晚飯又不是很肚餓,疫情時間沒上深圳消費,很久沒有吃地道川式燒烤,突然有衝動想吃串燒,附近剛有一間串燒店開了大半年也沒幫襯過,便和太太便去試試看。街坊小店,入門左面是燒烤厨房,二邊擺放了大約十桌二人或四人枱,簡單裝飾,也明亮整潔。一位年輕女待應,招呼也很勤快。這裡是手機下單,方便快捷,先點瓶啤酒,才慢慢點菜。茄子不太油,香口軟滑。韮菜切去尾段老葉,顯得細心。雞皮烤得香脆。一夜乾黃花,咸鮮香,差不多連魚骨也清掉。豬腩片,入口有油香,好吃。羊肉,香嫩。牛肉,稍微食粉醃過了些,下次試吃一口牛好了。豆皮,香口有頭。牛舌心,厚厚三大片,不靱好吃。雞腎,有點乾身。吃了十樣食品,水準達標,可以再光顧。 繼續閱讀

今晚途經黃大仙銀鳯街,聞到好香嘅燒烤味,行前望望,有間「進來吃」小店,門外嘅豪邁壁畫又好特別,不自覺地入內光顧😅😅小店除燒烤主打之外,原來還有雞煲及碟頭飯麵供應,一家大小都有選擇👍👍「進來吃」滋味雞煲小辣半只$138 跟紹菜一份平時食完雞煲都覺得好口渴,但今日個雞煲味道適中,少少麻,雞件嫩滑,滾住食好滋味👍👍招牌豬扒(件)$28香茅醃料好入味,大大件,外脆內軟,肉質鮮嫩多汁😋😋黃花一夜干 $68黃花魚以鹽水浸泡然後再風乾,令到魚肉變得更紮實,肉質軟嫩,點燒都好好味,加入少許檸檬汁,更加鮮香😘😘燒生蠔🦪 (3隻)$45生蠔細細但好鮮嫩,配上蒜蓉牛油燒,好惹味😍😍燒牛舌心(串)$20 羊肉串 $20鮮鷄肝(串)$20 台灣花枝丸 $20燒壹口甜薯(串)$16厚切牛舌、雞肝,大大嚿,食其原味道,用孜然粉燒烤羊肉串冇臊味得嚟好惹味,花枝丸夠大粒,燒得外皮香脆,一口甜薯,又香又甜😋😋 繼續閱讀

It has been a long while since I last met up with my secondary mate and he suggested to meet up for dinner tonight. He proposed to have grilled skewers and suggested 進來吃. It was located at Ngan Fung Street, Wong Tai Sin, near the street market. Even though the shop was not that big, their menu was very comprehensive. It offered chicken hotpot, as well as a wide range of BBQ skewers and rice and noodles etc. We ordered a plate of fried vermicelli to share and it came with a can of soft drink as well. It was fried till chewy and flavourful, not overly dry. The chef was generous with the serving of ham and char siu, with strong flavour of curry powder too. Baby cabbage was served in aluminum foil, thus retaining the heat in it. It was cooked till soft and juicy, sweet as well. Their signature pork chop was fried till crispy and chewy, not overly dry in texture. We ordered an assorted meat such as fish, pork, chicken and beef. Ox tongue, Angus beef cube, beef cube and fresh beef were grilled till tender and juicy, spicy as well. Grilled eel was chewy and fresh in taste, with the skin grilled till soft and crispy. Grilled lamb was tender and chewy too, with no after taste. Pork neck and chicken cartilage were chewy too.    Grilled pineapple was juicy and sweet in taste and grilled octopus was chewy as well. Grilled marshmallow was sweet and soft, smooth in texture.  繼續閱讀
