本身好鍾意食茶餐廳嘅特餐,因為一嚟價錢相宜,而且份量大,有多士、炒蛋、腸仔、通粉唔同選擇...喺銅鑼灣呢度都搵到間地道啲嘅茶餐廳,雖然個沙嗲牛公仔麵嘅味道 都算唔錯,不過最好食嘅反而係佢嘅炒蛋,好重嘅蛋味,而且好香滑,值得一讚! 繼續閱讀

仲記得好多年前,係尖沙咀返工,公司的外賣食堂就係新聯威,因為佢地會send fax update menu、電話落單後一般都準時送到上黎。呢間茶記都真係幫襯了好多年後來轉工又轉工,有時行過山林道都會諗起佢今日去cwb做野,重遇新聯威!我不肯定係咪同一集團的分店,但情意結就一於一試同同事order了兩個tea set。芝士豬扒撈丁, 雖然芝士唔夠濃但都好食, 豬扒煎得岩岩好,仲𠝹埋俾你, 好細心。見唔到有水吧, 咖啡應該係咖啡機整出黎既,夠晒香滑。另外點了香芋菜脯肉崧飯, 由於同事食素要走肉崧, 芋頭夠多夠香, 份量多, 加埋杯奶茶, 正! 繼續閱讀

逛完SOGO,我哋就去咗新聯威食飯。呢度出名係精選冠軍扒,係大大塊用鐵板上嘅牛扒,真係大件又抵食。三個人之中,就有兩個人叫咗食牛扒,另一個食雙拼燒味飯。樣樣嘢都係五十幾蚊有交易,加多七蚊仲有埋凍飲,喺呢區真係大件夾抵食。【燒腩油雞飯】燒腩、油雞多到要用震撼來形容。燒腩唔肥,又入味,層皮仲係脆卜卜。油雞層皮有少少肥膏,雖然有點邪惡,但食落又好甘香,好難取捨。仲有就係,有好香嘅蔥油,點雞食至啱。兩個牛扒係一個要了瑞士汁,另一個要了黑椒汁。用鐵板上嘅特色就係,當啲汁淋落去塊鐵板時,會引起煙霧迷漫嘅情境。不過,要小心啲汁會彈上身。啲牛扒超大塊,厚得嚟都幾腍,而且牛味濃。以呢個價錢食到,OK 啦。 繼續閱讀

Why is New Win a cha chan teng with  a difference? It serves sizzling  grill plate items after 6 PM. Yes, there may be other cha chan tengs that offer this but oddly this is the only thing people order here.  I am not joking. While waiting for our order, we saw every single dish that came from the kitchen was a sizzling plate.Menu is in English and Chinese.  There is no 10% as it's a cha chan teng. They have several to choose from. We chose the mixed grill ($56). This included a chicken wing, steak, ham, sausages and mixed vegetables. Boyfriend chose the black pepper sauce. And it arrived in sizzling style. Overall, it was ok. The steak at least didn't taste like it was soaked in baking soda. The chicken wing didn't have enough marinade. Cheap in price? I guess so but it didn't include a drink and had to be ordered separately. But I guess for the Causeway Bay area, it is fairly inexpensive in price. But for a better sizzling  grill plate cha chan teng experience, I would rather go to Rose Kitchen in Wanchai. Taste better and cheaper price. And includes a  drink, too.  繼續閱讀

喺銅鑼灣呢啲旺區,閒閒地食餐飯都要成$50先落到樓~更何況要鋸扒呢?咁你就錯喇!喺銅鑼灣鋸個扒分分鐘平過你食碗車仔麵架…渣甸街一間樓上舖茶記只要用$53 就可以鋸到扒~食過幾次,質素仲唔伏架!(當然,如果你食慣A5和牛就唔係咁講啦…)有雞扒、牛扒、雜扒、豬扒、龍脷5款揀,價錢都係$53 – 56。留意返呢個價錢係唔包野飲架,可以加多$9跟凍飲。呢度5款冠軍扒除左龍脷之外Nuts全部都食過,次次嚟都keep到水準。今次就決定食個雜扒,咩都有啲啱晒貪心嘅人。熱辣辣鐵板上枱,「炸」一聲淋上黑椒汁,忍唔住開餐先喇!$56嘅雜扒餐意料之外咁豐富,有牛扒、豬扒、火腿扒、雞全翼、腸仔,仲有薯條同椰菜,夠晒大份!扒類好稔,唔會硬實實咁,配埋濃稠嘅黑椒汁,雖然唔可以話係好好食,但味道都絕對對得住個價錢有突。薯條略嫌稔左啲,但吸收左黑椒汁個味好夾。唔夠飽就可以+$10追加個意粉/白飯,意粉上枱時已經係涼左,建議擺落鐵板熱一熱先食。餐廳唔收加一,扒+凍飲+意粉埋單都係$72,鋸扒嚟講都幾抵食。有時平平地同男女朋友嚟鋸返個扒,其實都幾浪漫呀~唔一定要食貴野既! 繼續閱讀
