艦好似有D唔同~份量睇落硬係少D!!綠茶冷麵 - 食落冇乜綠茶味,而冷麵就煮得好淋,一D都唔爽口,口感比較差~ V__V我地一邊傾一邊食~服務員放下熱水壺等我地自己加茶~相當細心~店舖的洗手間設備我覺得尚可接受~只係唔明白點解要行上行落~女的要行上一層共有兩格,細細地算係乾淨都可以用~!總括黎講...算係個坐得舒服,係個KILL TIME 吹水的好地方~!!

晚上7:15到達，門外不算多人，只有幾對人在等候，雖然之前仍要等約10個籌，但中間很多人都不在，快速飛籌下等了約15分鐘便可進入了。店鋪沒有箱位，所以2人大都要跟別人疊檯，會聽到別人談話內容較不方便。燈光暗暗蠻有氣氛。店內主要用pad點菜，點菜後等待約5分鐘已上菜，店員態度也算友善有耐性，這晚難得坐至關門也無趕客。

鰤魚魚生麻麻地唔夠肥...海鮮沙律not nice this time!!!!the sashimi was not fresh!sauce was waterycause they didn't drain the vegatables throughlywont order it ever again!service ok...食薄白魚有酸汁冇薑茸同蔥要order 先有但係火炙壽司真係好好味燒得啱啱好無論係好平的秋刀魚定係其他魚都係好好食but 燒沙甸就麻麻la!鞋到爆!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!最估唔到係佢既拖羅係入口即溶even the expensive things are nice可能銅鑼灣整得唔好食do I have to travel for more than 45 mins for cheap and nice everytime???蒲燒秋刀魚壽司this comes kind of colda cooked sushibut still整得啱啱好!!!!!!!火炙沙律醬秋刀魚壽司沙律醬kind of smooth everything!!!!令D魚好滑同D魚油勁夾service was ok芝士飛魚子軍艦芝士同飛魚子勁夾紫菜勁脆

睇黎我真係好耐黎呢度食嘢，而家先知佢轉左用iPad點菜。用佢黎點菜的確方便快捷，據我地既體驗，上菜程序同速度都好順暢，仲幾快手。因為岩睇完戲都十點，所以好肚餓，男朋友就係甘點。先黎個蟹湯，其實就係麵豉湯加左四分一隻蟹，就係多左一份鮮甜，但我覺得個湯同隻蟹味道吾太夾，可能麵豉湯太濃；另一方面，齋食隻蟹又幾鮮甜，幾好味。之後叫左壽司，食開都知佢係單點，吾係一碟兩舊個種，反而適合一個人黎食，吾驚叫多食吾哂。壽司全部都有水準，肉質新鮮，雖然未至於叫肥美鮮甜，但比好多放題店好食好多。今次最為驚喜既係牛肉蕃茄湯烏冬。圖片所見係痴男朋友分左啲黎食既份量，佢原本係幾大碗，夠飽肚。佢既牛肉好香，食落雖然有啲煮老左小小，但勝在係靚牛肉，愈趙愈感受到佢既油脂慢慢滲出牛肉香味。烏冬算滑溜，但淋左啲，所以食落吾夠彈牙。至於湯底好有誠意好，可以見到滿滿一碗既蕃茄蓉湯。兩個人埋單二百幾，岩岩夠飽，算吾貴。後話：職員趕收鋪，食緊個陣不停係你身邊執嘢，仲拎走埋樽鼓油，又催埋單，係有啲騷擾，但明白既。只係想好好地食餐飯就吾好預甘蚊。

my friends and I felt like sushi and saw this place so we decided to line up for it, it seemed alright from the outside and in my mind, I thought it couldn't be that bad since it's affiliated with 板長 (which is OK) so we decided to give it a try.we waited for about 45 minutes to be seated in which wasn't that bad as we sat and watched some kids play hockey downstairs in the rink.when we got seated, my placemat was missing a chopstick, kind of a turn off but no big deal. then we were served by a waiter who told us to place our order on the iPad. we flipped through, picked out some food, then when we confirmed, everything we wanted and most of the more cheaper items were sold out -____-". that's fine, we decided to go through the menu again, the second time around, there was finally a "sold out" icon on the food (whIch wasn't there the first time). we flipped through the whole menu and all the hot rice/noodles were sold out. surprised (since it was only 8pm), we still accepted because there's really not much we can do about it. we continued picking out food and finally placed our order.we wish it would have told us that all the prices meant one piece only. we felt insanely ripped off for such small portions and mediocre quality at, sometimes $2x per piece. they had sushi that went around the store by a conveyor belt, I picked up a plate of 花之戀, there were 2 pieces, we thought it was a blue plate ($20) each, when we paid, it turns out it was a patterned plate ($40). they made it both blue! could they not have used another colour! and the cheapest red plate never ever appeared. the other items we picked up from the circulating line were stale and one of them was plain werid...it was spicy from the 七味粉 (that we couldn't see)I tend to think that I'm not that picky of a eater so I let it slip. the taste was alright, not fresh but not unbearable, I give props to the unagi roll that was warm. but all in all, the portions were way too small to charge at that price.what really broke the deal was the cleanliness of the store. for an f&b outlet and reputable chain, it was unacceptable. there were food crumbs on the railing of the conveyor belt as well as where they placed the menu. what really grossed us out was the place where they stored the raw fish. the glass was scratched up and dirty. we even witnessed the tail of the shrimp glide across the glass and leave a streak/trail. it was gross and unacceptable, I wish I had taken a photo but we were just too grossed out we needed to get the bill and leave.so yeah, we ended up paying $120 per person (party of 3) for a couple pieces of sushi each, a shared cold soba noodle at a dirty restaurant. great.
