老公今日忽然好想食印度嘢 咁啱我又收早 經過app訂 係呢一間印度菜館 有discount 所以我哋嚟試下 基本上尖沙咀 已經試過十間以上嘅印度菜不過呢間個位有啲麻煩 因為大廈個門口非常之細 唔仔細搵好難搵得到 第一樣上嘅係炸洋蔥圈 呢個整得唔好食 入面啲洋蔥係新鮮嘅 但係外面啲炸粉係淋bet bet 即使佢係啱啱炸上嚟 都完全冇脆嘅口感 好在啲醬都幾好味 叫做不過不失 印度燒雞 120蚊價錢唔算貴 有兩嚿腹雞胸肉同兩隻雞髀 份量唔算細 煎好再用鐵板上 加檸檬汁 睇落去黑黑地其實幾好佢唔會好似普通tandoori chicken咁咁乾 雞肉好嫩 食到好香 香料味 十分可以畀八分 因為我唔食羊所以我哋叫咗三個咖哩 香港嘅印度菜館散叫嘅咖哩 其實每一碟都好細碟 但要百幾蚊 千祈唔好想像同大快活嗰啲size可以比較 我一共叫咗三個 雞嘅咖哩chicken madras 同埋butter chicken 都好香 入面啲雞都好入味 用嚟點naan 真係好香口 好脆 但係chicken masala 略嫌濃味咗啲 如果用嚟點薄餅 就覺得搶曬薄餅嘅味 叫咗六份 蒜蓉薄餅同牛油薄餅 味道唔錯好香牛油同蒜蓉味 就咁齋食都得 唔需要點咖哩 好食到我哋雖然四個人但叫咗六份 不過廚師重手咗有啲看得燶燶哋 有苦澀味 mango lassi 好好味 阿仔一個人飲曬一杯 佢唔似出面咁用嘢溝 應該用真芒果肉因為個底全部都係芒果肉 乳酪同芒果汁嘅比例應該係1比1印度玫瑰包 其實即係用啲麵粉 奶粉 溝糖 再用油炸 然之後點上大量嘅糖漿 開頭我以為會好似湯圓咁 其實係一舊好甜炸過嘅麵粉 再加好甜嘅糖漿 因為我未食過正宗嘅 以香港人口味呢個就太甜 同埋香料都唔算討好 唔會再試如果唔係用app 埋單要成九百蚊 冇discount應該唔會再試 因為四個人食九百蚊 應該已經可以食放題 不過呢度嘅服務好好 食到中段會不停問你啲嘢食好唔好 好關心個客人嘅感受 加上環境 舒服 乾淨企理 總好過走上重慶大慶 繼續閱讀

喺尖沙咀食印度菜嘅話好多人都會諗起去重慶大廈,不過講真,帶住女仔真係唔係好想去重慶大廈入邊食飯,始終都係有啲雜。不過最近在apps又搵到一間樓上鋪嘅印度餐廳,所以就膽粗粗去試下喇。不過講開呢間鋪真係有啲難搵,入口都唔係好明顯。不過搭咗啲上去之後,就發現原來間餐廳都幾大間,仲要幾光猛添。來到印度餐廳,點返一個咖喱是常識吧。所以就點咗一個咖哩羊腩,其實塞得入邊加啲分左好多種,亦都有唔同嘅難度,我今次揀嘅係最普通嗰隻咖喱羊腩。食落都少喇,羊腩都幾juicy,同埋連咗少少肥肉,所以食落都幾腍嘅。雞肉咖喱炒飯。我都幾鍾意食印度餐廳嘅咖喱炒飯,因為佢用嘅米系比較長形,食落比較煙韌,而且有咖哩嘅辣同香味。另外雞肉都十分足料,所以都推介畀大家食。蒜蓉薄餅。呢個真係不得了。本身諗住用呢個嚟點咖哩,點知佢就咁唔使加任何醬汁已經好好食,好香好重嘅蒜蓉味。不過當然,強烈蒜蓉味就代表佢加咗唔少油,所以如果你想清清地用嚟點咖喱的話,比較建議點一客原味。在場嘅電視都有播放的印度嘅MV,都幾有趣,充滿印度風味,而且環境舒適寬敞,人流量唔多,在場嘅都祇有一兩臺南亞裔嘅人士進食,所以我覺得呢間餐廳都值得一試。 繼續閱讀

約了朋友在尖沙咀. 突然想起尖沙咀其中一個地標--重慶大廈. 重慶大廈出名吃正宗印度咖哩. 但這天重慶大廈尤其多人. 一見到門口已不想入去了. 所以唯有在鄰近找尋印度餐廳. 邊行邊走到漢口道, 抬頭一望看到這間餐廳的招牌. 一於就上去試試. 上到去大門是關著的. 有一刻想過是否沒有開門. 但很快便有侍應來招呼我們. 坐下後打開餐牌. 很多也很想吃. 最後叫了三款食物. 菠菜汁咖喱雞. 很香濃的菠菜汁. 看來好像很小份量. 但也很飽肚. 內裡又些蔬果. 雞也很多. 非常豐富. 另外還叫了個蒜容薄餅. 雖蒜容味不是太多. 但配上菠菜汁確是味道一流. 雜菜咖哩角. 一直也很喜歡吃咖哩角, 雖然相對於重慶大廈的咖哩角是貴一點. 但味道卻一點也不輸蝕. 加上這裡環境也很休閒. 而且侍應也會如高級餐廳一般的上菜. 所以也是值的. 雞湯. 很香濃的味道, 很好飲.  繼續閱讀

Discovered this restaurant on a booking app and full disclosure I made a booking for 50% off discount booking at noon on a Saturday. We ordered a few things to share (a mix of meat and veg dishes) and finished off with some dessert. We also ordered 2 bottles of bonaqua since they do not serve tap water (which is typical of Indian restaurants in TST, at least from my experience). I thought the food was pretty good, especially the butter chicken, but my Indian friend seemed to think it was just okay. The service was great as well. Overall I was pretty satisfied with our meal though I might not come back if I didn’t have the booking discount. 繼續閱讀

We ordered paneer tikka as an appetizer, a dum aloo that would not be spicy so the child could dig in. The hubster went with egg curry.I triple checked that the dum aloo didn’t have cashews (for the child’s intolerance/allergies) and was quite surprised it didn’t. The server recommended this. And when it arrived, it was far from dum aloo that I’ve eaten so far. It was more like the paneer butter masala gravy.And that pre-cut wilted piece of tomahto certainly added to the disappointment.The husband said it was the exact same gravy for his egg curry. Too sweet for him.The breads were good. Lachcha paratha and garlic naan. The chutney was good.If I had to pick a highlight, I’d say the paneer tikka that came on a hot iron plate and was decent. 繼續閱讀
