這意大利餐廳是一間酒吧餐廳,店子不大,裝修格調深紅色為主調,很有外國小店的氣氛。❥𝖢𝗈𝗅𝖽 𝖢𝗎𝗍 𝖲𝖾𝗅𝖾𝖼𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇 頭盤我們選擇了推介的火腿拼盤,包括有𝖯ama Ham ,𝖢𝗈𝗉𝗉𝖺 𝗁𝖺𝗆 ,Mortadella, 每款火腿都很入味。❥𝖧𝖺𝗇𝖽𝗆𝖺𝖽𝖾 𝖯𝖺𝗉𝗉𝖺𝗋𝖽𝖾𝗅𝗅𝖾 𝖡𝗈𝗅𝗈𝗀𝗇𝖾𝗌𝖾來到這餐廳必定點選手工麵,推介這手工肉醬闊麵,每一條闊麵煙靭可口,而且大大片,不像我們平日吃闊麵,令更多肉醬停留在面上,一口吃下,更豐富。❥𝖫𝗂𝗇𝗀𝗎𝗂𝗇𝖾 𝖺𝖾𝗅𝗅𝗈 𝖵𝗈𝗇𝗀𝗈𝗅𝗈另一蜆肉寛條麵,加入了日本清酒和蒜蓉等調味料,加入了鯷魚味道很強,令寬條麵更入味可口,也同樣地煙韌彈牙。蜆肉份量也多。❥𝖧𝗈𝗆𝖾𝗆𝖺𝖽𝖾 𝖦𝖾𝗅𝖺𝗍𝗈 (𝖼𝗁𝗈𝖼𝗈𝗅𝖺𝗍𝖾)最後以朱古力甜品作為一頓午膳的終結。𝗀𝖾𝗅𝖺𝗍𝗈朱古力味香濃,有濃濃的可可味。整體來說,是一頓高質素享受午餐時光。 繼續閱讀

So Aedes is not new to Hong Kong’s restaurant scene, but they recently rebranded to a more casual version of Italian fine dining sister restaurant @locandahk, meaning you get to eat from the same kitchen but at much more affordable price points *wink winkTucked away at the top of a hill, they might not be the easiest spot to find, but it’s definitely worth the visit for a top-notch pasta and wine experience. The food menu only has one page, but all sorts of authentic handmade pasta awaits you. And what's pasta without a perfect wine pairing? I'm all about that sparkle, so we went for the brut prosecco (HKD100 per glass)𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟭𝟴The mozzarella was fresh, cold and oh-so-creamy. Paired with sweet tomatoes and refreshing leaves, this appetizer was the ideal kick-off to our meal𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟲𝟴Must order! The hearty bolognese sauce was a mix of ground beef and pork, giving the thick pasta with a rich depth of flavor that’ll have you savoring each and every bite𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟱𝟴The waiter mentioned that they make this curvy pasta in-house with potatoes, so the texture was truly intriguing. Imagine super-duper chewy goodness, almost like tteokbokki (Korean rice cakes) but with a bit more bite.
