Everything was absolutely delicious and will definitely be back!✨ Here’s what we ordered:🌽 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐯𝐚 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 / 粟米熔岩餃 - $88 hkd — These were amazing! So juicy and perfectly filled with their creamy corn filling which was so indulgent and nicely seasoned.🐓 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 / 麻辣雞軟骨雞肉抄手 自家製紅油和蔥 - $78 hkd— Definitely a favourite between the two dumplings we ordered! The filling had the perfect ratio of meat to cartilage, giving it a good crunch. The highlight was definitely their homemade spicy sauce which was so aromatic with the perfect amount of kick to it. This added an extra umami boost to each bite too.🍜 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 / 波浪麵 配麻辣擔擔醬，香酥碎花生及蔥 - $78 hkd — The sauce in this was incredibly creamy with a rich peanut flavour to it. The flat noodles were perfectly cooked, and its shape made it possible for the sauce to cling onto nicely. 🐷 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐮, 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞, 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 / 圓面 配乾煸肉燥，秘製蔥油，蔥酥及蔥 - $88 hkd— The dumplings here are great but the noodles are even better! These stole the show as the spicy pork ragu so flavourful and perfectly seasoned with the optimal amount of spice to it. Their scallion soy sauce blend was really aromatic and went well with the flavours of the pork. Definitely recommend this!! 🍵 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐊𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐚 — The hojicha taste was strong but not overpowering. This is not overly sweet either which is perfect.🫖 𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐲 𝐊𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐚— Loved this! The tea flavours here were pronounced here and worked nicely with the slight acidic flavours of the kombucha. Great to wash down the rich flavours with!

食材用料很優質，很美味。最喜歡是小店的親切服務，看得出的細心。在堅道附近，沒有很多中式的選擇，加上家中挑食的小朋友們很喜歡這裏的食物，所以經常光顧。無論中午或晚飯都很適合。自家手作拌麵味道很好，一定要試。蔥油很香，麵質很彈牙，大人小朋友都食唔停口。香餃子方面，試過幾款都很好，我特別喜歡羊肉餃，香料的味道配搭很特出。另外有熔岩系列，都好創新，值得一試。飲品方面有本地堅尼地城的Kombucha,也很值得支持。

I ordered chicken cartilage dumplings and blend 3 kombucha. I found the dumpling with the green sauce is way too salty to be with the dumplings. The cartilage inside the chicken dumplings is too little too. The only best ever is the drink. The service is good. It took less than 10mins to get my food

今日上環地鐵站行上去超熟，好采唔駛等位，我哋都叫左几多野食，包括初榨橄惯油及紅酒醋潰車厘茄，一般可以嘅，一個涼拌麻辣手撕茄子，超級好味，一份麻辣雞軟骨雞肉抄手配自家煉製紅油和蔥，有6隻，芫荽豚肉餃配發酵果醋，都几好味，一份波浪麵配椒麻擔擔醬，香酥脆花生及蔥，份量唔多，但都好足夠，我哋重叫左阿薩姆、大吉嶺紅茶，帶有清甜蘋果、山楂果香，開胃醒神，另一個格雷伯爵茶，佛手柑與紅茶的完美結合，帶有杏桃果香，配上豐富口感，高貴怡神，飲品超正！

堅道終於有好嘢食，就係尼間簡約嘅餃子店先黎個清新又美味嘅前菜 為悶熱嘅胃口打開味蕾，黑白芝麻蔥花加去皮茄子帶點麻辣味道，尼個涼拌清新又充滿芝麻香味黑松露溶岩餃子，以為係黑松露醬加入豬肉制成餃子，原來係將黑松露菇打成漿狀，咬一口，溶岩般洶湧流出，真係冇改錯名，口腔充滿香濃的黑松露香味，夾著微微香菇味，香氣留係口腔久久不散，黑松露控不能錯過，至於價錢收$158比起果D只加入黑松露醬嘅嘢食來得合理麻辣雞軟骨雞肉炒手，配上自家製紅油和䓤花，微徴麻辣令雞肉更惹味加上爽好有口感嘅鷄軟骨，估唔到整個配搭咁夾天氣咁熱，梗係想飲啲清涼野，望見雪櫃內飲品包裝好似手工啤酒，原來係各種不同嘅茶，黑色瓶樽上貼上簡單設計嘅black tea 茶味濃郁，另一款焙茶打開個蓋卜一聲好似開香檳咁充滿儀式感😂味帶酸甜有氣的口味，消暑解渴👍🏻除咗堂食，仲可以買返屋企自己煮雖然店舖細細，但係環境舒服，店員親切，參觀完大館，可以沿着扶手電梯上到堅道，向上環方向一路行幾分鐘就見到㗎啦！
