This cafe hosts a second floor above with more seating and decent air conditioning. The service is decent. One staff (male) is super attentive and friendly whilst another (female) was very passive aggressive. Apt Coffee 入到去咖啡店，大部份人都係比個環境/打卡而吸引著。當然除咗一杯好咖啡之外，食物對我都同樣重要，但有時黎黎去去都係嗰幾樣野，而今次呢間店就可以由咖啡到open toast都可以自己揀。 Apt 故名思意指係「A Personal Trailer」。老闆之前有喺精品咖啡店度打過工，但總係心諗自己沖比客人嘅咖啡，自己鐘意又未必啱客人嘅taste。於是就決定要開間cafe令每位客人都fit佢哋自己嘅taste bud。 「就正如咖啡咁，有D人鍾意奶泡打得厚D先有口感，有D人鍾意薄奶泡可以拉得更多pattern。但同意又唔好唔記得，咖啡店推出一款咖啡都有事先經過思考邊個配搭夾D啊咁。就正如手沖咖啡中沖煮時嘅咖啡粉磨得較幼的話，水流就要快D，粗D嘅則可以慢慢流。」現時apt就有三間分店，其中西環店位於新嘅住它樓下，近地鐵站，環境仲要係最開揚；灣仔店就要行上一段斜路；中環店相對較樓底比較矮小。 三間分店嘅menu都有D唔同，但主要都有自選配料嘅open toast/沙律/三文治，西環新店則有埋自選意粉同taco(晚上先有)。大部分較昂貴嘅topping係要加錢嘅。 Toast

Everything could be tailor made here. There are over 20 topping to choose from so I really had a hard time to pick what I want..🥂Toast Tailoring $118I had the sourdough with greek yoghurt spread and topped with avocado and scrambled egg. Scrambled egg was soft and creamy and the sourdough was puffy and light. Avocado is always my favourite and the ingredients were rich. Friend recommended this place as an authentic Aussie style coffee shop. I am not a coffee expert so normally go with latte as there is latte art and I like creative art/design things. Waiter said regular latte comes with latte art so I got regular latte normal size. Friend got green rose tea and it seems good too. We sat on the second floor and it was quiet. First floor was full of people already. I wish the ceiling could be higher.

平時經過都會order 他們的coffee 這次是第一次堂食brunch 意外地發現他們的選擇特別多 不同其他cafe 限制你只能order 他們幫你搭配好的 我就選擇 salmon + pumpkin 🎃 南瓜已上榜最愛👅👅 又甜又軟😸😸 我和朋友都很喜歡他們的scramble egg!!!! 應該是有加了cream，想再加多一份🤣🤣Avocado 🥑 很新鮮環境裝修簡約 店員超級friendly!!!! 加分 會再光顧😝😝🥰

Coffee食自選toast ($118)首先選擇麵包Sourdough/ Fig & Walnut兩款麵包都偏硬身唔驚上面topping既醬汁浸淋個人比較鐘意Fig & Walnut有d無花果同核桃入面豐富d.之後可以揀抹醬Greek Yoghurt/Sun-dried tomato cream cheese/Greek Mayo睇下鐘意清d定濃味d或者選擇困難就可以兩塊包用兩款醬.配料包左兩款額外就再加錢我揀既係smoked salmon + truffle scrambled egg + avocado (+$20)每款食材分量都幾足料而且好新鮮...整體黎講成份toast每一樣味道都好亦唔會話邊樣搶左味只係對於男仔黎講分量可能會太少比較適合女仔
