首次團購 : 鐵板超 Book 咗9時,準時獨自去到已見到在我之前已有四位太太手持團購 coupon 在等,我等咗約5分鐘見內裏有些枱沒有人坐,我一問之下侍應才安排位給我入內,完來那四位太太在等鐵板桌前的位子坐。我坐下後交咗 coupon 比侍應,她們 check 過無問題我又落咗 order,但等咗超過十分鐘都未有嘢上枱,其他比我遲 order 的客也有嘢上枱,於是追問侍應,又再等多幾分鐘才到。五色刺身 : 幾新鮮海帶麵豉湯 : 一般蟹子沙律 : 幾好,唔錯燒龍蝦(半邊) : 釀左d野入去龍蝦,我個人覺得很好味。燒比目魚扒 : 燒得剛好,很有魚香味,非常正。薄燒牛肉 : 不過不失。炒飯 : 幾好,好彩呢餐有這碗飯,先可以叫做醫飽個肚咋!!炒什菜 : 都 ok 抹茶雪榚 : 普通

近近地,質素又叫做過得骨既鐵板燒 ﹣ 鐵板超當然, 食呢間既時候就唔好同秋田,和三昧呢D級數比....無謂掃自己興啦點了二人龍蝦餐+一客鵝肝坐喺度食完沙律....等左勁耐勁耐 (20分鐘以上)....唔知點解明明有師傅得閒但都要等個忙緊既師傅serve完客人先到我囉....先來的是龍蝦…..看!它的上半身還在受苦呢~龍蝦肉質地麻麻,略欠爽口但總算鮮甜由於係龍蝦公,亦無乜膏銀雪魚唔腥,油香夠,合格想知咩先係好既銀雪魚,建議去和三昧試一試鵝肝火候控制得還算不錯都係放喺多士上面食索埋D鵝油~GOOD!龍蝦頭湯用頭先既龍蝦頭煮菜湯將龍蝦頭連鬚破開!好容易就食倒入面淨返既肉,抵讚啦~厚燒美國牛普通貨色既牛柳勝在夠焾,肉味夠建議要和牛餐再升級厚燒係貴少少,但保證你唔會後悔真係抵食!炒飯蛋用整定既蛋漿欠蛋味飯粒粒分明,算炒得幾好啦呢個價錢既鐵板燒叫做合理啦,一心諗住食和牛扒既可以黎呢度因為真係抵食!如果想食龍蝦既,去返秋田有米既....去和三昧

I am a frequent visitor to Teppan Chiu (especially at lunch time) and decided to take my two friends from America to enjoy a cheap but quality meal. We all ordered the set lunch, which was priced at $58 each (including a drink). To start us off, we were served a small pot of steamed egg with crab meat along with a bowl of miso soup. This was promptly delivered to our table after placing our orders. After we had finished, we were served our main meal, which comprised of four raw salmon slices, two California rolls, cold green tea noodles, breaded pork chop cutlet and a small side of salad (looked like coleslaw) with egg roe. Everything was tasty, served promptly and we all enjoyed our meals The staff were friendly and attentive and spoke English, which is always a bonus in Hong Kong. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wanted a tasty, cheap and relatively fast meal and who is not familiar with Prince Edward. It is also located close to Prince Edward MTR exit B1 and Fa Yuen Street market for those who want to wander around the lanes and to do some exploring. If you work in the area, it is worth a try!

油甘魚壽司$25 ~ 刺身比平時的切得厚,好似幾抵喎.蟹膏壽司$25 ~ 深綠的蟹膏,味道淡淡,幾易入口.海膽壽司$30 ~ 細細品質,沒有臭臭的味.鐵火卷$20 ~ 非常差,吞拿魚沒有味道的,可能雪得過久.鐵板生蠔$88 ~ 一碟4隻,上枱時被蒜片及蔥粒覆蓋. 生蠔剛好熟,滑嘟嘟.燒京蔥牛舌$38 ~ 牛舌X上少少芝麻,配合生生的京蔥,都幾惹味.鳳尾蝦餃子$28 ~ 比想像中細隻,但餃子入面藏了一隻細細的蝦,而且餃子肉沒有什麼爛肥肉.鐵板牛油魷魚鬚$58 ~ 很爽脆,但很咸.吉列豬扒手打烏冬$48 ~ 炸豬扒厚厚的,肉質比較乾. 烏冬一般,不覺得是手打.
